i love going to marshall’s but i don’t think i’ll be coming to this location again. i have had two experiences where i have been absolutely BERATED about their credit/debit card here. it’s only this location, they will not let you say no without blatant judgment and disrespect. i politely declined, and as i kept saying no, the employee kept telling me more and more information; i told her i’d do some research and i was met with, “you don’t need to do research just do it! youll save so much and nobody ever believes me!” when a customer is iffy on something, you shouldn’t shove it down their throat — maybe give me a pamphlet or something, but respect the fact that i said no. the time before that happened a while ago, when i told them i was a very young adult and didn’t want a credit card, and i was told that they usually get that response from teenagers and i should stop being scared and do it. i work in retail and i understand that selling the cards is important, but so is respecting your customers and making them feel comfortable. i do not feel comfortable at the registers at this location. i will not be shopping here again.

Went in today to try to find an outfit, so I went to the dressing room and this lady, who I have seen before. She was not pleasant nor did she greet me, ( I even greeted her and she just stared at me) she doesn’t say where she wants me to hang my clothes, and I get it she’s annoyed, she probably doesn’t like her job but that is the job that she chose to do. I probably would have bought more clothes but I didn’t want to go back to the dressing room.

Staff was sooo helpful and very nice to me. Even at the end of the night when they were exhausted and wanted to go home, they were extra patient and friendly. I will definitely become a regular at this specific location. Thank you so much for not making me feel like a huge burden. 💚

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone I had the worst shopping experience ever I'm from California and I was just out shopping with family to get some things before going back home and I went up to the front to purchase my things and the cashier young lady made me feel very uncomfortable she moved back from the counter like I was dirty and when I tried to hand her my money she askedmetoput it on the counter then picked it up I know we still have prejudice people but ask yourself why do you work in a retail store when you know your going to encounter all types of races not just white people . I will take my business elsewhere

Typically, I like Marshall's. I usually find good things here, especially in the beauty aisle. However, this time; I was unable to find anything in the beauty aisle because the workers parked themselves in the aisle and talked the whole time we were there. No one could get past them or get to the merchandise. So we left. It was not a good experience at all.

I asked a cashier a simple question, and she growled at me. I honest don't feel comfortable ever shopping there again. I simply asked her, can I sit this back there"? Because I know consequences of carrying a bag from previous shopping ventures. I've been accuse of sttealing from carrying bags and because I rode with someone else didn't have the keys to the vehicle to drop the merchandise off. I will not be back.
