I visit many different Marshalls locations in the area, and even though I have a store much closer to my home, I consistently choose the Sterling location because it is my absolute favorite. Why? Mainly because of Farah E., the manager on duty during my visits. I have never been to another Marshalls where the manager instantly recognizes and greets me.
Farah remembers our previous conversations, knows exactly what I’m looking for, and always goes above and beyond to help me find what I need. This is the level of customer service you’d expect from a high-end luxury store—not an off-price department store.
The rest of the staff is also pleasant and well trained, and the store is clean and organized, but it is Farah’s friendly, patient, and personalized approach that truly sets this location apart. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Honestly, the only thing I wish is that this store carried more high-end luxury designer brands—because the service already feels that elevated. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but she truly deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. This store is lucky to have her!
