HORRIBLE STORE!!!!!!! Me and my friend applied to get a job at this location and got hired on the spot, we’ve been waiting A MONTH to hear anything back, we keep calling and they keep ignoring our calls saying they’ll call us back when they’re ready. What a disgrace making people wait for a job that only pays 12.50. If you’re going to hire people on the spot and tell them that the hiring process will only take 1 week GIVE THEM THE JOB. Nobody is going to be begging a company for a minimum wage job. ALSO the cashiers were so rude and judgy when I came in for an interview (ALL TEENAGERS). DO BETTER

Came there last night my daughter lost 150 dollars. Asked if they could ask over the intercom if anyone found it they said no. I asked if they could look at the camera to see who may have picked it up they said no. I just really feel this company could have cared a little more about their customers. I was crying because that’s all the money I had left for my kids school clothes. My car was broken into and someone stole over 1,000 in cash and all my other stuff. I’ve had a really bad few days and that topped it off. I just know that these employees of this company doesn’t care because it’s not them going through it.

Deal deals. I shop here often. Lots of home decor and bedding. Very nice clothes for everyone.

Wanted to see a pair of earrings in the jewelry case. Had to flag down an employee even though there was one at the counter. They just didn't acknowledge I was there. The employee shows me the earrings by placing them on the glass counter. I held it to get a better look and feel but she rudely snatched it out of my hands as if I'm a criminal. I've never had this horrible experience, even at high end retail stores. I told her I didn't want it because she's being extremely rude. I paid for the pair of shoes I picked out earlier and left otherwise I wouldn't even have bothered to buy anything for the lack in customer service and courtesy experience. I called and reported the incident with management but they too were rude and didn't take me seriously.

I like the store, however the bathroom area definitely needs work. The hall and bathroom doors are so dirty. I would think they could clean them up and make the ladies room a little nicer. It takes a lot away from the shopping experience.

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone I had the worst shopping experience ever I'm from California and I was just out shopping with family to get some things before going back home and I went up to the front to purchase my things and the cashier young lady made me feel very uncomfortable she moved back from the counter like I was dirty and when I tried to hand her my money she askedmetoput it on the counter then picked it up I know we still have prejudice people but ask yourself why do you work in a retail store when you know your going to encounter all types of races not just white people . I will take my business elsewhere

The accessory Coordinator gave awful service and cared nothing about helping! She was extremely short with me and literally did not care to help.

Typically, I like Marshall's. I usually find good things here, especially in the beauty aisle. However, this time; I was unable to find anything in the beauty aisle because the workers parked themselves in the aisle and talked the whole time we were there. No one could get past them or get to the merchandise. So we left. It was not a good experience at all.

I asked a cashier a simple question, and she growled at me. I honest don't feel comfortable ever shopping there again. I simply asked her, can I sit this back there"? Because I know consequences of carrying a bag from previous shopping ventures. I've been accuse of sttealing from carrying bags and because I rode with someone else didn't have the keys to the vehicle to drop the merchandise off. I will not be back.
