Angsana Heritage Collection Marrakech Riads

Stayed for 5 nights and loved every part of this hotel! Gives you the real Riads experience, the team upgraded us to a beautiful suit! The breakfast was outstanding , makes you feel you are eating home food made with love!! The location is perfect and close to all heritage sites. All the staff were super helpful in suggesting places to visit and arranging transportation for us when needed. Honestly great service and staff, every person that works in this hotel is great so thank you for making it a great experience . Special thanks to Mohammad and Ahmed at the reception and of course Mr Hana with her greetings every morning!

We really liked the location. It’s a bit out of the way but was a welcome retreat from the souk. Service was amazing and the staff could not do enough for you. Lovely building and terrace for relaxing. Rooms were beautiful with massive beds. The riad providing a mobile phone with local connection was a brilliant idea and saved us money and hassle. Breakfast was huge and plentiful. Thanks to Aziz, Soufiane, Mohammed and all your colleagues, it was a very special stay.

Stayed at the Angsana Riad Herritage Hotels in Old Marrakesh. We had an exceptional time here both at the hotel and in Marrakesh. The hotel is conveniently located in the old city next to the main souk and has a nearby taxi stand. The staff are amazing, welcoming and so helpful. The Riad we stayed in was super clean. The room we stayed in was really comfortable, decorated in the expected Moroccan style . The hotel has been sympathetically renovated, maintaining the traditional and historic elements which makes it a great place to stay. All mod cons are available. The traditional breakfast was substantial and filling as well as being very good. All the meals we had at the hotel were delicious and authentic, typically Moroccan. I cannot fault anything in this Riad.

Our week stay at the Riad Lydines was an experience we will never forget.The Riad setting introduced us to Morroco in a wonderful way.The accomodation was very good,the Moroccan breakfast was delious, served by a very good staff, in a lovely setting.|However, while the Riad,its setting and ambience is five star the real stars of this establishment are the people! The staff are by far the best hosts we have ever had in many years of travelling.Absolutely nothing is too much to ask. They look after you as if you were at home.Our room was always spotless,the waiter and cook produced a marvellous breakfast every day. | Salah and Jermal helped to make our holiday one of the best we have ever had. Organizing trips and making suggestions as to where to go. Even had my wives spectacles repaired in next to no time. Without their help,advice and care this holiday would not be the great sucess it was.

What can I say! We stayed in the Riad Bab Firdaus which was a short walk from the main Riad Si Said. A very intimate Riad of only 7 rooms which we actually loved. It’s amazing how the streets are so hectic with the noise of people and mopeds but as soon as you get inside…..calm! |My mum is disabled so she had a room on the ground floor whilst the rest of our party were upstairs. The rooms were large and fully equipped. We went in December so it does get cold in the evenings and equally the mornings are crisp! There are no heaters at breakfast, So it is very cold, which is a shame as they have a few at the other Riad but you do have the option to eat breakfast there too.|The staff can honestly not do enough for you and it’s those little touches that mean so much. |Special shout out to Amina who went the extra mile every day to make our stay incredible, especially on the day of my mum’s birthday as she helped me blow up balloons at breakfast! |Hanane who always went out of her way to say hello and make sure we didn’t go without Moroccan tea! |And not forgetting Muhammad the night security man who was always waiting for us in the square to escort us back to the Riad. He had limited English but we always felt very safe and well protected-not that it was needed. |And I mustn’t forget the kitchen staff! Incredible, especially breakfast which was a feast and I must admit was way too much for us all! The Riad is only a short 20 minute walk to the main square. It’s well placed for the taxi service and The Badhi Palace and tombs. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner. Everything about our stay was exceptional from our welcome to them looking after us on our departure day.. The food is good and tasty, served in their lovely courtyard. There is a nice little pool and a beautiful, peaceful rooftop terrace. The airport taxi transfers were arranged with no fuss and were there on time. The hotel arranged an excellent excursion into the Atlas Mountains. The service is exceptional and the staff members really do everything they can for you A special mention for the fact my partner is gluten free and the breakfast they gave her made her very happy, much better than she has ever had elsewhere. The location is good too....if is peaceful and safe but also within a short walk of the main square.

Gorgeous Riad on the edge of The Medina. Service from everyone was amazing and very lucky to have received a free room upgrade 😃 You are welcomed with Moroccan Mint Tea and Local Pastries. The Moroccan breakfast every morning was plentiful and we even enjoyed Moroccan Tea on our last day courtesy of the Hotel Manager before our Massage!

Very good and convenient to the old city. Breakfast was excellent and service response also excellent. Spa massage well worth doing. Dinners were typically Marrocan and delicious. Our visit to Marakesh has been a delightful experience.
