We were looking for a private and relaxing getaway and this place exceeded what we were expecting. This house is very well maintained. From the furniture to the well kept landscaping to the huge bedrooms. It is clear that the owner Rene takes pride into making sure every single detail in this house is up to standard. It rained the night before we got there, I let Rene know the pool had some debris in it. He has someone there the next morning before we woke up. Rene was amazing and the service he provided was exceptional. We have rented homes all over the Caribbean and this is right there with the top of them. We will be coming back!

We had the best time. The villa was perfect for our family. The Manager and the house owner were extremely helpful and attentive. For us the favorite part was that the house was on the beach.

Martineau Belle Playa is an exceptional property! Perfectly ensconced in a quiet small community of similar vacation homes with a gorgeous pool and an even lovelier beach that feels almost private. We have rented many vacation homes over the years in PR, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Cabo San Lucas and I can attest that this home is one of the most comfortable, gorgeous and well equipped I have visited. The house is impeccably kept and everything worked very well. All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and all feel very private making it ideal for either 3 couples or a large group of friends/family. It's excellently located a few minutes from the airport and very close to Esperanza which has several good restaurants and bars that we loved. My family and I travel to Puerto Rico annually and over the years we have stayed in many great home rentals both in Vieques and the mainland. But this home truly stands out as one of the most beautiful we have stayed at, if not the most beautiful. From the gorgeous location with what feels like its own private beach, to the beautiful pool, spacious and gorgeous home, appealing décor you cannot wish for a more perfect stay in Vieques. The location close to the airport and ferry station is convenient. We also appreciated having a gated entrance and security within the community. Waking up to the gorgeous views of the ocean and pool was magical. We stayed in for several meals and the house is equipped with everything you need to cook if you wish to do so. The property manager was responsive to our needs and questions throughout the planning process. We highly recommend this house and hope to be back again soon. Thank you! Gildren Alejandro

This is probably one of the best, if not the best properties in Vieques. Beautiful surroundings, impeccable, and spacious rooms. We had a small event and it was perfect for it. If you want to unwind, relax and disconnect in the gorgeous island of Vieques or celebrate a special occasion with a group of friends or family, this is the place to go to.

WOW! Look no further!! We stayed at this Vieques Luxury villa rental with another couple for three nights in June and it was STUNNING. The photos do not do justice to the spacious feeling- tall ceilings- airy and bright spaces. The place was immaculately clean and fully equipped for meal prep. The highlight was the Ocean view of course and the calm secluded beach steps away from the large infinity lap pool, that at night becomes a symphony of colors in the moonlight. Each bedroom has a huge en suite full bath beautifully designed with excellent water pressure (which can be an issue in PR.) We had such a good time exploring Playa Negra, Esperanza, the South Beaches and more. Tons of lovely horses everywhere- easy to navigate roads- and of course amazing Puerto Rican food. From the food truck in Esperanza (Yummy Pinchos) to El Blok restaurant!! Although it was a full moon- we did do a bio bay tour with Din Din and enjoyed that with the very enthusiastic tour guide- Rebecca. We are DEFINITELY coming back - perhaps with even TWO couples and will likely make this an annual get away to this enchanted and enchanting Island.

Best vacation ever! This house is like a VIP stay. As you walk in, you go into shock. Beautifully decorated, comfortably fits on a king size huge master BR. Two separate big BR each with a queen bed, and one with a twin bed, the other with an adjoining small BR with a twin bed. 8 people total. All rooms have a private bathroom and balcony and view of the pool and ocean. The pool is gorgeous and a private beach. Nearby great food on $5 per person taxi ride or a car rental to nearby Isabel II and Esperanza for dinner and Bio Bay tour. Ia can see this location for a gorgeous wedding or celebration. We are planning to come back yearly!

Beautiful place. So peaceful and relaxing. Beachfront with an amazing pool! Every room has a view of the ocean and nearby islands. Perfect for families or groups of friends. We saw a rainbow everyday we were here! Amazing.
