Martha's Cafe

From the moment I stepped into Martha’s Café, a gentle sense of calm washed over me. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, with a beautiful water view that instantly slows the pace of the day. Sunset here is a must — especially with a frozen mojito crafted from organic rum and fresh mint grown right in Martha’s garden. The menu is exceptional, and I chose Martha’s Famous Garden Lasagna — absolutely delightful in every way. Thank you, Martha’s, for such a serene and delicious experience.

We were staying at the Harbour View Resort and Martha's is on site. The food is very good and tastes home made. One morning we had the banana bread and the serving was gigantic. The overall 4⭐ rating is because the menu is very limited.

Came across this place when staying by the Fort George Hotel close-by, and must say, this place felt super cozy. Went up the entrance stairs, (greeted by Chrys and her team), walked through the clean main area to the deck where we sat down and had a great water view. Food and drinks were extremely tasty and plentiful. A++. A must-visit when you're staying in the area. Enjoyed Chrys's conversations and her teams upon leaving. It was very a genuine experience. Thank you!

i’m ashamed to admit this, but we got the vegan nachos and they were amazing. Also got the seafood chowder. That was amazing. And we got the black beans soup. It was also amazing. Probably one of the best black beans. Soups I’ve ever had. Definitely come here with your sweetheart, for a view of an amazing sunset

Amazing food, atmosphere, and service. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. I’m so glad we stopped in for brunch and a signature fresh juice smoothie.

The food, fruits and fresh juices are amazing! Fresh, prepped and cooked perfectly. I have a dairy allergy and they are able to accommodate. The view and vibe of this locally owned establishment is also amazing. I'll be back!

If you are by the port in Belize drop in to Martha's cafe for breakfast, espresso or fresh juice. A local recommended this place to us and it did not disappoint. The breakfast was great, atmosphere very chill with a full view of the river. Beautiful serene and good food.

The vibe was just right, left my shoes at the door like the sign suggested. I came for one thing, well maybe two! Sally’s Spicy Coconut Mint Margarita and the View. Do your soul a favor and stop by for one of the many offerings when in Belize City!
