Marsala

The seafood here is phenomenal. Get the buffet appetizer for a good variety of Sicilian food, like octopus, eggplant, sun dried tomatoes, sardines, calamari, roasted potatoes, olives and more. I had the sea urchin spaghetti, which is a very local food. It smells fishy, but is very tasty. A friend got the swordfish, which was unbelievably good. The steak looked good too, although I didn't taste it. They have a great wine list too.

By far one of the best eating experiences we have had in Rome and in Sicily. Delicious food, lovely ambiance, sparkling clean bathrooms, quiet and relaxing. The chateaubriand was superb, the homemade pasta exquisite. And then there is the chocolate soufflé- divine!
