Maropeng Boutique Hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly. Many thanks to Boitumelo Spa, they gave the most relaxing massage, Koketso was the best. The Maropeng centre was a cherry on top. The hotel itself was very serene and peaceful.

Such a lovely hotel - an amazing breakfast, super clean, friendly staff, and had the opportunity to visit the Cradle of Humankind caves as part of a fun activity. I'd definitely recommend if you'd like a nice and quiet getaway, filled with nature and breath taking view. The only downside was the air conditioner in our room leaked water and it was hot and we couldn't use it.

What a lovely hotel - such friendly staff, an amazing breakfast, super clean and a breathtaking view. We only stayed 1 night due to an event in the area, but I would definitely recommend a longer stay if you want to just relax and soak up the beauty of the Magaliesburg mountains. There are also many restaurants and activities nearby in the Hekpoort area and surrounds.

Maropeng Boutique Hotel is just the most beautiful place! So peaceful and beautifully laid out. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is totally amazing! Food and restaurant very good with a choice for everyone. Just the most super place I have been to in a long time, really recommend it!

Their conference rooms, are simply the expected design. The history, leaning and design is top class👏👏

Our DA Caucus went on a break away from Mon till Wednesday and on Wednesday we were sorry to leave. The food was top notch the service top notch the staff very friendly. The rooms were great and the bed was so comfortable. Even Mr Loadshedding did not worry us as they have Solar Panels. We did the tour of the museum it was very interesting and interactive. Will definitely be back for another visit with my grown up children and hubby. We did not get to go too the sterkfontein caves this is on my next trip. Definitely a place worth visiting

This hotel is so beautiful inside and out. It was a wonderful luxury after spending a week in the bush. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The shower was luxurious. The views from the patio are awe inspiring. The breakfast buffet was great. I wish we had more time to spend here.
