Absolute gem found on Instagram! Highly recommend if you’re into jewelry! Very affordable prices and accommodating staff! Make sure to grab a number on your way in, in case you want to buy anything it’s easier to get it at the beginning! Well worth the short line! Lots of variety in pieces for all ages! A must do in Florence.

Caterina was really helpful and patient with me, my mom, and my sister. I got about eight pieces of jewelry, and she kindly helped me with the ring sizes (for a present) and gave me her opinion when I was choosing a pair of earrings for an event. She was very kind and attentive, and made the whole experience so pleasant. I really appreciated her help — I would gladly come back again! ❤️

Went twice during my Florence trip with disappointing variance in experiences; first time was 5/5 with SABRINA, second time with BRUNA 1/5. ;;;;QUEUE;;;; -Best to wait in line for 15 min or so before shop opening in the morning (YMMV). Personally found the morning to be a faster and more pleasant experience. -Pull a ticket when allowed to enter the shop, then you can browse and take pics of what you want to see -Whilst in the shop, your ticket # will come up, and that’s when the staff will assist you in pulling out items of jewelry you want to see. -This is a personalized shopping experience and you stay with your one staff until payment. -Request SABRINA 5/5!! And we had a wonderful time with SABRINA! She pulled everything out that we requested as we physically pointed to it in the store, put it on us to try on, placed it all on a velvet black tray for us to make our final decisions at the end, showed us options, and gave us her advice and input and did not rush us -Avoid BRUNA 1/5 (We enjoyed our experience so much we went back with a friend to HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!) BRUNA looked fed up, didn’t show us the full selection, didn’t assist my friend in trying anything on, actually looked annoyed, didn’t let us think about any items before packaging them up and putting them away…) -Shop is cooler in the morning. Small AC unit cannot keep up and it was hot and uncomfortable shopping there in the afternoon ;;;;TAX FREE;;;; -must spend over 70 euros to qualify -with global blue -bring a pic of your passport, the staff will process the paperwork for you if you ask them -immediate refund to your cc at the global blue on the second floor of the RINASCENTE just across the street, go there and scan at the kiosks and save yourself some time at the airport! ;;;;AESTHETICS;;;; -some of the jewelry is really girlie and kiddie, it is tik tok famous after all -apparently doesn’t fade or rust but we will see -made in PRC; people’s republic of China, not made in Italy as I thought -lovely packaging and good cheap gifts -charms for necklaces aren’t really interchangeable with bracelets FYI!!! I got an ugly green charm with a clasp on my gold chain necklace instead of the one featured in the display so MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU THE RIGHT ONE ;;;;PRICING;;;; -about 15-40 euros per item -earrings are BY PIECE so a stud earring is about 6 euros and two would be 12 -beware it adds up fast!!!!

I am the biggest fan of Marlu! Everyone is so helpful and friendly and the prices are amazing. I love that they build the pieces for you and there are so many different charm and chain options for bracelets, necklaces and earrings! Munia was so helpful and amazing and patient with me as i changed my mind and kept adding to my order, lol. TikTok makes it seem like you have to wait for hours to be able to shop but i got right in with no wait on three different visits. I did visit in February, so maybe it’s busier in the summer. Everyone is going to love the gifts I’m bringing back for them :)

First time here, we got so many great items! Donia was so kind and patient while we picked out what we want. The store was packed and she is the best, hope to see her again when we return to Florence.

Went here at around 11AM and there is a small line already outside. Was able to get in at around 11:30AM. You will be given a number once you enter. You can browse around and take picture of what you want to try. When your number is called, you will be assisted by a staff. I was assisted by their staff, Sara, who was very helpful and patient with me as I try their jewelry. I already know what I wanted to buy as I already browsed their catalog online before going to the store. Sara has been very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much!

Today was my first time shopping in any Marlu store and it was a wonderful experience! When I came in, an employee explained the jewelry and varying pricing to me, and then let me look at all of their displays from a distance. Then when I found a bracelet that I had liked, another employee named Helena kindly answered my questions and brought the bracelet out to try on. She didn’t pressure me to purchase anything. When I decided on my first bracelet, she kindly asked if I wanted to look at purchasing another to create a customized stack. I decided yes and told her about a bracelet I had already owned that I was planning on pairing them with. She showed me what would look nice and brought out charms that I could choose from as well. Once we decided on the stack, she let me try everything on and again, did not pressure me to purchase anything unless I loved it. She was so helpful and kind and we had wonderful conversation. Would 100% recommend.
