Booked a Executive Suite for celebration of birthday. Room is spacious and the view is stunning. Frontdesk staff were courteous and polite. However, the executive lounge was full of guests and is required to book in advance. When I got there at 9pm, no foods were served and only had drinks and fruits. The overall experience was good as compared with other brands of 5 stars hotel like St. Regis and Intercontinental.

❌ Terrible Experience – Not Recommended This hotel is simply unbelievable. Poor Hygiene: The bathroom and shower walls had visible mold. The carpet and sofa were heavily stained, making the room feel dirty and unpleasant. Price vs. Quality Mismatch: They claim not to provide basic amenities in the name of “environmental protection,” yet the room rates are as high as a five-star hotel. With such poor quality, it doesn’t even meet the standards of a business hotel. Unprofessional Service: The receptionist was unfriendly. At checkout, they quietly added about RMB 1,000 to the bill. When asked, they said it was a deposit. But there was no prior explanation, no receipt, and no transparency. Overall Disappointment: I’ve stayed in many hotels in Shenzhen, and I chose this one only because it belongs to the Marriott group. Unfortunately, it turned out to be far below expectations. 👉 Conclusion: For the same price, you can find much better hotels in Shenzhen. If you’re okay with this level of quality, I’d recommend staying at a business hotel for less than half the price instead.

Great location, excellent night view of the Nanshan area with many shopping malls within a short distance from the hotel. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, excellent pool on the top floor with jacuzzi etc. The only reason for less than a perfect score is the pillow and bedding which may be too soft for my liking. Great hotel and will visit again when I am in the area.

Excellent hotel and great value. Quality seemed closer to JW or even St Regis. Everything new. Fantastic breakfast Buffett with every option you can imagine. Excellent service. Super spacious room with open bathroom concept. Great views. Overall excellent and fantastic value

Nice friendly and efficient check in although no recognition for my Platinum Status! Room as always has a great view although maintenance of the bathroom sliding doors needs attention we couldn’t close them properly. Only two towels of each description which is a bit poor if they don’t offer turndown.

The only request was a non-smoking room. Assured by front desk the room was smoke free. Entered and there was a musk of smoke and chemical. If you’re sensitive to smell at all, stay far far away.
