It’s a very bad value for many, since I have chosen the hotel for the promoted image and willingly paid double or triple other hotel prices, and in return got what?
1- very small, dark room with an edged wall that is soo uncomfortable.
2- heaters are not working.
3-TINY bathroom.
4- like REALLY TINY, barbie house style, so to wash your face, first you need to bend really down (am short 150cm tho)and then while trying to wash your face you will either knock your face to the rack/ shelf above the water tap or knock your hand, or both! And in all cases you will create a mess around you trying just to simply wash your face.
5-the shower douche is built-in in the wall, and I didn’t see this common in hotels, I asked to change the room, the receptionist said that they actually have rooms where the shower douche can be hand-held but I need to upgrade my room! This is completely pointless because I already need 2 persons room, and while booking there was no any options of levels of room or any similar thing , AND upgrade to more than 130 euro for double beds room for one night??? Do you really consider 1 night in a very tiny room for 130 as “standard room”? Then that is a serious issue honestly :)
6- NO ANY FACILITIES IN THE ROOM, not a water bottle, kettle/coffee machine, mini-bar, hair-dryer, no anything you would ever expect to find in a low-budget hotel is in that high budget hotel. The room is not cozy at all.
7-the ceiling has a weird -small-whole, it does nothing honestly but it’s just annoying that there is no maintenance and you are starring at the ceiling until you fall asleep without the heaters.
The receptionist was nice and friendly, the location of the hotel is good, close to the city centre. BUT I wouldn’t recommend it for that price range.
