This hotel is a great option in the South Loop of Chicago. Parking is convenient—you can self-park across the street and take the sky bridge to cross over, which worked out perfectly.
I usually check in using the app, but this time it wasn’t working so I went to the front desk. They had separate lines for members and non-members, though the members’ line was moving slowly since there was only one person working it. Once it was my turn, the check-in process was quick, and the employee who helped me was very nice and friendly.
My room had a beautiful lake view, and it was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The beds were great, and I especially liked the firm pillows. I didn’t get a chance to use the restaurant or bar since they were crowded, but I did stop by the marketplace, which had a nice variety of items (a bit pricey, but convenient).
Overall, I had a very good stay, and I’ll definitely consider this hotel again the next time I’m in the city.
