mARTigny Boutique Hôtel

We LOVED this hotel!!! Every room is themed for its own painting master, which is fun. The rooms are well sized and immaculate. The hotel supports disabled workers, which shows tremendous soul. Service was the best we saw on our entire trip. I forgot my wallet in my room and the front desk ensured that it met me at my next hotel, 50km away. Unbelievably great service. Breakfast is fresh and fantastic! I would give this hotel 10 stars on a five point scale!

Modern, clean, simple and cheap hotel. Staff entered the room without knocking one afternoon, even though it has already been cleaned. Did not have hot water (only lukewarm) a few mornings, which is totally unacceptable.

We stayed here as part of our TMB trip. This is a super modern hotel with neon yellow hallways. If you’re looking for a quaint Swiss chalet, this is not it.||Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices.

Very nice staff, however please do not visit in summer! They hotel is proud of some eco certificate they've received, which means the centralized airconditioning is switched off, the mobile units for "sensitive" guests will not cool down the room. Sion can get beyond 30°C in summer, guess the hotel management needs the power to run all the very essential mini fridges...

We had a great two-night rest at Martigny Boutique-Hôtel after a long drive from the Pyrenees in France. The hotel is located near the border of three countries and very close to the Alps and ski resorts. The staff were friendly, spoke decent English, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of storage and a great shower. We booked the art package without knowing exactly what was included, but were pleasantly surprised with free entrance to the art museum, complimentary hot breakfast, and welcome local wine tasting. The free on-site parking and EV charging station were also very convenient. The only downside was that the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted via the control panel, so it got quite hot during the day, though it cooled down at night with the window open. Overall, we’d consider returning if we visit this area again.

While the location and views may not have matched some of the more scenic stops along the TMB, the Martigny Boutique Hotel made up for it in other ways. The rooms were comfortable, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean. What really stood out was the dining experience — both dinner and breakfast were easily the best meals we've had on the tour, with quality service to match. Another standout feature is the hotel's commitment to inclusion — they are an equal opportunity employer and proudly employ many people with disabilities. It's inspiring to see a business lead by example, making a real social impact.

Stayed here two days. It is an easy 10 minute walk from the train station and has on-site parking. Quite a nice place. The rooms are very modern and quiet. My only complaints - the beds were a bit hard, no in-room refrigerator, and the restaurant prices seem a bit steep. There is a Martigny tourist guest card which they did not offer to us, but we got when we asked. This is a big deal as you get 1/2 price admission to the art museum and free rides on the city bus. Just these two perks add up to CHF 20. All in all a four star hotel experience, however I am upping my rating for one reason. The hotel hires several handicapped workers and I think that this is awesome.

Excellent hotel in the Alps. the staff were fantastic and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Great choice of local Swiss wine. ||The room was comfertable if not a little warm (I struggled to cool the room). Bed was very coomfy. ||Bar staff were really friendly and allowed us to continue our evening. Not rushing us.||If I'm in the area I'll definately stay here again.
