Great service. Nicely updated hotel, GREAT security. The service really is impeccable. The young lady who checked me in (I'm kicking myself because I can't remember her name) her service, her English, her helpfulness, suggestions, advice and even her smile made her easily one of my best experiences in Haiti! I really enjoyed the Haitian Groti at the restaurant and honestly the only negative thing I have is the shower head... I'm not sure if it was just my room (614) but in such a nice hotel the shower head reminded me of something I would see in a 1 star hotel or worse. You guys can do better than that. Otherwise. Great experience!

I traveled to Haiti from my home in Washington, DC, and needed somewhere convenient to the airport to stay for two nights after checking out of my resort in another part of the country. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. My room was sparkling clean, I had 0 issues with the hot water, the service at the bar was amazing, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere at the hotel was awesome. They also provided me transportation to the airport (for a fee) which was on time and professional too. I always felt safe, and the location is busy, yet convenient. I also loved my view from my room! I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

My stay was fantastic. I was skeptical at first because of the location, but once I was on the property, it was very well decorated, professional and very secure and safe. The rooms are well kept. Ac, works well. The property overall, is very modern and sophisticated and very well decorated. I loved and enjoyed the pool and gym area. Customer service is definitely on point and that's a huge plus for me. Front desk, check in and out was easy, fast. The Agents were very nice, professional, and they all speak very well English. Security are on site 24 hours! The bar and lounge seems nice, although I didn't eat on site. The internet works well! Overall, it was a great experience, I would definitely stay there again, in the future

The professionalism at this hotel was of high standard. The security was very visible. A feeling of warmth was felt upon entering the doors with at least two people there to greet you at all times. The front desk staff was passionate regarding making my stay a good one. The only issue I ran into was that they did not put forth much effort to locate my Marriott Reward's number. This is minor, but I thought I would mention. The hotel is physically beautiful in that it is surrounded by much traffic. I enjoyed my stay and will return in the future.

Was welcomed the minute I arrived. The questions I had anticipated having to discuss upon arrival had already gotten satisfactory answers. The staff was helpful both at the site, through prior emails and even during a phone call I had made to the 800 number. Everything was facilitated and I was able to totally relax. The buffet breakfast was great although I have a number of food sensitivities, I found plenty that was no concern to me. The dinners we had were lovely. I was with a group and we spent time discussing issues over dinner. We were never rushed, people bent over backwards to be helpful. All I can say, it was an amazing experience.

We stayed at this hotel for a Wedding Honeymoon and loved everything about it. ||||This hotel is an oasis and the location is great with a spectacular view of the mountains and part of the city.||The hotel has beautiful décor and it has a homey vibe where you can relax and unwind with superb delicious tasty meals from the restaurant or the lobby bar. The pool was great to unwind.||||When I called to make arrangements for the honeymoon; I spoke with the Front Office Manager - Candice Paultre.|| I have to give Candice a special acknowledgement because she was phenomenal in every way. No request was too big or too small. she followed my request precisely with no hesitation and always with a positive and professional attitude. ||She ensured that everything was set-up for my brother's honeymoon. ||||Candice stayed in touch with me to ensure that everything was to our liking and personally greeted them and gave a tour of the property when we arrived. Candice set the tone for our stay by going above and beyond... and truly made our stay an exceptional one. Candice is an exemplary Manager and should be applauded for a job well done! Thank-you for making this special event a memorable one.||||Price is very reasonable. First time visiting Haiti and this hotel made my experience so memorable. Spent a lot of time at the bar and restaurant and though it is quite pricey, the customer service is great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Very modern looking bathroom. Everything seems up to date. This place is definitely on my list for places to return to !
