My husband and I had a great 10 day stay in Marriott Downtown Hotel, Abu Dhabi. We had a fabulous executive room with panoramic views over the city.| As Titanium Elite members, we had access to the executive lounge. What a treat! The staff were wonderful. Usama, Hannah, Christian, Simon, Kieran and George were always polite, hard working, helpful and friendly, and made our stay very memorable. Each evening the food was AMAZING and there was a good selection of drinks too, especially the cocktails!| Breakfast was not in the lounge but in Buzbara buffet restaurant. It’s very spacious and can get busy! The food was excellent. The staff were all very hard working and eager to please, especially Danish (assistant manager), HAZEL, Rona, Pragwali and Janine.| The rooftop pool was very nice with stunning views of the city but the sun was restricted around the pool at certain times of the day. Extra sunbeds (8-10) could easily be added to the existing 8 single beds and the (unecessary) double bed to increase the capacity for sunbathing. | Finally, while waiting in reception for our lift to the airport, we had the pleasure of meeting Sanjay. We truly wish we had stayed a couple of days longer to enjoy this amazing property. Rupesh at check in provided us with advice that truly made our visit special including tips on visiting Grand Mosque that proved crucial. The Club Lounge team was superb and we ended up spending an entire evening including dinner. The breakfast buffet has to be experienced to truly understand. Highly recommend!

One of the best stays I have had. Very good hotel, well located, very clean with quality service in everything. All the details have been taken into consideration in the room. There was nothing missing. The view from upper floor rooms and the pool was amazing. There was also variety of activities at the hotel the unfortunately due to my tight schedule I did not have the chance to experience. I would definitely like to stay there again

the rooms are nice and clean. the beds are comfortable the staff is great the breakfast buffet had so much of a variety to choose from great service overall.. great location very safe area, we got henna tattoos offer free of charge. we had a magnificent view!

Very pleasant stay for a work trip. Room was good, but possibly lacking a few 5 star touches in similar hotels. Service and staff was exceptional. Room service and laundry service great. Breakfast was brilliant and had so much choice. Coffee wasn't great though. Very good coffee in Central Grounds Cafe on Ground Floor. Restaurant on rooftop was okay food wise, but never busy and not much atmosphere. Rooftop pool fine, but sunlight doesn't appear long enough due to the high walls. I'd say it's probably not quite 5 star compared to other Marriott Hotels I've stayed at but would glady stay again.

Prakash That manager is very rude and does not know how to respect customers. I had a small problem, and when I asked about the manager, he came to me and spoke to me for one minute and told the guard to take me outside. After a minute, and I had not finished speaking, he cursed me and walked away without any interest. He is the manager. How does this happen in a large hotel like Marriott? He told me to do whatever you want. I do not advise anyone to come to the Marriott Hotel again because of this man

I must say that it was absolutely a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room itself was spacious and it provided a comfortable stay after a long day at the theme park. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide array of delicious options to kickstart the day. My kids loved the pool and the rooftop had a wonderful view of the city. The check-in was smooth and the staffs were amazing (including the reception, housekeeping, and the waiters at the breakfast buffet). Only improvement I can find is the self-parking, its pretty complicated and suggest to use the valet.
