Marriott Hotel Downtown, Abu Dhabi

One of the best ☆☆☆☆☆ hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE! Very hospitable, kind and professional staffs. The room is very neat and comfy. My family likes to stay here for leisure whenever we can. Totally awesome! They have a variety of foods and they are delicious! Also, it was in the city center with ease of transportation, facilities, markets and mall (Al Wahda).

My family and I had a splendid stay here in Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi. We were greeted with beautiful smiles, not on our 1st day only, but every single day. Their warmth and hospitality tells you, you're coming back here again! Special shout out to Syeda from our breakfast and Tere too. They were simply amazing people who made our holiday even special. They would help in every way they could to make our experience amazing. The hotel management even gave us the space to wash up after our desert stay! That was such a help as it meant a lot to my family since my parents, who are quite elderly, needed a comfortable space to freshen themselves! Ouh wells, they're not as adventurous as us😉 On our last day, the breakfast team even presented a full chocolate cake to us. It was such a heart-warming moment.

I stayed here for my birthday and it was incredible. The receptionist Nuriya was very welcoming & friendly. She provided me with executive lounge access while I waited for my room to be ready. When I entered my room, it was decorated for my birthday which was very thoughtful of the staff. The room was very spacious and clean. The executive lounge is incredible. The lounge has a variety of food and drink options. Also, the breakfast buffet was really good with a wide variety of options. I would like to thank Mr.Ryan as well. He was always ready to answer any questions I had and was very friendly. I would also recommend trying the soul senses spa. Overall, I loved my stay here. Thank you Marriot hotel.

We just spent 5 nights, with our daughter and her boyfriend, in the Appartment - beautiful and very clean and comfortable😃 the Staff is amazing!!!!! The breakfasts are delicious with huge choice - cold and hot dishes from the all of the world. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, cosy and in a very good location. We would like to thank you very much again all the Staff that made our holidays amazing: especially: Sarah that took care of us every breakfast and also Sayida, Benison, Michelle, Glenda and Ryan - the Manager. Also thank you People from the front Desk and this who took care of our car. All of You are the best and wonderfull People we have ever met during our trips!!!!! We hope to see you again!!! I recently stayed at this hotel an was extremely pleased. Although this hotel is one of the "senior" properties in Abu Dhabi, it should absolutely be seriously considered when staying in this city. The property is extremely well maintained and all public areas and rooms are spotless. The hotel is located across the street from one of the largest shopping malls in the city, transportation is convienient, and the outside noise levels are low.||The room decor is getting a bit dated but the rooms are bright, comfortable, and spotless. The housekeeping staff are exceptional!||Service and food quality are without question. The hotel has a number of dining options to suit every taste.||The entire staff are committed to the highest levels of customer satisfaction, reflecting well on the hotel management. While it is difficult to single out individual staff members from a superb team...I would mention the following (appologies for the spelling);||Smritee, Christian, and the lounge staff|Nishtre (sp?), Smile, and the housekeeping staff|Freddie and the front desk staff|Hannah and the Coffee Grounds staff|The Concierge staff|The valet staff|This hotel is one of my favorite Bonvoy properties world-wide..... because of the staff :-)

We stayed for the weekend in this hotel. Staff was really kind and good. Only bit of a late check-in was slightly annoying. When we entered our room, it was really spacious. The washroom had a tub and also a shower which was really convenient. The two queen size beds were also really comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant was really tasty and had a wide variety of options. Scince we were in a high floor, our view was excellent. The only con is that when the person in the reception gave us our cards, one of them was not activated so we had to go down again to activate it. I highly recommend this hotel if you are having a stay cation in Abu Dhabi.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, the service was great, and the attention to detail was impressive.||A big thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality. Perfect stay!! All the staff were warm and friendly. Special shout out to duty manager Ahmed who was extremely helpful by assisting us to arrange two rooms required by the family to be on the same floor. Thanks for the sweet gesture of leaving a special birthday cake too.
