Great stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Room rate was close to $200 which was great for a 2BR unit with a high living room and full kitchen. Also had full sized washer and dryer. Close to I Drive and all the Disney attractions. Gated property so low traffic and very little noise. Beautifully maintained grounds. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Cypress Harbour Vacation Club Resort in Orlando, and I can't say enough good things about our experience, especially thanks to the incredible front desk clerk, Stephanie, and the fantastic bartender, Matt. From the moment we arrived, Stephanie greeted us with a warm and genuine smile that instantly made us feel welcome. Her professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable. She took the time to address our specific needs and went above and beyond by allowing us to print a few time-sensitive contracting documents. It was evident that she truly cared about making our stay as seamless as possible. Stephanie’s knowledge of the resort and the surrounding area was impressive, and she made us feel like we were the most important guests she had that day. Now, let’s talk about Matt, the bartender. He was absolutely awesome! From the first sip, it was clear that he knew exactly how to make our drinks. My wife and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at the bar, and Matt made it even better with his friendly demeanor and expert mixology skills. He took the time to get to know us and suggested some fantastic cocktails based on our preferences. Every drink was perfectly crafted, and we could tell he genuinely enjoyed what he did. As Titanium Elite Marriott members, and as Business Owners we have high expectations, and both Stephanie and Matt exemplified the kind of exceptional service that we’ve come to expect from Marriott’s top-tier locations. It’s people like them who elevate the experience and make us want to return time and time again. The facilities at Cypress Harbour are fantastic, but it’s the outstanding staff, especially Stephanie and Matt, that truly sets this resort apart. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you both for making our stay so memorable!

Google
Our first visit back in 5 years and the resort is showing the wear. Not the value or relaxation it once was. Construction is happening all around the perimeter of the resort and in buildings within the resort. Take care what building you are in because you will hear room construction or condo construction around the perimeter. We're paying premium price for our villa and our view is of dirt and earth movers. Take heed

Centrally located between SeaWorld, Universal Orlando and Disney. The rooms are well appointed and updated. They comfortably handle 6 people. Many features on property for all ages. Little ones have toddler pools and a small water park. Teens have basketball, miniature golf, billiards and tablet tennis. Adults have pickleball, badminton, corn hole, shuffle board and miniature golf. The staff is friendly and the property is well kept.

Spent one week at this resort. It is a very nice property with many amenities, including a proper gym. Very well located, close to the main tourist attractions in Orlando. The villas are comfortable and clean. The staff are courteous. Would definitely stay there again.

Just back from another stay at Marriott Cypress Harbour over the Christmas holidays and as usual it didn’t disappoint. We had a villa in block 52 which looks out onto the lake and is also very close to reception and main pool area. While there is construction around the outskirts of the resort we were well away from it at this block. Staff as always were very friendly and helpful and special mention to Marie on reception who looked after a small issue I had. Also a mention for the housekeeping team who were excellent 👍 . |We love to spend time here as it’s like a relaxing Oasis but still so central to shopping dining and attractions. We did see plans in the main reception area of upgrades that are planned for the villas in 2025 so this will just enhance your experience here.

Google
Enjoyed the time at the resort. The front desk was very accommodating with our request for a water facing room and placed us in Building 50 which was an ideal distance from activities and main pool. Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool table, ping pong and basketball court (even with no kids in tow). Was slightly disappointed that the paddle boats are no longer available, but saw plenty of families taking out pontoons. The view from the room and breakfast on the veranda, well worth the money to avoid hustle and bustle of “area” hotels with a mouse. Two bathrooms was a game changer, even with just the two of us. Was also pleasantly surprised with the gentle offering at check in regarding timeshare, where a simple no is enough and no heavy pitch. Grounds were well kept, and only negative I can think of was ground floor tends to have musty smell, but a little air freshener did the trick! Don’t hesitate if you want more room to spread out and tranquil space in Orlando that’s close to parks.

Google
What a fabulous place, especially during the off season. Spacious 2 bedroom condo, close but not too close to the clubhouse, quiet surroundings and so much more. We were about 8 minutes from Discovery Cove and Sea World, and shopping. Their food was pretty good and great family activities on site. We had a great time.

Yelp
Amazing service. Great people. Love the property. The property was massive, there is one building next to the main lobby that's under construction but the rest of the property is amazing. Lots to do the people at the activity center are always so kind and helpful. Location, it's about 5m from Sea World. About 15-20m to either Disney or Universal. It's right in the middle of all 3 attractions. Highly recommend and I'd come back anytime. Also had someone from Gatorland come out on one of the days. I believe the staffs name was Daniel and he did an awesome job with leading the presentation of showing off 4 different reptiles! Really great experience for kids and adults alike.

Yelp
I'm loyal to the Marriott brand and affiliated brands - the Cypress Harbour doesn't disappoint. Our two bedroom suite was well appointed (additional sleeper sofas, oversized jacuzzi tub, full sized fridge etc.) and immaculately clean. The weather was in our favor so we spent time on the screened-in patio. A big plus is that Cypress Harbour is a fine alternative to staying at the Disney resort.

Michele S.

Yelp
We stayed there twice. Both times we were happy with the room, location and amenities. Located in Orlando, except for the traffic, getting to Disney and Disney Springs is not that bad. My only problem was finding the pool. It is not conveniently located for a comfortable walk and it was too easy to get lost. Maps were confusing. Signs pointing the way would have been better. All in all, Marriott does a great job with this property.

Steven W.

Yelp
A very large property and so close to Universal and Disney world and of course Seaworld. It was a great and quick check in experience and our building was right next to the lobby. They have complementary water and have so many activities for all ages. Room was so comfortable and large. Had everything we needed. Certain part of the room was slightly dated but overall such a comfortable stay with a huge jacuzzi to enjoy with two sinks and a king size bed!

Leah M.

Yelp
This resort has everything you want. It is close to the parks. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We had a 2 bedroom unit that was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need.

Yelp
Just had a great stay at Marriott's Cypress Harbour Villas. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to Universal where we were seeing a concert. I think it was a 15 minute drive away and all of the Disney attractions seemed to be easily accessible as well. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The expected chat about buying a time share was pretty painless and only took a minute or two and then we were on our way to the room. I wasn't thrilled about a ground floor room, but upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the spacious layout and tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a long day of driving and hanging out in town. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the room and bathroom sparkling clean. There was also a screened sitting area with a lake view that was lovely. The only thing I didn't love was the 10am check out which was not disclosed to us at any point. 10am is very early, especially after a late night and when you're expecting to sleep in. Check out at 12pm is the policy for literally every other hotel I've ever stayed at, why it's early here is beyond me. To make matters worse, they were all over us at 10:02am. Cleaning staff furiously knocking at the door, multiple calls from the front desk, random staff members coming to knock on the door. We were shell-shocked. In the end though, this is a great hotel. I would definitely come back again, I'll just be sure to wake up extra early to avoid the army of staff members seeking to kick us out.

Yelp
We went here due to a timeshare presenation and got 3 nights at a significant discount, so take this review with that in mind. However, even with this perk, I still can't give this resort a full five stars. The resort is very large and it'll definitely help if you have a car to get around. There are bikes in some areas around the resort to use (we didn't use them), but it's a lot easier to get to the front desk or wherever you need to go around the resort if you have a car since walking in the heat can be pretty chellenging. Also, they seem to have quite a few amenities which is nice. We never had the opportunity to use them since we were at a theme park when we stayed there, but whenever we drove around, it looked like some people were using them. Also, the 2 bedroom rooms are very large and spacious. We stayed here with a total of 7 people and were quite comfortable since there was so much space. It's nice that they have a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and also a full size washer/dryer in the room. We used them all. I think the downside for me regarding this hotel is that even though you're somewhat close to Disneyworld, due to all the traffic, it's still going to take you some time to get there. Also, it seems this hotel might cater to those going to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, which is good if you plan to go there. But I would also say that the clientele at this hotel is also closer to the clientele of Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure . It's hard to describe, but it feels less family oriented (especially if you have young kids), then if you were to stay at a resort on Disney property or even a hotel closer to Disneyworld. In other words, I didn't think the guests at this hotel were the same as when we stayed on Disney property if that makes sense. Anyway, if we were to pay full price, we definitely would not stay here as there are better hotels in the area for families.

Yelp
If you're looking for a beautiful resort you have found your place. I felt like I was in my home away from home in Florida. The service was here was top notched and the ambiance was amazing! This resort felt like condo living at its finest. The sunset was extremely breathtaking like something out of a movie. Everything was delicious! They offered pool, shuffle board, ping pong, basketball, rent a boat, fishing, pickle ball, soccer, wine tasting, bingo, volleyball, and sauna. Just to name to name a few. Do yourself a favor and stop by if you're in the area.

Mike T.

Yelp
We are Marriott Vacation Club owners and have stayed at this timeshare on numerous occasions. The Villas are big and spacious. Perfect for a family to spread out and not be on top of each other. The staff here is friendly. Everything that you would expect from a Marriott property.

Soha S.

Yelp
This is a beautiful vacation spot. The villla's are huge. The property is gorgeous. They have everything to do on site. Highly recommend. And the price is excellent for what you get.

Bee J.

Yelp
came here for 5 nights and this place is amazingly beautiful. It's near everything .. 5-10 mins shopping /restaurants/ 15-20 mins away to most of the parks; inside our room... it has everything you need for a 1 family house..except food which is in the main area of the resort or buy stuff & cook the meals the way you prefer; also surprised to see washing/drying in our room as well.. which is a plus. has multiple pools, activity center for kids, bikes, boats, sauna ... you name it ... it's here. And the staff .... Soo friendly ! Love the experiences we had w/ kids and sad to leave this place. Highly recommend !!

Tamara S.

Yelp
This place is lovely. I booked it so we would have enough room for our large family. The front desk staff were very gracious. Check in was smooth and friendly. Our villa was very clean and very comfortable, although very outdated. The villa had more than enough room. We enjoyed the screened in balcony. It was a little dark going back to the villa in the evening. Better lighting would suit the property. I told them at booking that it was my daughter's birthday. When we arrived there was a card waiting for her. The only 1 draw back was the time share sell. I told them I may be interested. They were gracious and left it at that but then called my villa at 9:00 am to ask again. That was an obscene hour to call. Other than that...great stay, great rate. I would definitely stay again!

Christopher B.

Yelp
This was my second time staying at the Cypress Harbour and was once again pleased with my stay. The front desk is so pleasant and helpful. I liked the activities list by the pool and the overall look of the entrance and foyer. There are 3 pools that are very spacious and they staff sets up daily activities in case you aren't a theme park visitor here in Orlando during the day. The 2 bedroom villas come with a full kitchen and large fridge allowing the perfect visits for families. I loved the screened in patio/terrace the most as it was a perfect way to listen to nature all while getting fresh air without the bugs. There is a massive jacuzzi tub in the master suite and lots of space in general in the bathrooms and bedrooms. 3 TV's allow maximum entertainment. The showers do have body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided and there is a dryer and washing machine along with an iron and ironing board. The grounds are so well maintained as to be expected and it is super safe and nice to walk around the general area. From park benches, to wooden swings over bridges, Marriott has done a great job with this planning and developing. Job well done!

Yelp
The apt type lodging is always great if you are a large family or have kids. 2/2, full kitchen, W&D, lovely screened balcony, close to parks. Resort offers pools, restaurants, bars, grounds are immaculate. The reason for only 3 stars is I had to spend hours listening about Marriott's vacation Club offering (similar to timeshare, but point based). I have never been to any of these "offers" before but seemed like a great deal /savings especially since I just back from Europe vacation. They say 90 mins but my time was over 2 hrs, they pull out all the stops to get you to sign. I felt it was excessive pressure and the Salesman straight up lied to me and acted shady after i changed my mind. Thankfully I had a massage scheduled so I had to leave and I didn't sign, was suppose to return after, but good sense kicked in during the massage and I didn't go through with it . Thanks but no thanks, I'd rather pay full price for my stays. Nothing against Marriott, its my hotel of choice when traveling but these pushy sales ppl ruin their reputation.

Andrea Z.

Yelp
This marriot is my favorite! It feels like you're on a cruise . They have plenty of activities throughout the day and for different age groups. The whole family is bound to have a good time! The service is by far what makes all the difference! The shuttle drivers are some of the friendliest, wapestiall the boat shuttle drivers (or shall I say captains). Phillip, in particular was so kind and respectful. Nathan was also friendly and informative! He told us about the alligators and the area. Keefer was so knowledgeable and loved talking about all kinds of things too! The only complaint we had is that the AC didn't seem to cool the whole place enough and in the middle of the night it seemed to turn off. No fun. The pools are nice, they have a nice short nature trial, they have basketball courts, billiards, and ping pong.

Anthony M.

Yelp
First time, great place with plenty of amenities to choose from for your family & guests. Grounds and decorations are great along with gated security which they do a great job. The rooms are spacious with nice decor and stocked for all your basic needs, they have full laundry size in the unit, plenty of sleeping space with pull out sofa if needed. Jacuzzi in the master bedroom makes it a very nice touch for catching up with some romance lol. Highly recommended stay.

Khadijah L.

Yelp
ok me and my family came Aug 2023 I had a bad slip and fall never ever have I had this happen no caution sign floors wet nothing Chris at the front desk was very helpful and concerned got me a ride back to my villa. Yelp
I wish there were more than 5 stars available! This resort villa was AWESOME!! I came Saturday and left Sunday, and I wish I could have stayed longer. From the start; arriving into the gated entry, to pulling into the parking lot lobby to check in. Beautiful landscape such a peaceful feel, there were community bikes available the fun ones that seat more than one person! If we had more time I would have loved to go on a stroll around the lovely complex. Rooms: Two full rooms included bath & shower a queen bed, dresser, tv, vanity (fully stocked blankets, towels, wash cloths,) (**FUll SIZE SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, BODY WASH) I got the room with the Jacuzzi Tub inside ! It was clean & heavenly! Full Size Kitchen (fully stocked; dishes, glasses, utensils, wine opener, can opener etc,) Coffee Pot (coffee, cream, sugar) Tea Kettle Washer/Dryer in unit Living Room: Futon couch amd a tv Patio that overlooks the lake has a table with 5 chairs! Stay was about $300/night Promo going on for a 5days/4nights !!! That price came out cheaper than our 1 night stay! I won't spill the price so you can check it out! Note: (only applicable for guests that booked a stay) Clean rooms! No bad smell in the rooms nor the hall nor the elevator Bbq's throughout the villas Nice pools for the kids, playground for the kids Convenience Store near the Lobby

Mia D.

Yelp
10/10 I would definitely recommend! This resorts offers everything you could ask for a quick weekend trip! The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and have a sense of humor! We stayed from Saturday to Monday and it was fully worth the price. We were celebrating my sister's birthday in which they gave her a free bottle of wine. The activities are very economical if you are sticking to a budget! They have daily activities for all ages! We had the opportunity to visit the bars, ride the boat and bike rental! We will definitely return to this location! The villas are very clean! This hotel also is very close to many attractions, restaurants and shopping!

Thais A.

Yelp
Loved the villas here and property. The living areas were spacious and clean. Super convenient to have laundry in the unit along with all the other essentials you would need for your time away from home. Pool and rec areas were great. Both pools are large and new. My only dislike was the giant bathtub in the master suite, but that's just a personal preference for me.

William L.

Yelp
Two things stand out in the negative for my/our recent most stay here...First is that they DID NOT have our villa ready by 4pm as they should have. It was actually clean, but some "manager" had to sign off on it and still hadn't nor would get to it for at least another hour. Thus we had to go to a different part of the resort and a villa we didn't want. Queen Bee reports desk staff was quite helpful in mitigation matters, at least. Second is that they intruded upon us to perform some engineering/maintenance task. There was a voicemail and a door tag notice ahead of time, at least. They stated it was/is routine; if so why can't they do it when turnover time comes? I don't like inconvenience, intrusions or unwelcome company. This was all three combined...just wait till we get out. Fortunately for both these issues, we wound up in a quiet corner of the resort and I didn't have to play host to their wrench jockey. There was a good bit way too much noise Monday night into early Tuesday from our upstairs neighbor...no fault of our innkeepers tho. A pack of inconsiderate fools slamming drawers and so on. The entertainment, dining and recreation options are back in full swing again. Only thing still different from before the 'Rona is that they still don't offer full housekeeping. Well, I can always ask for more towels, etc by a simple call...they're usually pretty prompt and on-point in these matters. Most staff I've encountered here is pleasant too. All in all, this place is still clean, well kept and a first class property they we both like. We hope it remains that way, as I see us returning here regularly as we have for the last couple of years. We abstain from resort entertainment and food options; we do our own thing away from the crowds. Thus I have no critique of those facets of resort life.

Elisca J.

Yelp
My favorite place to stay in Orlando!! The rooms are super clean. The pools and hot tubs are also kept clean. The resort is secured with gates and Marriott staff confirm with you before allowing anyone through.

Kathleen H.

Yelp
We are owners here and it was our first stay. We really loved the resort. Our only complaint is that housekeeping came in and while they did a beautiful job cleaning up, they moved things around and changed the towels which did not need to be changed. They took both clean dishcloths and didn't leave any. I tried to get more but couldn't. I would suggest you put the "do not disturb " sign on your door. People were very friendly and the entire place is very well maintained. The room is comfortable and nicely updated. Food in the grill was great and there's lots of spaces to find quiet and peaceful privacy all around the resort. They thought of everything! Can't wait to come back

Jonathan M.

Yelp
Dexter is the man! He's a wonderful manager and did a great job accommodating us and helping us! He is kind, attentive, and does a great job making sure your needs are met. Thank you so much!!!

Amanda A.

Yelp
Thanks to everybody who wrote a review of this resort. I was pleasantly surprised as to how beautiful the place was. They allowed us to check in 4 hours early and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom suite was clean and spacious. I'm a neat freak but I couldn't find anything out of place. The grounds were lush well-manicured. My picky teenager had a wonderful time also. We were close to all the attractions. We intend to go again next year and stay longer then 4 days. The price was great.

Michael W.

Yelp
You will find this resort to be inline with the Marriott standard. Very clean and well equipped, beautiful landscape and great amenities. A great section of pools with a large amount of lounge chairs and tables. The great activities team always have wonderful sessions throughout the day. This team really enhances the resort for all ages. The negatives are small but noticeable. The 2nd bedroom has only a double bed and a small couch with a pullout bed. The room is small and extremely tight with little to no floor space. Secondly, the gate staff are not out going at all. They fail to make eye contact and keep the doors closed most of the time. Adequate but not the sands a other MVC properties in the area.

Tony B.

Yelp
Plan on unplugging and unwinding because there is little to no internet (7mbps) or cell phone (1 bar) coverage on this property. Otherwise, this is just a majestic property as you would expect from a Marriott. The parking and grounds is very well shaded with mature trees which makes for a perfect walk anytime of day. I really loved the new pickle ball court. Lots of activities scheduled daily like water aerobics, yoga, crafts and daily live music. Truly a resort feel with the spacious pools and the outdoor activities abound. I was even impressed with the scuba lessons hosted in the main pool. Certainly deserving of five stars but I'm a tad disappointed that I can't connect at all. You can't even make a restaurant reservation from your room. I was hoping to work a few days after dropping the kids off at a nearby park but instead I have to head to a coffee shop to work

Rak L.

Yelp
This was our first visit to Cypress Harbour. First they gave us a room with a construction view. It was worse view than our house. Do they really think that a cloud of construction dust coming in through the patio door is vacation? Then finally after waiting for over 8 hours without a room, they told us they forgot about us waiting for the room!!! We were standing right in front of the front desk the whole time. The service at Cypress Harbour is not impressive. I doubt we will be going back there again. Also they took us on a tour and promised us 40k Marriott points for the tour. It has been over 70 days and they still haven't given us the points. And after reaching out to the people who sold us the Vacation Club they still have not helped us get the points. What scam artists these Marriott Vacation Club sales people are. Now we really regret buying the shares with the Marriott Vacation Club. We realize we made a mistake as there are no rooms ever available in good places. Please don't make the mistake we made.

K K.

Yelp
I highly recommend! Beautiful property with very spacious villas, plenty of pools and activities for the whole family. Staff is amazing! My every accommodation was met with ease. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer!!

Steve And Lazz D.

Yelp
The property is great. Almost feel like a Caribbean resort. But, it is not unlimited drinks and no pool bar. It is active tho. Don't really need to leave.

Meagan L.

Yelp
We LOVED our stay here!! We had a suite that overlooked the lake and it was soo beautiful! My favorite part about our room was the screened-in balcony. It was the perfect way to enjoy some fresh air without worrying about the bugs! I also loved that there was a fan to keep it cool in the Florida heat. I went out there every day and never wanted to leave! The living area and kitchen were also great! There was plenty of room and it accommodated our group of 8 perfectly. The sofa beds were more comfortable than most, especially if you laid a comforter down on them first. I also loved the amenities that were on the property. They have multiple pools, pickle ball, paddle boats, mini golf, bikes, a nice gym, etc! Activities like paddle boats and biking cost extra, but not much. This isn't the fanciest place you'll ever stay but it absolutely took care of our needs and I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Art K.

Yelp
We've stayed here 14+ years, 2-4 weeks each visit. The facility is well-maintained, the staff are friendly & accommodating, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and provide a wonderful retreat for our extended stays. Each year's arrival is like "coming home".

Chris P.

Yelp
Wonderful stay! Clean. Comfy. Friendly service. Very tropical setting and nice walk to the pools, marketplace and places to eat! Would definitely stay again!

Grace F.

Yelp
I had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with laundry inside the unit, close to the club house. The rooms were clean, with a really great layout. I walked around the pools but didn't swim so I can't speak to the water. The surroundings were beautiful.

justin N.

Yelp
Jessica McCann the director of the fort desk was completely rude and unhelpful to our family when we encountered an issue and needed assistance. We are here for Easter and she managed to turn our inconvenience into a vacation ruining incident. After she was done getting into a screaming match with the guests before us, she gave our family the same awful Attitude and on a holiday is just awful. We will be rethinking where we spend our vacation time and money in the future.

Michelle M.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay. The two bedroom villa was very clean and in fantastic condition, and there was more than enough room for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had a large living room area. We also loved being able to sit on the screened in porch every morning and evening without worrying about bugs while enjoying the view of the water. Another plus is that the resort is in a good location. It's only a short drive to a number of shopping and dining locations. We have annual passes to Disney World and could drive to it and Disney Springs in about 15 minutes. However, it's also close to a lot of other attractions. We look forward to our next visit!

Michele Z.

Yelp
Outstanding! We had the best experience that we've ever had! The service is excellent; everyone was friendly and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and well stocked! There was even a washer and dryer in our room, which made an incredible difference! We never had to ask for toilet paper or towels: Things like this really make a difference. The pools are gorgeous and so relaxing! We had so much fun playing table tennis and billiards, and there are activities going on all of the time. We played in a movie trivia game, sang karaoke, ate s'mores, and held an immature American Alligator! We loved sitting in the screened porch balcony every evening and every morning. It was so peaceful! The resort is in a great location. It took only about 15-20 min. to get to the airport, EPCOT, etc. We absolutely loved this resort, and we look forward to returning!!

Kambria G.

Yelp
Wow what an awesome resort. The room is HUGE (2 beds 2 full bath, full kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room). The living room couch has a pull out bed which is also great. The patio is huge and enclosed so bugs can't get in. I imagine most rooms have a great view cause there is ponds with water features everywhere. There's lots of free activities almost every night, there's an arcade, activity center, basketball court, water and bike rentals etc.... And we can't forget about their multiple pools! They also brought out popsicles for the kids at the pool. Great touch! We really enjoyed our week stay here.

Yelp
Very nice resort near DisneyWorld. 2 bedroom suite was more than enough for the 4 of us. One room had a queen & a pullout sofa, other room was a master with a king, 2 person hot tub, shower. Living room also has a pull out sofa. Dining table and full kitchen. Outside balcony had a screen to protect you from insects, it also had a ceiling fan, and a beautiful view of the lake. One day we explored the whole resort and there are multiple nice big pools. Main pool had a vball net, 4 jacuzzis, 1 kiddie pool, there is a pool bar as well. There are also multiple playgrounds, sand volleyball areas, and activities. Basketball, ping pong & fishing. You can rent bikes, boats, etc. it's like a resort theme park. They have indoor activities where kids can explore and make things. Resort looks like townhomes spread throughout. Maybe 3 floors max. At each one they provide a grocery cart to use to bring groceries to your room. Also provided is multiple luggage carts. Overall it was a very relaxing, well kept resort. Just like being in your own home. Very relaxing, and enjoyable place for our vacation in Orlando.

Yelp
I had previously stayed at this resort in the past. I was excited when they offered me a promo to stay there again as long as I paid for it in advance and sat thru the 90-minute timeshare presentation. A shuttle took me to another timeshare resort for the presentation and I was greeted by the sales rep Emberberg (sp?). As I stood up, he mocked my height since he was quite a bit shorter. But I figured I just had to deal with this guy for 90 minutes and be on my way. THE PRESENTATION WAS 3 HOURS LONG. 3 HOURS OF MY VACATION RUINED BY THIS COCKY SALES REP. He repeatedly told me that he knows I'm a Marriott girl and New Yorkers never say no to him. Jokes on him. At the two-hour mark, I did call him out saying we were past the 90-minute mark, and assured me that he was almost done. I told him to show me the figures so I could get going with my so-called vacation. This was not the best impression on my first day of vacation. One thing I learned during the presentation is that Hilton is their biggest competitor. Next time I'm in Orlando I'll stay at one of their resorts. As for Cypress Harbor, I have always enjoyed my time there. The location is great. You are within 10 minutes of every theme park and multiple restaurants. The staff on site are very friendly and helpful. The grill and bar area near the pool are great for a day to lounge by the pool. It is a shame that Marriott must torture us with these "90 minute" presentations...... I understand if it goes over the 90 minute mark.... but 3 hours is down right obnoxious and unnecessary.

Yelp
This place made me feel as if I were in the tropics! I wanted to do something nice for Mother's Day and reserved a villa for Friday to Sunday. Upon arrival at around 5pm, the person at gate helped me navigate to the front desk since I had never stayed before. Once I got to the concierge, the person assisting me in the check-in process went over all of the amenities and the schedule of when things were happening around the resort. There is a steel drummer usually on Fridays and a signing duo on Saturdays that are a pleasure to hear while lounging by the pool. Our building (69) was towards the back corner where there was construction going on, but it was not a disturbance! The villa is spacious and has everything you need if you are staying for a long period of time. The beds are so comfy and I woke up not realizing I was at a hotel! The only issue was the containers taking up parking spots in which caused me to park in building 67's area. I walked to the fitness center Saturday morning since it was available to use luckily and had a decent amount equipment, but an additional key was needed and masks were required, which was "eh" since I was soaking it in sweat. At around 4pm, we decided to go the pool. The pool closest to us was way too busy and we could not locate any vacant chairs. We walked to the main pool where there was a trivia game happening, followed by the singing duo. We found some chairs and and ordered some drinks at the bar... quite a few actually LMAO. The bartenders are accommodating and pour a good ratio of alcohol and mixer(s). We also ordered some wings and a veggie wrap that were filling and cooked to a T. I could have honestly stayed by the pool until it was closing time that's how relaxing it was. Sunday was departure day and I was so sad to go! I wish I booked for a week! I would say this resort is very family oriented and not just for kids. I saw some couples, some families, and some mother-daughter stays during my stay. The location is prime and right outside of Seaworld and between both Disney and Universal. The traffic isn't terrible either and has access to I-4 and 528 about 5-10 minutes away. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay more than I thought I would! I have already booked my next stay!

Yelp
Stayed here as part of a promotional package for timeshare sales. I've been to many presentations and stayed at many timeshare hotels and this was a great experience. We were told this resort caters to an older crowd, but we found it pleasantly not crowded and quiet. We had a short stay and wanted to do Disney, so we didn't use many of the amenities, but I know they had pools, fishing, pickle ball, games to rent and more! We were on the third floor but never heard any neighbors. The layout of our room made sense and we found it to be spacious for two married couples. I think they say their rooms sleep 8 (I was told all rooms at this resort are identical), but that may be a little cramped. Appliances were in working order, and we even got housekeeping service unexpectedly one day. The unit we stayed in was clean, well kept and had a nice screened in porch. They also don't charge for parking which is nice! I would consider staying here again.

Yelp
My family absolutely loves this hotel! The suites are beautiful, spacious and clean! The price is reasonable. The amenities are far beyond our expectations. This is one of my favorite places to stay in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. We travel to this area a lot for cheer competition and have stayed here multiple times. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. They even managed to find us a room very last minute when we had to leave another hotel in the middle of the night. Thanks so much Marriott!

Yelp
Loved, loved, loved it here!!!! OMG this is a beautiful property. It's a gated entrance as well! My friend was treated like a king when he checked in. We were all the way in the back, building 69, but it wasn't a problem since we rented a car. They also have vans and golf carts that can take you wherever you need to go just in case you don't have a car. The kitchen was a very nice touch. It was fully stocked from plates, mugs, glasses, and silverware to skillets, pots, pans, and blenders. I actually liked the decor and everything was quite clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had no problems there. We ate lunch at the cafe near the lobby pool. 2 burgers and fries was $14, not bad at all. Especially for a resort. We didn't get to swim over there though because there were too may kids. We decided to go swim at the Island Pool I believe, near the 60's buildings with the waterfall and sauna. There are all types of activities, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc. Even boat rides. We were close to Universal Studios, only an $8 uber ride if I can recall correctly. Super close to lots of restaurants, CVS, etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus I got to come home with clean clothes thanks to the washer and dryer. Excellent location!!!

Yelp
Fantastic property with great amenities, food and drink options on property were good, recreation opportunities and view sheds were amazing. Location was perfect for us. In room furniture and showers were great. Only complaint: WiFi and cell service are inadequate by any measure. Not even the offered showtime channel worked due to streaming issues. Not acceptable. I needed to be connected and I could not. I cannot recommend to anyone who needs to work or keep connected to family during your stay. Do better.

Yelp
Five stars for probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Huge rooms and the master had an amazingggg whirlpool jacuzzi tub for two. Everything was clean and we didn't have much issue with noise from other rooms (we did get a corner villa). The amenities looked great but it was a short stay so we didn't get to try much. I'd definitely come back if I had another special occasion to celebrate locally. Check in was a breeze, and parking was free and readily available. There were irons in each villa, lots of toiletries and a full sized fridge and stuff to cook with if you wanted to. They also have restaurants in property and a ton available via Uber eats. The staff we interacted with were really nice. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our wedding weekend.

Yelp
You can probably see that they responded here about the power outage. Not only was the experience still overall a quite negative one, but in two conversations with hotel staff while there, even when mentioning the power outage to them, at no point was there anything said like, "We're so sorry for that happening to you, for the inconvenience" or anything like that. Nothing. It matters less to me that you make me fully aware that it's technically not your fault than it does that you care at all that your guests are having a negative experience - which was not at all what was communicated to me.

Yelp
We had a FANTASTIC stay at this resort. This trip was given to us as a present and I am so glad we came. The resport is beautiful, full of play grounds, outside games, paths to take your bike on, or jog, the lake you can go around in on the boat, shout out to RANDY! Loved every minute of this place. They had nature walks and pool games to get everyone involved around happy hour, gave you coupons to use around the resort for various activities, drinks and food. I mean just so many positives to this place. We stayed for a week and it was so fun to hang around and just relax and have fun. There were kid play areas and kiddy pools, I mean it was just soo nice. Our room was great too, very spacious, our master suite was huge and had a big jacuzzi tub and seating areas and big bathroom and closet, along with a tented patio to keep the bugs and gecko's out. I would come back, we also meet some fun people at the pool to play games with and the jacuzzi's were nice and warm, I mean, I just can't say enough.
