This is our new favorite place the food and service was amazing. We enjoy our time we went during lunch time with no reservations and we didn’t wait long to be seated and our waiter was patient didn’t rush us and was kind. We are definitely going back.

Food Is always amazing. Calamari is fresh, lightly battered and never oily. Highly recommend the octopus à la plancha, roasted salmon and the sausage fusilli. I recently had the seafood risotto and it was excellent.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Hoboken. Food was consistently excellent and the service was genuinely warm and attentive. You can tell the team cares about the details. Perfect spot for a date night or a relaxed dinner. Highly recommended.

What a great first trip to Martha's for dinner. Loved the location near Pier 13 and nice modern vibe inside. Good friendly service all around. Had a first class expresso Martini from thr bar. I got the sausage fusilli entree which was amazing. Flavorful and the pasta was perfect. Highly recommend!

We loved the food, it tastes yummy and modern. We had the kale pesto pasta, the tacos, and the octopus. The octopus was beautifully seared and soft. The pasta was fresh and the sauce was perfectly balanced. We are looking forward to being back to try more of their food. Definitely better than Apulia.

We went there last night (July 19th, 2025). This was our first time going to Martha’s and it was an incredible experience! Food and drinks were amazing; 10/10 for sure! I forgot to take pictures of our meals, but again it was an overall awesome experience. Everyone was incredibly nice to us and the music was on point (90s hits - as Millennials, we appreciated the playlist! Haha). Music wasn’t too loud, the ambiance was chill/easy to talk to anyone. It was a very clean place and beautiful inside. Here is what we had: LOCAL BURRATA - Yummy! SHORT RIB BAO BUNS - Meat was so tender and delicious! We ordered it twice, it was that good! STEAK FRITES - Great meal portion, meat was delicious, fries were crispy and yummy side salad. GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH - Honest one of the best chicken sandwich I have ever had in Hoboken. BLUEBERRY CAKE - So good! Now the drinks we had: GOLDEN HOUR, SUMMER NIGHTS, MEXICAN LULLABY, UNDER THE CHERRY MOON, ESPRESSO MARTINI. We will for sure be going again! 🌸🌸🌸❤️

I went to Martha's during lunch with my colleagues. The interior is a nice vibe that fits anything from a lunch with coworkers to brunch with family. Our server did a great job of explaining the menu options. We ordered some apps and then ordered the steak frites. The steak was cooked to perfection. It also came with a nice salad, perfectly crispy French fries and we added on some very addicting garlic bread. This is definitely a spot I will be returning to!

My toddler said it was the best meatball and Mac and cheese she ever had in her life and you know what with my 30+ years of meatball experience I have to agree. The host is gracious warm and inviting, coming here is like coming to a home cooked dinner. The menus is outstanding, besides the Mac and cheese and the meatballs we also had the burger which is hand ground in the back from exceptional cuts of beef and on par with any gourmet burger you will have a t Peter Lugers or the like, and we had the chicken sandwich with truffle fries and truffle aioli. The chicken sandwich is cooked perfectly with layers of complimentary complexity you would not expect on a home chicken sandwich, but there it was layers of perfection. Bonus points it’s not super crowded and the drink options are off the charts.
