The front desk staff were helpful, they upgraded us because of a disability. The valet and bellman were fantastic. The room service left something to be desired. They got the order wrong and took forever to correct it but charged us full price. Be aware that everything is pay for on resort. If you want a pool chair you gotta rent it. Also, it's a big place so a lot of walking. Overall it was nice, definitely a spot to book for a week plus.

The room is very musty, this is a good indicator of mold in the AC system. The AC system in the room has not been serviced in a long time there's visible mold and dust on the cold air delivery vent. They did move us to another room We paid extra for our original room which was oceanfront, the room they moved us to has a view of the pool and some of the beach but it is not oceanfront it is what most hotels call ocean view, the view is not what we paid for. As we were moving we met four other guests who are also moving to other rooms. I appreciate that they moved us but there are no carts available for the guest The carts are locked down by the bellhops when I asked you if I could use one I was told no they are a full service hotel. All of this could have been alleviated by having AC qualified maintenance on staff and better supervision of the condition of the rooms. Don't like leaving a negative review but feel that this is the best way to let current owners know more attention should be paid to the quality of the rooms. The location and remainder of the hotel is very nice.

This is actually a Hilton Property now. But It's a great stay. Pool is excellent, we rented the #2 Cabana for 2 days and were taken care of by Elizabeth who was GREAT. All the staff were helpful and friendly, great attitudes all round. The valets were Very fast our car was ready before we got down to the front. The regular restaurant was fine. The breakfast place was a little disappointing based on food quality, the staff were just great. The bed, Linen and pillows were all very nice. Excellent included WiFi everywhere.

The location is great. The hotel is right on the beach, which is why I booked our vacation here. The rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Our room smelled like mildew when we checked in and there was obvious mold on the ceiling (see picture.) When I turned the air down to cool the room, the bed and floor became wet with moisture. We complained to the front desk the next morning, and they sent someone up to check the unit. The unit cools fine but isn't supposed to be putting out moisture. We were told we'd hear back but never heard anything else from the desk or manager. The humidity in our room was so bad that nothing could get dry, not the swimsuits, the towels, or our hair. Thank goodness I packed multiple pairs of swimsuits! And since i couldn't turn the air down, it was also uncomfortably hot. I will not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. The last picture is the indoor pool door. The doors don't look operable. They are rusted and have holes in them. It was like a sauna in here everyday. The doors need to be replaced and opened to let the hot air and humidity out the pool area. Also when it rained the rain was coming through the closed windows of the indoor pool. The hotel needs extensive repairs. Side note: the lobby was beautiful and well maintained.

We stayed here during our trip to the island and I’m glad we did. Parking wasn’t a problem since they have a garage. The room was nice and clean. We had an excellent view of the ocean from our balcony. The pools were very nice. The beach area was also just as nice. It was a very peaceful stay. I would not hesitate staying here again.

First of all…. It’s now Hilton!! The bar at the pool was SLAMMED with food orders and the kitchen is clearly inconvenient and ill prepared to handle hungry guests at lunch. The bartenders were awesome and so apologetic when telling guests their chicken fingers would take 45 minutes. Hilton….. hire more people or create another kitchen closer to the pool- where everyone is!!! Makes no sense. Plus… the pool was FREEZING.

We stayed here recently for our daughter's gymnastics meet. Customer Service: The front desk lady was very friendly. Even offered us water bottles at check in. She was super helpful when we were trying to find where the meet was being held. Our Room: The room they gave us was a little janky. We were supposed to have a resort view and we got the view of tall pallets. There was a dead roach in plain view on the carpet. The chair for the desk was torn up bad. The phone did not work, so no room service. There was what appeared to be a leak on the floor near the toilet. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't bother to say anything. Beach: We did walk down to the beach before we left. It was pretty. A lot of dried star fish were on the beach. It was too cold, but we will visit again in warmer weather. I will definitely make sure the room is better. Especially for that price.

Incredible experience this week. The lobby was beautiful. The room was large with modern decor. We loved the location right on the beach. Even though we did not choose beachfront in our reservation we still were given a partial ocean view that was fabulous! The service around the pool area was superb and drinks were delicious. The entire grounds were well groomed, clean and we were provided over the top service. We can not wait to come back next fall!
