What an amazing experience with Marte Hall! After having some bad experiences at other locations in the past, I can honestly say this is by far one of the most professional places. Isabella, the sales representative, is truly exceptional. She’s so kind, sweet, and patience. She makes sure you’re happy every step of the way and explains everything clearly nothing is ever hidden. She’s one of the most transparent and genuine people I’ve met. I must have called her at least ten times within a month with different questions, and eight out of ten times she responded almost immediately. The other two times were only because I called before her shift yet she still got back to me within 30 minutes! On the day of the event, Isabella was at the hall and she was reassuring, and full of positivity. She told me everything was going to be great and that my family and I would have a wonderful time. She was absolutely right! I’m so grateful to have had her as our sales representative. Thank you, Isabella, for making me feel comfortable, safe, and confident that this was the perfect venue for my daughter and her fiancé. Our family, and all their friends. Everyone truly had an amazing time! Valerie, our bartender, was equally incredible. She was one of the friendliest, sweetest, and hardest-working bartenders I’ve ever met. She made sure everyone was happy even when guests were asking for all kinds of different drinks. I even asked if I could help her, and she just smiled and said, “Barbara, don’t worry, I got this.” And she really did! With about 120 guests, she handled everything flawlessly. My family, friends, and all of my daughter and son-in-law’s guests couldn’t stop raving about her! Simeon, the security guard, was also amazing so professional and kind. He constantly made sure we were okay and everything was running smoothly. We later found out it was his first day on the job, and we were shocked because he carried himself like a true professional. Thank you, Simeon, for being so kind to my family and friends we truly appreciated your hard work and warm attitude. Tausee, thank you as well for always picking up my calls and replying to all my messages right away. Your attentiveness meant a lot! This entire Marte Hall team is truly outstanding. Many of my friends have already asked for their contact information, and I’ve been highly recommending this venue to everyone. You all made my daughter and her fiancé’s engagement party absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for having us, for treating us so well, and for earning our trust. I HIGHLY recommend MARTE HALL.. My family and I had the best time and I didn’t have to lift one finger. Tausee gives you that smooth quiet reassurance and his team is phenomenal! Professional, friendly, and veryyyy attentive. Every detail was covered from start to finish for my daughter’s baby shower. Get the VIP package.. it’s worth every penny! And add the photo booth by TMclicks.. all my guests enjoyed it from ages 7 to 75!

I had a baby shower at marte hall recently and I just want to say it was perfect. All the staff were amazing and so nice. The manager tauseef was so informative and was always a phone call or text away if we had anymore questions or concerns. It was just perfect. Thank you to all the staff at marte hall for making my baby shower perfect. Will be recommending.

It’s been an incredible experience renting from the team at Marte Hall! We hosted a baby shower and everything went smoothly! The team was flexible, and super responsive! We loved the space and the accommodation and it was the perfect size, lighting etc! A special thanks to Tauseef for always answering our frantic text messages during the planning portion of hosting our event! Highly recommend!

I've never planned and held an event before, let alone one that needed to accommodate 100+ ppl. Finding Marte Hall (Queens Party Hall) was amazing !!!! I was able to see the space quickly, communication with my sales manager Tauseef was really seamlesss. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations. This venue is gorgeous and reasonably priced. I would most def do business with Queens Party Hall again. Highly recommend!

I had my son’s first birthday party here this weekend and while the venue was beautiful there were a number of issues. I was promised entry two hours before my event to set up, but no one was there when I arrived and it took over a half hour for someone to answer the phone. When they finally did answer the phone I was given a code to open the door- if this was available why wasn’t it given to me the night before? In addition, no staff was available on the property until the start time of the event. When they did arrive they were not super helpful. For 2/3s of the party there was no music because I nor the staff on property could manage to discover the speaker via Bluetooth. Eventually I was sent a video by someone not on the property which did work, but again- why was this not sent initially? Better yet why wasn’t there a manager on hand to do this, adjust the temperature, change the light colors, and all of these other things I paid so much money for? If the had told me I would have to do these things myself I would not have paid for them. I know I am not good with technology. In addition, the required bar tender spent most of her time in the kitchen area instead of at the bar. She also did not tell my guests beer was available, only listing spirits and wine on her board despite me saying I would prefer one of each item to sit on the bar so guests would be able to see what the options were. Overall, beautiful venue but don’t book here unless you’re good with technology, or just don’t bother paying for the packages.

The Hall is big enough to have a decent party. There is a coat rack in the reception area, 3 bathrooms, tables and chairs, and I believe there's a kitchen in the back. I'm not sure what, if anything, is provided by the Hall, but I know the food for the event I attended was brought in. You can party until 1am which, I believe, is when the Hall closes.

We went for the Haunted Tavern show. We had a very fun afternoon. The actors were very entertaining and the drinks were great

This review is long overdue! Our baby shower was held here April 2023 and the day, despite the heavy rain, was better than I had planned. Months leading up to our event was seamless to say the least working with Angie who initially showed us the space and Tausee who coordinated all the event logistics and needs we desired. The space is intimate yet uniquely designed for any celebration to remember. Marte staff/mgmt were extremely accommodating when it came to set up and event time. We live less than 10min away from the venue so we were even allowed to access the venue ahead of our event, a month in advance even, to assess our seating/table and photo booth arrangement etc and bring in decor just to see how it'll look in the space. The wait staff and security provided for our event were amazing! Loved having them for the event even to enjoy themselves. Easily accessible, great location. I had and still have no complaints!!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!! 10/10 I recommend!!!

The hall was big enough for our party. It's not far from the station. If you have your celebration a Sunday parking is easy to find. We did have minor problems like the soda fountain did work well and the lighting did change colors. We had to buy sodas for the bartender to serve. The servers don't let the hostess or anyone in the kitchen.

Clean great place to rent everything went smoothly we also had extra time to set up we checked ourselves in and out

This is a wonderful little gem of a spot in Brooklyn, NY. My son's wedding reception was held here. It holds up to 80 people comfortably. The place was clean, the service was impeccable, and the overall look of the venue was beautiful! I didn't give this venue 5 stars because the air conditioning was not strong enough to cool the room. The manager said it was because the burners were on to heat the food, but that should not have caused the room to be that hot. Without a better cooling system, I would not recommend renting this place in the summer months.

I paid so much , there are so unprofessional on getting back to you , you write them and they get back to you hours later or even the next day , Do not pay the for the extra stuff they include Bc half of the stuff doesn't work , don't get soda from them or the drinks that's unlimited in the middle of my party I had to get some guys to go to the supermarket close by to get drinks because the soda or anything else wasn't working & it was disgusting , the water was a different color , I paid them to get extra hours & my party started late because the wires to the speakers weren't even placed were they had to be , so then they said my Dj blow out the outlet without him even connecting anything of his . But whatever I will never rent with them again .

This hall is a hidden Gem, renovated and very clean. Full professional kitchen, comes with beautiful round tables and chairs. They have a full size bar with LED lights. I attended multiple events there and it's always great. It's a family own business, professional, kind and caring. I highly recommend Marte Hall for all your events !

I've attended several events at the Marte Hall and each time was better than the previous one. The venue is beautiful, the staff is very helpful and personable. You will get a very family orientated experience when you go there. In addition, all equipment and furniture is update. I give the Marte Hall 10 out of 10.

If you are looking for an affordable, sweet and welcoming venue to hold your special event, this is the place. Service was great, the staff is eager to help you and accommodate your needs. I held a community event here and have recommended it to two of my family members, one for a baby and another for an intimate wedding reception. You won't be disappointed. It's a hidden gem

My sister had her babyshower here. We passed this place a lot but never really considered it when we were looking for a place to have it in. Until I remembered seeing it. We stopped by and was impressed. Like the review before me, you get a very family oriented place. The vibe is cool, and if youre low on drinks, the grocery and liquor store is right around the corner. Their equipment is cool to show tribute videos or slideshows. Its a cool place to have small family events. Not huge but perfect for regular gatherings. I remember having some trouble with the sound system but they mustve fixed that by now.

I hosted a baby shower at this venue in December 2014 and I have to admit, it was the best decision I made. The place is just perfect for any event. Greg, (marte Hall employee) I can't thank you enough for always accomodating me and my girlfriend on our many inquiries and of course, our many visits to the hall prior to committing. In addition, thank you for the extra time you alloted for us to decorate on top of 2 hours as per our contract. Folks, if your looking for a hall to host any event i.e. birthday party, anniversary or even a wedding reception, you wont be wasting your time by checking this venue out, I'm sure glad I did. I highly recommend Marte Hall !!!!!!
