Martha's Cafe

From the moment I stepped into Martha’s Café, a gentle sense of calm washed over me. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, with a beautiful water view that instantly slows the pace of the day. Sunset here is a must — especially with a frozen mojito crafted from organic rum and fresh mint grown right in Martha’s garden. The menu is exceptional, and I chose Martha’s Famous Garden Lasagna — absolutely delightful in every way. Thank you, Martha’s, for such a serene and delicious experience.

i’m ashamed to admit this, but we got the vegan nachos and they were amazing. Also got the seafood chowder. That was amazing. And we got the black beans soup. It was also amazing. Probably one of the best black beans. Soups I’ve ever had. Definitely come here with your sweetheart, for a view of an amazing sunset

The food, fruits and fresh juices are amazing! Fresh, prepped and cooked perfectly. I have a dairy allergy and they are able to accommodate. The view and vibe of this locally owned establishment is also amazing. I'll be back!

Amazing food, atmosphere, and service. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. I’m so glad we stopped in for brunch and a signature fresh juice smoothie.

Food is absolutely delicious. You can taste the home cooked feeling. The environment is welcoming and warm. It feels like you’re in someone’s home. I even like how the host walks around barefoot, makes me feel at home.

We stayed over night at Martha’s cafe and well be inn and had dinner and breakfast here too. When I say this is the best most nourishing food I have ever had I truly mean it. Such kind hospitality, beautiful intentional scenery and the most amazing experience all around. The golden milk actually sent us into orbit ! We met Martha this morning and she is an absolute gem. Thank you for creating such a wonderful cozy spot. I absolutely recommend this place as the best food and inn in Belize city !!!!❤️

Loved the atmosphere and so fortunate to have vegan options here. Coffee in the morning was so good. Felt comfortable and trustworthy and was fairly busy. We found the portions smaller than what expected (for the price). We ordered a Rice and Beans bowl - delicious- but was more of a plate with one chip, a scoop of rice and beans and a very small salad on side. Great for one person (not sharing). We came back for breakfast. Fantastic service too!

Martha’s Cafe is a must stop if you are in Belize city! As a vegan it is hard to find delicious plant based cuisine and Martha’s cafe exceeded my expectations! Everything is made with love! They also accommodate vegetarian and pescatarian if you eat meat or dairy.
