Really excellent hotel. The rooms are immaculate and well appointed. The breakfast is perfectly adequate. Reasonable price for the quality. The website says that they accept ecocheques as payment but two staff members couldn't figure out how it make the card reader accept the payment, the only disappointment but doesn't matter for the majority of visitors. Highly recommended

The people who work in the restaurant are young and inexperienced (but the cook is great), the parking is difficult around the hotel (and on-site quite expensive) but the rooms were the worst. Strange design, almost no space between the bed and the wall, TV almost behind a pillar, wall paint coming off. No 4 star feeling at all (except for the bathroom that was good). We had a room on the top floor, under the room, no way to close the blinds while there was thunder and lightning. Breakfast was good.

Being an old church one would think that such a building would bring joy and bright thoughts of heaven but unfortunately with all the black corridors, black carpets, black walls and low level lighting it felt more like a journey into pergatory. Very depressing rooms although friends had an excellent light and bright room whereas ours was in the roof space with no window to look out of other than skylights which I suppose were a view of the heavens at least.|Reception, dining and bar area very bright but staff very non commital and there simply to do a job with little or no reaction towards guests.|I was also concerned that the stairs which we always use were carpeted which in the event of an evacuation due to a fire were of concern. Fireproof material???|Our safe and fridge were non operational and were amused to note that the electrical leads to the power points were too far away to plug into. Excellent planning!!|On a positove note, our room at least was very quiet, bed comfortable, shower excellent. If the corridors were brightened up we would give it a higher rating.

Martin’s Dream Hotel is special. I’m not Belgian so I'm not sure if this is considered normal. The decorations and interior design are a bit too abstract for my taste. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, and polite. Parking is limited but the hotel itself is right in the middle of Mons. Traffic can be a bit difficult during rush hour. The rooms are alright. I had a bad smell from my bathroom. I didn't complain about it because I was only going to sleep in the room. The amenities like the spa and gym are not very big. Especially the fitness room is limited in size and equipment. Breakfast is good. I would suggest adding a little fresh fruit but otherwise, it is okay.

Certainly! Here’s a short, positive review for Martin’s Dream Hotel: ⸻ “Charming and unique! Martin’s Dream Hotel blends historic architecture with modern comfort beautifully. The rooms are stylish and well-equipped, and the service is top-notch. Perfect location in the heart of Mons—ideal for exploring the city. A truly memorable stay!”

I had company business trip here in Mons and the staff booked in this hotel. Its so convenient as close to Grand Place. Room is clean and the receptionist was beautifully nice and helpful. They all speak English very well.

We enjoyed our stay at Martin’s Dream Hotel. Our room was really uniquely decorated and fun! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. We liked that it was a short walk to the city center with lots of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet had lots to choose from. We look forward to staying again!

3-stars because the wifi was exceedingly slow, even at 2am with the VPN off, making work impossible, and the bed had a ridge in the middle, making it uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was complete with lots of options: yogurt and granola, runny eggs and chewy bacon (not my favourite; however there is a microwave available), a selection of breads, meats, cheeses, whole fruit, fruit juices, and a lineup for the coffee machine. The service was great! We had issues with our room that were fixed immediately. The bad wifi is a deal-breaker for me.
