Last year, I purchased a shirt dress which quickly became one of my favourite pieces. I loved the craftsmanship, the quality and the feeling of having something truly special.
This year, I returned to the store hoping to find another beautiful piece. Unfortunately, the experience was very different. I chose an archive item that had a small irregularity in the fabric. I was assured in-store that I would be able to remove it myself, but that turned out not to be the case.
I reached out the very next day and offered an exchange for a more expensive piece – a fair, customer-friendly solution in my opinion. Unfortunately, Marrakshi has not been able to accommodate this, even though the issue concerns a fabric defect I was misinformed about.
Considering the price point and the brand’s stated commitment to quality, I find this extremely disappointing. I truly wish the service had matched the craftsmanship I admired so much.
