Marriott Hotel Downtown, Abu Dhabi

I had a very good experience staying at Marriott downtown, Abu Dhabi. The rooms are cozy, the breakfast at Kuzbara is amazing, although I would recommend them to have more variety for vegetarian dishes. The housekeeping and laundry service is also very good and on time. I had Smile as my house keeping and she always ensured to keep my room clean, tidy and cozy. Ryan, Sarah and the others at the breakfast area are very polite and genuine guys who display amazing hospitality. We also have the option for gym, sauna and swimming which is a good option for fitness freaks.

We stayed overnight as a family of 4 in this beautiful hotel. From the start we were treated like royalty. Our rooms were amazing and had fabulous views over the city. We used the rooftop pool which was also lovely.|We had use of the executive lounge and had the most fabulous cocktails. The bar staff make any cocktail you want and the Mojito is the best we have ever tasted. |Service was out of this world. The staff in general are excellent, so attentive and very helpful|The breakfast has the biggest choice of food we have ever experienced and you can get anything you desire. Nothing is too much trouble.|Thank you so much for making us feel so special.|Would defiantly recommend this hotel

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at the Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi. Everything from the service to the comfort of the rooms was flawless. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made our time there truly special.||A special thank you to Anas at the front office, who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. He was professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. No request was ever too much for him — his warmth and hospitality made us feel truly cared for. I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The food in the restaurants was excellent—delicious and full of flavor. What made our experience truly special was the amazing team working in the restaurants. Everyone was so kind and professional, especially Mary and Ryan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly and even helped us celebrate our son’s birthday, which meant so much to us. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay memorable. We will definitely come back again!

This was one of the best hotel experiences for my family and I. Nice spacious rooms with really well thought of amenities and services. The breakfast was spectacular offering local and international options. Customer service was top notch as ever employee would attend to our needs right away politely and professionally.

Excellent stay for 3 nights. Breakfast buffet spread was impressive as well as the canapes and cocktail bar in the lounge happy hour. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The gym offered a nice elevated view of the city and was well equipped. The entire team made the stay extra pleasant and it will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Abu Dhabi.

Check-in was swift, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The valet service was a nice added touch. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the area! After working a long night shift, I arrived earlier than planned, and she kindly arranged an early check-in at 12 PM. On top of that, she offered me a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful and truly appreciated.||The room I received was more than amazing—spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. It had everything I needed and more, making my short stay feel like a relaxing escape.||Fiorella’s warm and accommodating approach is a great reflection of the excellent service you can expect at Marriott. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi—not only for its great location and facilities, but for the exceptional hospitality from team members.
