MARROW

A little gem of restaurant hiding in the most conspicuous location! The dishes were so good we could have ordered them all again right there and then. The crispy rice 'pie' was like getting all the crispy rice at the bottom of the pan jackpot. The staff was very nice and kind and made the experience even more memorable.

This place is amazing, I can't recommend this place enough. Everything from the food to the service to the beverages was just absolutely spot on. The service is attentive unlike some French places, the server spotted right away that we didn't speak French and switched right away and offered to translate everything for us. We basically ordered 85% of the menu and not a single dish disappointed. Do yourself a favour and come here.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the food, the chef! Every dishes was excellent! And I think we had the best octopus of our life! Highly recommended restaurant. Best wine and best beers served here as well.

I was craving bone marrow and searched for restaurants that served it. Found this place and hoped with the name, it would be good. Lol Plus, the reviews were high. I saw that it was next to the gare as I walked up and hoped I hadn't made a mistake coming here. I didn't. This restaurant had amazing food. Most of the mains were small except for the last one so I ordered 2. The first was a phenomenal broccoli dish, very tasty. Then my marrow. Heavenly. SO good. I had a cocktail as well and it was wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant. I sat at the kitchen bar and the chef personally served me and explained each dish to me. I will definitely remember this restaurant next time I am in Paris. I wish I were hungrier. I am sure the menu degustation is not to be missed!

We arrived pretty late on a Friday evening, and the restaurant was just taking last orders for the kitchen. The restaurant was jam-packed (always a good sign), but the nice staff kindly squeezed us onto the bar. The food - wow! I think the pictures don’t do it justice, but every dish really was incredible. Very, very, very good food. Service was really pleasant, too. All-in: a perfect meal.

Excellent place. Great choice of wine, they also have cool cocktails. Don't be afraid to seat at the bar, it's a great place if you're 2 or less. The food was fantastic, we actually tried the whole menu, and all plates were fabulous. They know what they're doing.

Small plates and creative recipes at its best! A must visit if you are in Paris! I need to come back to try the other items on their menu 😋

Saw this cosy place with warm and nice lighting from outside, we walked in without any reservation. The food turned out to be excellent and also the service, very professional. But the restaurant was pretty drafty each time when people coming in.

My husband came in September, 2022 and has no recollection of its name and address. We walked around the Quartier area and by pictures he took and lots of retracing his steps, we finally found the place. 6-1/2 years young, this restaurant is literally "small but terrible". IT IS SOOOO GOOD. Ambiance is inviting with ambient lighting. Room is small which can approximately accommodate 45 seats. Server is super friendly. He accommodated us even without a reservation on a fully booked night. On a bind, he sat us on the bar after hearing our search for their restaurant. It was such an enjoyable experience watching him mix drinks . Food is superb and unique! With a restaurant named Marrow, it's not surprising their version of bone marrow is by far the best I've tasted. Each dish we ordered tonight is delicious. Menu is very simple and they change up the recipe so it's a surprise how the same ingredient will turn out next time you're back. The pork chop is another impressive dish while the octopus is not far behind. Loved the scallops, the ingredients and texture that takes it to another level. Will be back for sure when we visit Paris again. This time, we got a business card!

Very cozy spot, like the atmosphere. Food was hit and miss. Oyster (Une Huitre) - not fresh. very mediocre. Beef Tongue (Croque Langue de Boeuf Grillee ) - basically dried jerky with shredded cheese on top. Os Marrow - it's cool served in crusty bread. But the dish was served lukewarm and when bone marrow is lukewarm it's kinda disgusting. Scallop - best dish of the night, crispy outside texture and delicious scallop. Roti Rice (Riz Crousillant) - so so, rice wrapped in roti bread. Steak with bone marrow Entrecote Maturee, Moelle de bouef - steak was great. the bone marrow was lukewarm. Meringue Caramelisee dessert - so so

A Marrow-Verse Experience This unique spot specializes in bone marrow dishes, and they have truly mastered the art of transforming this delicacy into culinary masterpieces. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting ambiance. I loved the tasting menu and the service was friendly and helpful. Especially since I only spoke English.

We were able to dine with the Marrow crew twice in a recent visit to Paris and it was even better than our first visit almost 6 years ago! Their menu is exquisite and the combination of sauces and flavors in every item is unique and mouthwatering. Each menu item is well planned and prepared by the chef (pick the chefs table if you want to watch and have the chef explain them!). The ambiance is fantastic and they do a great job of explaining the menu, especially to Americans. This is a small and intimate restaurant with a great team that is highly focused on delivering amazing meals in a comfortable and locals forward (but foreigner friendly) environment. Thanks a ton guys for the great meals and service! Can't wait to see y'all next year!!

Winner. What a lucky find this was. Chanced upon this place through a server's recommendation from Danico (an amazing cocktail bar that is also a must visit). First off, the setting is a bit rustic and refreshing. Open and just intimate enough for the right couple or even a group. I love the stoned wall and ambient lighting. Marrow recently opened in July and offers delectable delightful food and equally amazing cocktails. I was amazed at how curated the drinks and food were along with the friendly and helpful staff. Note that there is no English menu; however, the staff is more than willing to help-while being nice and attentive (something I find hard to find here in this city). Let's start off with the essentials-drinks. NF128-a refreshing gin, Campari, vermouth and elderflower drink balanced with the appropriate amount of mandarin soda. Wow this really knocked me off my feet! Let's say, I couldn't put this drink down. Definitely more of a girly drink, but hey- I won't judge if men order this because this drink is really that epic. Vieux rectangle- a manly drink that is women approved. I hate cognac and usually gag and wince when I drink this. But for some reason, Marrow makes this perfect. It's Tiffany approved and no gagging was involved when consumed. La Mule A Jose- frig. I died when I drank this. In a good way. Let's say that if you are a mule fan, order this x3. SO GOOD. Never had anything like this in my lifeeee. A=MC3- another refreshing mezcal drink that is done so so well. Onto FOOD. First- the homemade bread was the bomb. Not trying to be overly complimenting, but honestly every dish was uberly delicious. The sausage crusted with pastry flake and a side of marinated cucumber and plum, the savory bone marrow crusted with a memorable like cheez it dough, the leek sprinkled with a homemade granola like texture toasted topping (sunflower seed, breadcrumb, almonds) and the pulled pork dish, which was like a falafel ball with amazing innards will blow your mind. Maybe as far as Australia. It's that good. So basically, you can't go wrong with anything here. If I could, I would've ordered one of everything to eat, but unfortunately I will have to save this for another trip. Thank you Marrow for the most epic meal I've had in Paris so far!!!! This is a very special find and we thoroughly recommend Marrow. Try to get a seat where you can watch Chef Hugo making magic. We loved everything we had but especially the chestnut soup and risotto and the pear dessert. We watched everything being made and wished we had time to go back. They were all very friendly here and the food was very special and reasonably priced to for what you get. This was a special meal at a good price. We will remember this meal fondly.

Amazing! Have been around Paris for the past 3 days, in and out of many restaurants and Marrow is far and beyond better than all of them. Reasonably priced, great atmosphere, cute decor, clean, and then the food... unreal. So so good and unique. The flavors were unlike anything I've been able to find in the past. The asparagus, risotto, quail and steak were absolutely delicious. Such friendly, helpful and attentive staff. So happy to have found this hidden gem. Made a reservation for tomorrow night too because it was that good.
