They have no service after 22:00 so if you have a problem after that time there's nothing u can do about it (tottal nonsense, like not even one person fro the night shift for an emergency or something). The room I stayed in had BAD BUGS and I did not sleep, waited till 6am to leave that place. I just got one small “I'm sorry” from a lady that was acting like she didn't understand English. You can't have an hotel waiting for tourists and act like you can't speak English. Total nightmare. This was last year just forgot to write how disturbing the experience was, with all that money u pay but they can't properly clean mattresses from infestation 🤢🤮 (update from the reply: indeed it was your hotel and I also have pictures and emails of the stay. I'm surprised that nothing was done to undo the claim I did at the reception that day (judging from your reply). I was also not aware for the emergency nr. plus at the reception there was no sign at the time and I was told multiple time by the staff that there where no way to give service after 22:00. Also u state that the reception all speak English which they where except for this one that acted like she didn't understand, I showed her the pic and said they where in the bad (even google translated it for her). If you say that your shocked by my claim well Im more shocked cause I lived it. But it's my fault for not making it a big deal and not asking for reimbursement.

The hotel is in a great location with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean, though there was no air conditioning and the WiFi in the rooms was practically non-existent. On the plus side, the extensive buffet breakfast was excellent.

This is an updated hotel with beautiful clean rooms. Our room was on the 4th floor and very spacious. The hotel restaurant is excellent! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train station and is set in the heart of Wittenburg so you can easily walk to see the sights each day.

The entire staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, goes out of its way for its guests, and is thoroughly professional.Great credit to the management for this. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. Everything is within an easy walk, and this is a city of history changing significance. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is superb save for the sausage links, which are really bad. That, of course, is a minor thing because otherwise the food is excellent. The only thing keeping the rating 4 instead of 5 is that I was there for four nights and the room was never cleaned. Otherwise it’s a good value and a nice place to stay in the historic city.

Very friendly service. Just 5-10 min walk from the interesting The rooms are basic, and totally fine and appears clean. No a/c (not promised either), but this can be relevant during the Summer. To me, the beds were too hard. In some rooms there are loud noise from the street early in the morning. All in all resulting in less sleep, if you are not the type who sleeps through everything.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a lovely, peaceful, and relaxing stay.

Visiting a very charming town completing Martin Luther’s life path. We stayed in this hotel in a family room (4). There was a sofa bed and 3 single beds. Very comfortable, spacious and quiet. Parking is not included but it is available ground level of the hotel. We paid $12 for the night. Front desk staff were kind and spoke English.

I was staying in the hotel for one night and it feels good as the room is clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast is a good start for a visit to the Castle Church. I would recommend to others to stay there. Thank you.
