Very attentive staff, super friendly bell boy especially Edwin, Natalia and David. The waiters are also very kind. The rooms are amazing and great amenities. Overall an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon.

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Medellín! We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Medellín. While it’s situated on a lively party street, the hotel offered a great balance—right in the middle of the action, yet still felt safe and comfortable. One of the things we appreciated most was how flexible and understanding the staff were with booking arrangements. Knowing the area can get quite lively at night, they gave us the option to only commit to the first night and then decide if we wanted to continue our stay—no pressure, just genuine hospitality. In the end, we chose to stay, and we’re so glad we did. The rooms were beautifully designed, very clean, and came with thoughtful touches like complimentary water. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day right. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff—especially José and Natalia at the front desk. They were incredibly kind, always available, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make the most of our time in Medellín. Their local knowledge and warm attitude made all the difference. We felt very safe, well taken care of, and genuinely welcomed. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Medellín with both comfort and convenience!

A FANTASTIC stay in Medellín at Marquee Hotel! While in the heart of the city, my fiance and I felt incredibly relaxed, safe and taken care of for the duration of our stay. The hotel and room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. A big shout out to staff members David, Selina and Edwin - they were top notch with their kindness, service and willingness to help us with whatever needed - they went above and beyond. They made us feel welcomed during our visit to Colombia!! Their care and help would make us stay at the Marquee again.

I had such a great experience staying at The Marquee! The hotel itself is beautiful and in a perfect location, but what really made my stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they really care about their guests. I especially have to shout out the breakfast team they were incredible! Super friendly, on top of everything, and just made starting each day such a pleasure. The food was great too, but the service made it even better. Overall, I couldn’t recommend The Marquee enough. Awesome vibe, beautiful rooms, and some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced anywhere. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent hotel in regards to amenities / room and restaurant. Front desk service was excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Julio. They were very clear with how loud the music is. Only recommendation is improve the ear plugs. You can purchase higher density ones to give your clients better noise reduction.

Every detail about our stay was amazing. Literally every interaction we had with the staff was great everyone is so warm welcoming and happy it rubs off on you during your stay. Even to the point where every guest we interacted with was the same. The hotel is beautiful. The food… beyond amazing. Natalia and Jose checked us in and literally helped us with anything we needed. The entire experience was just impressively perfect.

I expected the hotel to be nice but I did not expect I would be so happy with the stay. We wished we stayed longer. The hotel is as pictured and beautifully decorated. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and professional. Special commendation to Julio, Jose, and Natalia at reception. Our bell hop was also very nice and went above and beyond, but unfortunately, we didn't get his name. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and balanced. I think the options were good. The location was central. All in all, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel. Review

It’s not often that I write a review for anything. I just take the good and bad, and don’t go to bad again. We stayed at Hotel Marquees in Medellin, Colombia for five days. It’s in noisy part of town where music is on until 3:30 AM, and may not be the place for you if a little noise bothers you, but I have to tell you, I have never met nicer people anywhere in the world. Service was awesome, food was fantastic with awesome waiters, and phenomenal mentality to serve. Dave thank you for carrying our luggage today to the uber. You guys are awesome. Thank you. We will be back for sure.
