The manager named Andres, who didn't want to give me his last name and treating me with unprofessional and a rude actitud has committed a fraud. I confronted him because he is increasing the price of the products , putting a red tag/ clearance with a higher price for a regular lower price. He removed the regular tag wish is 6.99 and put it in the trash, he charged me 10.00 dollars for that item . This Is fraud and ilegal and I don’t know how this person is a manager when he couldn’t even check the tags when asked him to do it, he immediately denied me to check the regular tag with the regular price . I insist for a verification because I have checked the price before and I notice that there were 2 tags with the same description. So I decided to call customer service and submit a complaint . Again, the store manager is committing a fraud and he needs to be investigated. Check all your tags.

Marshall is awesome everything is available you use in home

Unlike some of the other reviewers, I had a very positive experience and found lots of gift items. Since it’s a newer store, it seemed like there was more merchandise than other Marshalls. Name brand items for a lot less than department stores. Marshalls also has an online store. I was returning a defective item, and the manager almost didn’t accept the item. She said you have to return defective items at the store you bought it at. I had bought it at another Marshalls store. I don’t agree with that policy if there is one. What if you bought it on a vacation or something and didn’t notice the defect? I tried to take lots of photos. I was so happy about the bathroom. I know it’s weird, but as seen in my other reviews, a nice bathroom is important to me. It’s a new bathroom and is neutral and more modern than some of the older stores. See photos. Marshalls is like a mini department store. They have just about everything but on a smaller scale. I love the home goods section and Women’s and Men’s clothing. I bought items in all 3 departments on this trip. As well as Crocs clogs. They were $19.99! I got a set of two Ugg pillows for $24.99 :) There is one close up photo of a trashcan to show pricing. Marshalls has great prices all around. I’m glad I had a satisfying experience at this store. I’ll make sure to update this review if anything changes on future visits. Now, especially with online reviews, management needs to pay attention to the negative reviews and make some changes, if needed. Customer satisfaction is very important. The dressing rooms are really nice, too, love them. Spacious and neutral colors. This store is in a great location with T.J. Maxx very close by and Dulles Town Center across the highway.

Great store with branded fashion and home goods at lowest price. If you enjoy the thrill of the hunt and don't mind a bit of chaos, it's definitely worth checking out.

I love Marshall’s. What a great treasure hunt. You can also shop at TJ and Nordstroms Rack in same shopping center. The Home Stores and Costco are down the street!

The people who work there are not at all people who want to help you. Especially store managers. I prefer to shop at another store with better staff.

Good selection and fairly clean. It gets a little crowded in the store but it's manageable. Parking gets filled up quickly on the weekends due to high volume.

Good selection of men's socks. This isn't always the case. Much respect to the organization of this store. This one is also very clean. Can't say that about all of them. Wish selection in other departments was so good. It's my hope that it's a supply chain issue. Very friendly employees. For once a relatively quick checkout. That also isn't at all of their locations. Tall guys might be frustrated here, as seems lots of shirts and pants on small side. Will come back though, and see if this changes. Good location for sure.

This is one of the biggest locations that just opened recently. And I love shopping at Marshalls! I prefer to do departure store shopping as opposed to a mall these days. You can find name brands sorting thru the racks, and they have many here. Prices are pretty reasonable and even better when they go on clearance. Even though this location just opened, there was already a huge clearance selection. While quickly browsing, I heard them calling cashiers to the front, so I knew there must've been a line forming. Sure enough, I had my husband go stand in line while I finished looking. Of course, I always find something , never walk empty-handed I also love where this Marshalls is located, TJ Maxx, and Nordstrom rack is across the way. You can spend a good amount of time here if you are a shopper like me.. I will definitely add this to my stope when I'm in town. .

I was able to find some cool things but the line was entirely too long. I felt overwhelmed and simply left my cart there and walked out. Not worth the long wait.

I usually love going to Marshall's but this time I had a BAD experience due to one worker named Diana, she was rude and not in a good mood. I didn't appreciate her service.

I had a feeling I was being watched the entire time I was shopping. I was there for a while because I needed to get a few things from each section of the store. I did my best to put back things that decided not to buy back in their correct place. The woman over the speaker said that they were closing so I had to hurry and make my picks of what I was going to get. As I was checking out, the lady who was ringing me up said she was watching me shop, asked where I put the cart with my things and was cursing under her breath. So when you go into Marshall's after a long, sad and stressful day, and all you want to do is relax and shop, PLEASE KNOW THAT THE STAFF ARE WATCHING YOU and god forbid you leave items you decide not to buy in the wrong spot!! Customer service here was awful. I'm never coming back here and telling all my friends and family that they will be monitored if they do. Such a bummer because I liked shopping there before. Oh well.
