This hotel is located about 15-min walk from El Paso International airport. I cannot comment on the rooms as I have never booked a reservation. However, regarding the park and shuttle services I like it. Hence why I utilize this services often. How it works is you make a reservation online. When you get to the hotel on the day of your reservation show the front desk individual your confirmation email; they’ll ask! Then the associate will have you fill out a ticket with car your info. Sidebar: If you don’t know your license plate take a photo and save to your phone under “favorites”. Save you the hassle of going back and forth to the car. After you complete the tag process they keep a portion and will have you place one portion visibly in your car and the other as your “receipt”. You get on the shuttle and be on your merry way. This Marriott has 24-hr shuttle service so regardless of your flights departure/arrival they’ll be able to get you there on time. It’s about a 5-min drive without traffic. The drivers are very professional and prompt. Upon return, after you pick up your luggage contact the hotel and they drive you back to your car.

Rooms and bathrooms are renovated but the toilet wasn’t. The seat looked as if it hadn’t been changed in 20years. The plastic was flaked and chipped. The room was clean and adequate for the 2 days we were there. All typical Marriott amenities were there except a small refrigerator.

Was in town for a few days visiting family for the holidays and had an incredible stay at this hotel. Front desk receptionist greeted us immediately and was very friendly as well as the other staff we came across. Tom was modern, clean and had an incredible view of the mountains. Location was perfect as it was not too far from the family I was visiting. Hotel is very close to the airport with several restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

Google
Nicely renovated hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Good hot water. Knocked two points off because poor hallway noise insulation and the breakfast restaurant didn’t open at the time the Marriott app said it would. Fine if you just need a place to sleep before/after a flight, though.

My son and I had just driven a little over seven hours from Phoenix, Arizona. It was a long emotional day since we had just Attended a funeral. We were Super exhausted. We went to our rooms and I prepared my queen size bed for Much need to rest. To my horror, I discovered a woman’s fingernail and a dirty room to top it . With my OCD there was no way in the world. I was gonna sleep in that bed. So my son and I shared a bed for the night in the morning upon checking out I told the front desk lady about my experience and I asked for a refund. She said that she did not have the power to authorize a refund, but gave me the number to front desk manager, who is not available that day since it was Sunday. I called the Front desk manager Monday never received a response. I called her again on Tuesday and she finally answered. She could care less about what happened to me that night and refused my refund. I will never ever stay in another Marriott ever again. I strongly suggest you stay away from this hotel.

Google
HVAC in the room is noisy. Fridge was dirty and froze our food even though it was set to medium. No lounge access on the weekends and the hotel does not understand what the Marriott Elite Benefits guarantee is for. Service, especially from "Supervisor" Aly is terrible

I'm staying five nights with my family of four -- two rooms. On check-in, one of our two rooms was not made -- trash, used towels, slept-in bed, etc. It was resolved fairly quickly.||Yesterday, after night #2, we did not get housekeeping service in either room, despite being out all day (no,. we didn't leave the "do-not-disturb" sign up. Today, I come down at 9:00 to ask to make certain our rooms would be made. Check rooms at 11:00 --- not done. No big deal, I'll ask again. Assured that I didn't need to ask again. ||Leave for a while, come back at 2:45 -- not made. Back to front desk, where I'm now in the lobby on VERY poor WiFi, writing this review, hoping that someone can find someone who can follow through on these promises.||This place has a problem with its housekeeping dept. organization.||Good location. Rooms are nice. People are friendly.

Google
I was highly impressed at the great job the hotel didn’t a remodeling. Every area of the room, including the rooms are very nice and modern. A dinner at the bar and the staff was extremely friendly. Want to give a shout out to Mariana, the bartender. If staying near the airport this is the hotel to stay at

Miley D.

Yelp
Overall, good place. I love that it's near the airport. The parking lot has lots of parking spots and bright lights for safety at night. The venue is quaint. It could benefit from being modernized a little. I came here for a wedding. The ballroom was spacious and nice. They served one meal for the guests - chicken with some kind of pepper, mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was not bad. Good venue for a wedding reception. They cleared all the ice tea right after dinner and only put out water. I wish they could've left the ice tea out.

Yelp
Do not waste your money staying here. The rooms at this property are absolutely disgusting. Whether housing keeping is in a hurry or just doesn't care, the Marriott standards are not reflected at this property. The bathroom had black thicck body hair all over the counter. The toilet bowl had stains like a turd was clinging on for dear life while being flushed. The beds were the worst of it. In my room I had two beds. One bed had those little black hairs in it as well as lots of dirt. Zero effort was made to even pretend new sheets were added. Thank goodness there was a dozen pillows on the bed because several of them looked like they got into a sword fight. They were all cut up. Don't be fooled by the Marriott name. Skip this place and stay in your car.

Yelp
We had stayed at this hotel when we arrived at El Paso, and we had reservation to stay there again on the last night in the area. When we got to the desk we were told that our reservations were lost. This in spite of the fact that they had sent us an email that would have allowed us to remotely check in, just 2 hours before we tried to check in. We were told two things when we complained: 1) No one's reservations are secure unless you have a Bonvoy rating of elite or above (I have since been told that that is ridiculous), and 2) that our room was give to a group of Marriott internal marketing executives. What they did for us instead of giving us the room was to send us to a rundown property across the street. Since this time I have tried to get some kind of satisfaction from Marriott, including just a "we're sorry", but the best I have gotten is oops, well that happens. (This is the 3rd time it has happened to me at a Marriott property). So, I suggest the if you are planning on having a reservation at a Marriott you make sure that alternatives exist, since that is where you might end up staying.

Yelp
Stayed here while visiting during the holiday's. Great location, close to airport. Staff was friendly, clean rooms and bar was nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Amanda O.

Yelp
Overall, the look of the hotel & the room were pretty nice. Parking was free, & they had lots of spas & pools we sadly didn't have time to enjoy. Their website advertised a breakfast menu in their bistro, but was nothing like the menu we were given. They didn't sell breakfast cocktails, but their breakfast was delicious! We ordered two omelettes, a coffee, & a grapefruit juice for about $50 before tip. The staff was very kind & helpful. Unfortunately, the room didn't have a fridge & the TV remote didn't work, so we gave up on watching television. Overall, it was a decent stay, especially for one night.

Aileen A.

Yelp
The staff at the front desk , the shuttle Drivers were all amazing They were very hospitable and helpful.

Jose S.

Yelp
The hotel was nice. Beds were clean. Staff was nice. However, on cleanliness (which is extremely important to me) I'm giving them a 4/5. There was a stain on a towel that I'm sharing a photo of. There was also a hair in the shower that wasn't mine. Also, the toilet barely worked. I flushed it once and it barely went down. Took a long time. So I waited a few minutes to make sure it was done with the flushing cycle and I tried a flush with nothing in the toilet. It did NOT go down. Obviously, that could have been a bad experience under different conditions.

Jonathan W.

Yelp
Conveniently close to the airport...with an accessible shuttle. Kinda expensive, but that keeps out the middle class nuclear families, with their bratty snot-nosed children. Few frills keeps out the obnoxious new money. Pilots, flight attendants, and military guys are significantly well behaved...great hotel mates for a gentleman, such as myself.

John R.

Yelp
I planned a company trip to El Paso, and decided to reserve rooms at the Marriott, because I had a lot of great experience with the chain globally. The reservation was for more than a week... ... this was a HUGE mistake!!! The coordination with group sales was lackluster at best. And this was after the lady I initially worked with left the company. Over the week long stay, my group had multiple reports of items missing from their room. The item that was removed from my room just happened to be found 10 minutes after I got the hotel manager on the phone (note: the room service manager never returned my calls). I did give it a 1 star, because there were some really nice employees at the lounge and front desk. Regardless,in my humble opinion, avoid this Marriott. The Hawthorne across the street is a much better place.

Eddie S.

Yelp
AC didn't perform in 2 rooms in 2 nights. Shower temp takes too long. High prices on drinks.

Michaela P.

Yelp
Under renovation. New rooms are stylish and comfortable. Close to everything. Great service and staff. Concierge room is close on weekends.

Ricardo J.

Yelp
This is a very dated hotel that needs some serious love. It is in an excellent location, however, and I would recommend it for anyone on an overnighter or very short stay. They have a concierge lounge on the 5th floor that offers regular service such as snacks and beverages. The bar pricing is rather exorbitant, but you are getting some free snacks and all, so it balances out. The front desk staff was friendly enough, and ready to help if needed.

Lindsay C.

Yelp
Definitely happy with our stay. Linens were clean. Showers didn't smell and were properly maintained. AC worked well. Parking was secure and there was plenty of space. We both slept really well. Pool was really nice and warm. Good location, felt safe.

Dave J.

Yelp
Always a great, reliable place to stay. I enjoy their weight room and pool. Quality service and a great location near the airport and easy access to nearby highways.

Robert M.

Yelp
Definitely the worst, tiredest Marriott I've ever stayed in. Sometimes the other brands wind up like this do I was surprised because I can't imagine this is up to the brand standards. Check in was great and the reception was spot in, but it ended there. Room was very small and musty but the bathroom worst. Over the years the water damage has been rough and the accumulated layers of paint didn't cure it. Moldy tile grout in spots. Bathroom shower pumps to save a dime we're empty?! Yeah, no soap for this one. My suggestion, don't trust that it says Marriott on it: go somewhere else.

Marc K.

Yelp
Slight odor of "pool" in the lobby A little dated decor Nice concierge lounge on 5th floor I snuck into it and was rewarded by an almost cold Diet Coke; and a soon to be out dated bag of Cheetos. Rooms were typical Marriott, dissimilar to NY and CA--with booming water pressure and nice and bright incandescent lights. Maybe those more environmentally conscious--but not as well showered and perfectly shaved(due to low lumen LED) -- might have a twinge of unease. Good news for you though--they had some delicious granola, raisin and beach dust health bars in the commissary. Additionally, amid some fatherly big-boy pickups there were some progeny-type Tesla. The parking lot was not so well lit, as you can see from the picture. Attached for that reason. You might want to try and park close to the entrance but--El Paso is safe, low crime, low vagrancy and nice people so not much to worry about if you need to park in boonies. Right next to airport--yes, you can almost walk it for sure. But they have a continually running shuttle for those with luggage or who don't want to deal with a 5A wall.

Yelp
I know we are in the midst of a pandemic and I know it's fortunate to have an open hotel and they have to protect workers - but you have to protect guests too and I think though we were considering a Marriott vacation later this summer - I don't really think I trust the brand right now. When I was told no food and no room cleaning - no big deal as I was only here for 2 days! However no ' room ' cleaning seemed to mean no cleaning AT ALL!! The hallway trash bin was overflowing with bags of food as people were all - naturally - Beijing in food! And it was like that for all three days I was there - so rotting food just sitting on the floor!! Not acceptable at all! The fridge that used to be in the room is gone - so no food but no where to store any water / food and it's 102 degrees right now. No ice available on my floor either. I wish I had captured the water as I had to run the faucet for 15 minutes as it was a deep brown rust color! I would have left at that point but for the fact that it was late and there's not a lot of options!! It was disgusting- old pipes I assume ? And as the water barely drains, it just sat there for a while It's help yourself to towels - closet is wide open so you can grab them and hope they are clean ?!! As there is no one to bring you any In a pandemic you have a duty to protect guests too and if you are not cleaning rooms, cooking food or providing any room service- the rest of the hotel should be spotless but that was not the case!

Lauren R.

Yelp
This is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. I was traveling alone and decided this would be a safe place for me to rest while driving across country. Boy was I wrong. The front desk staff were taking under their breath as I was checking in. Then I get to my room which smells of must. Just to find a wad of hair on the bed, a layer of dust on the lamp which is right by the bed and all the toiletries USED and left behind for me. Disgusted. I had way higher expectations for Marriott, thus why I chose one of their hotels. I have called multiple times and cannot get in touch with a manager, nor will Marriott rectify this situation. Marriott has lost me as a customer indefinitely.

Erica H.

Yelp
Brianna and Haydee are so sweet! They were super helpful and made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place. Sincerely, the Hamilton's from New Orleans.

Ashley B.

Yelp
Come for the front desk staff. Super friendly and helpful! Hotel is lacking on upgrades... the rooms are in need of a renovation. Bar is okay. Food is what you can get in CA, or NY. (I'm in Texas ...)

Jim S.

Yelp
Stay away!! Nasty and poor management. Do not risk your health and you will get no sleep due to noise. Management does not care and treats customers poorly. Avoid. Marriott Corp must correct this place fast. Hurting the brand.

Jim S.

Yelp
Caution! The environment is highly unclean (mold, old socks) and noisy due to construction commencing starting at 7:40. Despite being a Bonvoy member for 12 years, we were treated poorly and encountered one of the least satisfactory hotel managers, Stephanie Almeralla. She would not even give us her name. Took 10 mins. It is advisable to avoid staying at this location. The room should have a bio hazard warning on it. Do not book a room here.

Trevor S.

Yelp
I have been a bon voy member for years and this is probably the most outdated hotel in their system. I usually love Marriott hotels, however this one seemed a little dirty and most importantly very loud construction started at 8 am when we needed sleep. I understand they need to renovate the hotel but a warning before I booked would have been appreciated. Most of the staff was pretty nice but would probably not stay here again

Vladimir L.

Yelp
Old, dated, smells, mediocre service. There are other Marriott properties close by that are much better. However this location is very convenient to the airport and restaurants.

Vv M.

Yelp
I love this Marriott it's safe and clean, stellar staff and great service. I got to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms on this recent stay, the new rooms are very modern and up to date. I stay here almost monthly, I will always stay here.

M F.

Yelp
DO NOT STAY HERE. They were doing construction on the entire hotel during our stay from 8am to 6pm daily. There was drilling and banging heard throughout the entire hotel making it impossible to sleep or conduct business. No where during booking was this mentioned and on the hotel website it did NOT state this major inconvenience!! The hotel staff was not accommodating and gave us no options or solutions to these issues. No matter where you were in the hotel, even outside the noise was unbearable. I recommend waiting until they are done construction to stay at this hotel.

Jerry N.

Yelp
Not the most up to date Marriott I've stayed at, but the staff was nice. Indoor swimming pool was nice but cold. There are alot of restaurants in walking distance so that was a plus.

L P.

Yelp
Hotel was only a quarter full per front desk. I asked the super nice front desk guy for a quiet room. They put us right next to other full rooms. One person was blaring the tv so loud we could hear the words. People coming and going from other rooms after midnight. No reason to put us in that room when hotel was empty. At all times every employee was very very nice. My only complaint is the noisy late night noise from other rooms.

Chuck C.

Yelp
Don't know why so many less than great reviews. Have been staying here numerous times ferrying aircraft across the country. El Paso a favorite overnight stop and the Marriott is a great stay. The hotel is not run down, rooms have always been clean, with ample towels, toiletries and great TV and internet. Staff has always been friendly and efficient. The restaurant in the hotel is fine, there is a good steakhouse and Applebee's just a short walk north of the property. The work out room is better than most. Hotel shuttle to airfield available on short notice. Have never had a bad experience here, thus my 5 star rating. This place is so much better than the dumps that call themselves hotels around the airport.

Adrienne M.

Yelp
Don't go here if you require a refrigerator for medications. They do not have any available for the rooms and most of the ice machines do not work.

Jeff L.

Yelp
Rooms are outdated and food is overpriced. If you are looking for a convenient location by the airport, fine. This is not a destination Hotel. Staff is very courteous..

Adam A.

Yelp
I travel regularly and Marriott has been my regular hotel of choice. I currently have 42 nights stayed with them and my experience has been usually great. The El Paso Marriott is a bit dated compared to other locations I have stayed at and could really use a renovation. The bathroom was the smallest I have seen at any of their hotels. I also didn't like how they arranged the desk where you had to maneuver you power chords around the coffee maker to plug in and the office chair was not very comfortable. What really holds this place up is the great service of the staff. They are definately above average and in a modern, newly renovated hotel, would be one of Marriotts best sites.

Rick F.

Yelp
The lobby and dinning area were great but that was it. The 3 days I stayed here, the same greasy finger prints and dusty doors were present on all elevators. A large roach was present in my hotel room. I had to ask for another room because I felt grossed out. New room smelled musty and bed sheets were dusty and stained. Room service never came to my room to change the towels or bed sheets. Toilet had a problem flushing. Overall I don't plan on staying at this hotel in El Paso ever again. Price was not worth it!

Mike S.

Yelp
Will not be staying at this hotel- they do not appreciate Titanium members and that was apparently from the moment I had to check in twice to not proving me with a correct mobile key. I was in room 516 and they sent me a mobile key to 539 and even when I told them about it, they never fixed it. Guess that's why they have such a poor rating from others!!!

Brad H.

Yelp
This property needs some attention. It's showing it's age. That's the positive point! Now for the concerns. The outlets in the rooms don't work because in my opinion their so old. The maid service never showed up the three nights I stayed (to bad too because I always tip the maid service if they do it right). The room smelled damp and musty. Why damp in the desert? The bed smelled like a 400 pound 80 year old man was sleeping with me because of the heavy Brute cologne smell which caused me to wake during the night gagging. (My boss and I decided to grab a beer at the lobby bar on night number 2 and he order the wings. When he got his order, the wings didn't look cooked to me. With that said, he was down and out for two days with food poisoning and missed business meetings. He had a rough flight home. SO...don't get the wings at the hotel restaurant unless you want to paint some porcelain and dry heave for a few days. You may want to stay at another hotel when in El Paso! You've been warned.

Dihedral D.

Yelp
I've held Marriott status for years now, and sorry to say this may be one of my worst visits. Their concierge lounge is still closed. The rooms are a outdated - no fridge in my room, and the bathroom needed renovated. The worst was the noise the evening of 7/31, in the hall at 3 am. Literally 15-20 people in a room, door open, music playing, having a "fiesta." I called to the front desk. Don't think they ever sent anyone...at 5 am a woman screaming and the sound of broken glass. The next morning I went down for coffee and found blood on the hallway wall and broken glass. Remnants stayed there until I left the following evening. Management needs to walk their floors and look for these things. Similarly, the pool needs more surveillance and oversight. A large party of folks, blasting their own music, completely oblivious to everyone around them. Rude! I wonder if they even were staying at the hotel, as it would be easy to enter around the fence. Unacceptable behavior. I did not feel safe here. The customer service was not at the standard I've seen at other properties. Perhaps they are all still in training?

Carlos A.

Yelp
As a titanium elite member I travel a lot on business & all I can say about this hotel is that the shuttle drive is friendly, reception staff & Bisrto staff are friendly. The hotel is outdated, the lobby lounge furniture needs cleaning desperately & even repair. The rooms are utilitarian, please have low expectations. It's an "old" feeling hotel with its wear & tear showing. A bit of elbow grease on the floors in the entry & bathroom in the rooms would go a long way. Even new paint would help. Next time I visit I'll try one of the 2 other Marriott properties about 1/4 mile down the road. Admittedly I stay there because it was easy & convenient but I think I'm done there.

Kathy B.

Yelp
Where do I begin. After a 27-hour drive in three days from Portland, OR with a 15' UHaul truck full of my life, we arrived in El Paso, but it took about an hour and a half before we found the only available room fairly near my mother's home. All the places we tired were booked solid with soldiers (Thank you for your service!!) so we had a heck of a time finding a room and were exhausted and hungry. This hotel claimed to have one room left (yeah, right) and charged us $229 for a piece of crap. Mind you, we'd stayed the night before in Thousand Palms, CA at the most beautiful Best Western I've ever seen. It had absolutely everything you could need in a room and was beautifully furnished. Then this Marriott happened. What a piece of crap! First, the outer door of the entrance nearest our room didn't even fully close properly so that was a potential security issue. Second, when we opened the door we got smacked in the face by a strong musty, moldy kind of odor. It was gross. The carpet was frayed and looked straight out of the '70s. There was no microwave, no refrigerator, barely enough towels, dust a half an inch thick on some of the furniture and just a HUGE disappointment. We could not believe the extremely poor quality of a room in a well-established hotel that is supposed to be rather nice. When I phoned the front desk to complain, they did offer to put us in another room but we were already unpacked and dead tired so we declined. I will NEVER, EVER stay in this hotel or EVER recommend it to anyone. I've attached a couple of pictures, including one of an ironing board whose cover had a suspicious oily looking stain on it so we didn't touch it. Horrible, just horrible.

Jordan W.

Yelp
I was here before I had a 7 AM flight out of ELP, so I was close enough to the airport. It is a nice hotel, just a few things kind of ticked me off; otherwise it would be a 4 Star review. First off, the rooms are clean. They offer multiple channels, a nice bathroom, clean beds, and a nice little desk study area. And the house keeping does a very nice job in making sure the guests are treated with good sanitary rooms. On the other hand, I saw somewhere while booking that there would be free WiFi. When I went to register on my phone, it said it would cost $12 per night to have it on. On top of a $100 a night room, this was a thing that really made it outrageous. Even though I didn't really need the WiFi, it was still ridiculous that it would've cost a small fortune for internet. There's a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby, but everything tends to be overpriced. An appetizer I had with dumplings was about $11. They do offer some good drink selections, but I wasn't too keen on those. This area is convenient for being close to the airport, and decent if you leave early morning from ELP. However, I was only here to sleep, because I was unaware of the crazy prices they had for the other amenities. Marriott does a good job at their hotels by providing excellent rooms and service, though.

Royce L.

Yelp
Older hotel but serves the purpose of an airport hotel. Decent sized lobby with a bar and a restaurant. They also have a good selection of snacks and drinks in the lobby shop. The pool is outdoors and there is plenty of parking as well. The rooms are clean and decent sized. Bathroom has all of the amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc. Of course the free hotel shuttle is great as well. You don't even need to make a reservation for it. It just runs continuous loops back and forth from the airport. It's about a 5 minute ride so it's very close and convenient.

Krisiann R.

Yelp
I checked in at 12:47 AM and they told me I had to check out at 1:00pm on the same day. They charged $179 to my card for a 13 hour stay. That hotel is filthy, the pool is filthy, the a/c sucks, the room fridge barely cools, the guy at the desk was rude. Granted I was upset about the checkout time, but I apologized and he was still rude. I feel like I got robbed of a lot of money for not even a full stay.

Leslie W.

Yelp
You need a nice hotel close to the airport. You want one with a restaurant and a bar. You don't want to pay for overnight valet parking. This IS your place. You don't want to pay for wi-fi in your room on the last night of a business trip or vacation? And you want early room service before your 6am flight out? This is NOT your place. Free wi-fi used to be a selling point. Now it's some $12 a day expense that you shouldn't have to pay for on top of a $100 room. That stupid add on and not having any early morning breakfast service at a hotel 100 yards from the airport is a great way for me to knock off a star from a nice hotel review. Room service didn't start until 6. So getting a quick bite while getting ready to head to the airport early wasn't possible. Whoever decided that needs to be demoted. You are 100 years from the airport entrance. You KNOW most of your guests are flying out. At least have some sort of early bird breakfast for them. But if those two things are not a concern for you, then by all means stay here the night before you fly out. Parking is free, the service is pleasant and the food is pretty good for a hotel bar. They even made a nice old fashioned. Lots of TVs in the bar area too. Speaking of TV, each room has Netflix and other streaming apps on the TV already so you only have to log in. Everything was clean. The beds were comfy (pillows too soft for my taste though) and the room didn't seem outdated as some of the reviews read. I wish there had been a mini fridge but it wasn't that important.

Jim G.

Yelp
This may have been the worst hotel I've stayed in. The level of disrepair, the $175 per night, getting stuck in a handicap room when the hotel wasn't near full. Do not stay here. This place needs to be torn down!

Robert S.

Yelp
Nicely maintained hotel. I stayed here for one night and didn't eat, use the gym or watch TV. I did use the wireless internet and it is fast. I had a first floor room and it was quiet! I was expecting a lot of foot traffic to make noise but it didn't happen. There are a few fee options for internet service depending on how long the stay is. Since I was there for only one night, I chose the option that ends at noon the next day, versus the 24-hour option. Saved $3, but most hotels that charge don't have that option so it was nice to see. There is plenty of parking and I was able to park very close to the door near my room. My room was clean, the bathroom is laid out very nicely, with extra towels etc stored in the open on shelves. I chose this hotel based on Yelp! reviews but I noticed that there seem to be a lot of hotels in El Paso, so I might try another hotel next time.

Kent M.

Yelp
Has been a lot of years since I stayed here last. Gzz back...25 years ago. Was great then and near my airplane situation. Great foods then. Nice rooms. I loved it then. So...will see. So just got into room and. what, have to pay for wifi. Not tonight. Adequate electrical outlets bedside however. Good iron and board. And this place is near double price anything else in area. I'm staying another hotel my next time.

Rosie O.

Yelp
Checked into room and the shower drain was clogged, the toilet was dirty! Called the front desk and the night associate repeated my concerns with a non apologetic tone. (Sounded like a robot) I am left with the same room because they are "booked up". This is a horrible experience, I am completely disgusted by the lack of cleanliness or service in this hotel.

Yelp
For $130 (tax included) the rooms are dirty. The shower had someone else's hair all over it. There is mold in the shower. The whole thing is very cheaply done and I would recommend to spend an extra $20 to get something much nicer. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting.

Yelp
Five star service and three star ambience for an average four stars. The service really couldn't have been better. Sam checked me in and made it a really wonderful start to my stay. Sam went above and beyond, understanding I was getting in late and getting me through checkin in record time. She also made sure to ask if I needed any items and got me bottled water since the concierge lounge has already closed. The property is dated but clean and I feel the price reflects that it isn't a new property, and I'm okay with that.

Yelp
The staff was mostly friendly, but that's where it ended. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation. They're cramped, have old TVs, and no refrigerators. I tried to call down for a fridge but the phones were not working, so when I called on my cell phone and told them that, their response was "yeah, they're not working". To their credit, they brought up a refrigerator almost immediately. The next day, I left for my meeting and hit the elevator call button and waited. And waited. And waited. I eventually took five flights of stairs in a suit (in El Paso heat) and asked the front desk if something was wrong with the elevators and she said "yeah, they're not working". Thanks for putting a sign up. Even the concierge lounge was light on food and snacks. Sorry, but as far as the hotel, rooms, and service, "yeah, they're not working".
