Marriott Hotel Downtown, Abu Dhabi

One of the best ☆☆☆☆☆ hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE! Very hospitable, kind and professional staffs. The room is very neat and comfy. My family likes to stay here for leisure whenever we can. Totally awesome! They have a variety of foods and they are delicious! Also, it was in the city center with ease of transportation, facilities, markets and mall (Al Wahda).

We stayed for the weekend in this hotel. Staff was really kind and good. Only bit of a late check-in was slightly annoying. When we entered our room, it was really spacious. The washroom had a tub and also a shower which was really convenient. The two queen size beds were also really comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant was really tasty and had a wide variety of options. Scince we were in a high floor, our view was excellent. The only con is that when the person in the reception gave us our cards, one of them was not activated so we had to go down again to activate it. I highly recommend this hotel if you are having a stay cation in Abu Dhabi.

My partner and I are Bonvoy Platinum Members and chose to stay at the Marriott Hotel Downtown for its location and facilities. Overall we had a good stay, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival. The first night we noticed an unusual loud noise that we couldn't locate. We reported this in reception the next day and nothing was done. On the second night, guests in the next room decided to have a late-night party and we couldn't sleep for 3 hours... We reported the issue first thing at 1.30am after they had been partying for at least 1hr. Unfortunately, guests didn't listen to the repeated warnings from Reception and at only 3am, security enforced measures and the extra guests who were drinking, laughing and slamming doors for 3+ hours left the room. It was 3am. We asked to speak to the General Manager and only then, service recovery was good. They finally found out where the loud noise was coming from, and discussed the situation about the next room guests. I won't give details about their service recovery but I'll say that we were very happy with the solution the GM provided, even though these two issues had an impact in the first 4 days of our holiday.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. For over three months, The Marriott Hotel Downtown in Abu Dhabi was our home while we prepared to move into our new place, and it truly felt like a sanctuary. We stayed in one of their apartments, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with multiple bedrooms, making it perfect for our family. The kids absolutely loved the space, it felt like a real home, with all the comforts we needed for a long term stay. The layout gave everyone room to spread out, and the modern amenities made daily life a breeze. What really set this experience apart was the staff. From the reception team to the poolside crew and housekeeping, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted us with warm smiles. Their genuine care made all the difference, turning a temporary stay into a memorable chapter for our family. The kids especially appreciated the little touches, like the friendly waves from the pool staff and the meticulous care from housekeeping. A huge thank you to the entire Marriott Downtown team for making these three months so special. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay it’s a place that feels like home. Five stars, and we’ll carry these memories with us!

Great Breakfast Service at Kuzbara – Abu Dhabi Marriott||We stayed at the Abu Dhabi Marriott from November 15 to November 25, and the breakfast staff at Kuzbara were excellent throughout our stay. Every morning, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive, professional service.||The team was friendly, efficient, and well organized, even during busy breakfast hours. Their genuine hospitality made breakfast a pleasant and relaxing start to each day.||Ryan, in particular, stood out for his friendly attitude and attentive service. He consistently made sure we were well taken care of and added a personal touch to the experience.||Overall, the service at Kuzbara was a highlight of our stay and deserves special recognition.

During my stay at the Marriott Downtown Abu Dhabi, I had a truly wonderful experience. One of the highlights of my visit was meeting Smile, who took care of me with exceptional attention and warmth throughout my stay. She was always attentive to every detail, ensuring my comfort and making sure that everything was perfectly arranged. Her dedication and professionalism truly made me feel at home away from home. I would also like to appreciate her supervisor, Imran, who was very active and consistently supportive. It was evident that he leads his team with great commitment and ensures every guest receives the best possible service. Together, Smile and Imran made my experience at Marriott Downtown Abu Dhabi memorable and seamless. Their hard work and positive attitude reflect the true spirit of hospitality.

I recently stayed at this hotel an was extremely pleased. Although this hotel is one of the "senior" properties in Abu Dhabi, it should absolutely be seriously considered when staying in this city. The property is extremely well maintained and all public areas and rooms are spotless. The hotel is located across the street from one of the largest shopping malls in the city, transportation is convienient, and the outside noise levels are low.||The room decor is getting a bit dated but the rooms are bright, comfortable, and spotless. The housekeeping staff are exceptional!||Service and food quality are without question. The hotel has a number of dining options to suit every taste.||The entire staff are committed to the highest levels of customer satisfaction, reflecting well on the hotel management. While it is difficult to single out individual staff members from a superb team...I would mention the following (appologies for the spelling);||Smritee, Christian, and the lounge staff|Nishtre (sp?), Smile, and the housekeeping staff|Freddie and the front desk staff|Hannah and the Coffee Grounds staff|The Concierge staff|The valet staff|This hotel is one of my favorite Bonvoy properties world-wide..... because of the staff :-)
