Marriott Hotel Downtown, Abu Dhabi

We stayed overnight as a family of 4 in this beautiful hotel. From the start we were treated like royalty. Our rooms were amazing and had fabulous views over the city. We used the rooftop pool which was also lovely.|We had use of the executive lounge and had the most fabulous cocktails. The bar staff make any cocktail you want and the Mojito is the best we have ever tasted. |Service was out of this world. The staff in general are excellent, so attentive and very helpful|The breakfast has the biggest choice of food we have ever experienced and you can get anything you desire. Nothing is too much trouble.|Thank you so much for making us feel so special.|Would defiantly recommend this hotel

The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made our time there truly special.||A special thank you to Anas at the front office, who went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. He was professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. No request was ever too much for him — his warmth and hospitality made us feel truly cared for. This is a very good hotel! Specifically the bed was incredibly comfortable. I thought it would be too soft but, no - it was great. Room temperature was well controlled and I didn't need to adjust it ever. Bathroom is great with a walk in shower.|The stand-out feature though are the staff. Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly. The concierge service was excellent.|I must give a shout-out to Yeng in the breakfast area. She was absolutely great with loads of character, and her cheery face was a welcome start to every day!

Their friendliness and willingness to help felt on par with hotels in a higher category. The team’s warmth and professionalism were exceptional, and that alone made the stay special. If you’re looking for five-star hospitality, you’ll find it here. The Executive Lounge was also a pleasant surprise—not only was the food far better than expected, but the service there was excellent as well. It became a favorite part of my stay. The building itself isn’t brand new, but it’s well cared for, and the effort to keep everything clean and welcoming really shows. That said, if you’re expecting the latest facilities or luxurious extras, this might not be the place—but what it lacks in that area, it more than makes up for with outstanding service. Another plus: the mall just across the street was super convenient and made quick shopping or meals easy. My trip to Abu Dhabi started on a stressful note—my taxi from the airport refused credit cards, and I had to rush to an ATM. But thanks to this hotel, my stay turned into a truly memorable and positive experience. I’m deeply grateful for that. Overall, this hotel delivers where it matters most—with people who genuinely care. I’m happy to give it five stars.

We had a lovely stay here! The rooms were spacious, and the bed was incredibly soft, providing a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. Check-in was swift, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The valet service was a nice added touch. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the area! Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with care and professionalism.||A very special thank you to Fiorella at the front desk, who made my experience even more memorable. After working a long night shift, I arrived earlier than planned, and she kindly arranged an early check-in at 12 PM. On top of that, she offered me a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful and truly appreciated.||The room I received was more than amazing—spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. It had everything I needed and more, making my short stay feel like a relaxing escape.||Fiorella’s warm and accommodating approach is a great reflection of the excellent service you can expect at Marriott. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi—not only for its great location and facilities, but for the exceptional hospitality from team members.
