Yelp
[OVERALL]
I really love this place. The interior feels super homey, and the waiters are super nice. The food takes quite a bit of time to come out (20-30 minutes), but the prices are very cheap, the portions are very reasonable, and the food itself is always pretty good. There's also free WiFi that's actually fast and consistent. Breakfast items are served all day on weekends too!
[FOOD]
Eggs Benedict with Ham: To be honest, this tastes okay. It's not amazing, but it's not bad at all. It is quite filling though.
Fluffy Omelette: Very good. The eggs are nice and light, and there's a fresh side salad that comes with it.
Five Pancakes with Bacon and Maple Syrup: These were really good. The pancakes are about the size of your palm, and they're nice and fluffy. The bacon pairs well with the sweet maple syrup.
Croque-Madame Sandwich: Pretty standard sandwich. It's really filling.
Marthy's Home-made Pure Beef Burger: The burger tastes very very good; however, it's sometimes hit or miss, as the bun is sometimes a little dry/stale and the fries are sometimes soggy. Nevertheless, the burger itself is very juicy and the onions are super sweet and delicious.
Grilled Goose Breast (Monthly Menu - December 2016): Comes in a very big portion. The goose is really good and tender with a slightly gamey taste. The cranberry espuma is slightly sweet and reminds me of yogurt.
Waffles: They were nice and fluffy and a good way to end a meal.
