Marvie Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Marvie Hotel and were very satisfied overall. The spa and sauna area was excellent – a real highlight and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was good and offered a nice selection. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding; everything was very well maintained and felt high quality. On our last evening, we unfortunately had some noise issues with guests in a neighboring room. This can happen anywhere, especially in a big city like Split, and we understand that. What truly stood out, however, was how the hotel handled the situation. The reception and staff reacted immediately, were extremely professional, friendly, and very accommodating. Their response really made a difference and left us with a very positive impression. We also truly appreciated that our dog was warmly welcomed, which is not something you find everywhere. The location of the hotel is excellent, ideal for exploring the city. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with great service, excellent cleanliness, and a wonderful atmosphere. We can highly recommend it and would happily return at any time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights in December and we loved it. We stayed in one of the premium rooms with a huge bed and a big balcony with a gorgeous view out to sea and the surrounding islands. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. We loved the service here. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and had dinner in the restaurant one evening which was excellent. The Hotel is also situated in a really nice area of town, in a quiet residential area, a very short walk from the sea front and a very pleasant 20-30 minute stroll along the seafront path to the Riva and the Old Town. Our flight home was delayed overnight so we had to check back in for an extra night and the Hotel very generously offered us an upgrade which we very much appreciated. We would be delighted to stay again. Thank you!

Loved the Marvie Hotel! Booking is a breeze with Nikolina, you know you will be in good hands. Reception is exceptional in welcoming and offering such a professional, competent, always friendly and down to earth "if you need anything just ask" atmosphere. The room was lovely, simple, comfortable and a gorgeous view. Cleaning staff very nice and thorough. Breakfast has plenty of great choices and the dining staff are also so sweet, professional, helpful and lots of fun. Dinner menu has ample choices for a variety of diets, (love the sea bass!) also a great selection of Croatian wines.The rooftop pool is lovely (quite small though) with such a gorgeous view. The indoor pool is bigger, with a hot tub (I've discovered that hot tubs are lukewarm in this part of the world) but the sauna and steam room are higher in temp. My balcony was my favorite place (although people are allowed to smoke on the balcony which was an issue for me when I had neighbors smoking. But most hotels are like that in Europe I guess) Loved the location! A perfect distance to Old Split as it's on the outskirts, 25ish minute walk. There's 4 or 5 fantastic local restaurants steps away, great food, atmosphere and prices. A choice of several beaches for swimming close by, tennis courts, markets, pharmacies are a hop skip and a jump as are street food carts with the locals favorite ukusno ćevapi! Zdravo Irena! Amazing stay at Marvie Hotel & Spa! I was there during the Ultra Europe Festival and it was the perfect place to recover and relax. The rooftop pool and indoor spa were fantastic, and both breakfast and dinner had lots of great options to choose from. The highlight was definitely the massages! I had two 90-minute treatments (Renevie Massage and Body Ritual with Honey) with Božica, who was super nice and made me feel so relaxed and good. The deep tissue massage with Josipa was also great and really loosened me up after all the dancing and walking. Highly recommend this hotel in Split!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, giving a nice and fresh impression from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the rooftop pool — it’s a beautiful spot to sit and relax, especially at sunset, with lovely views and a calm atmosphere. However, the water in the pool was very cold and not heated, which made it difficult to actually enjoy swimming. We also ordered a salad from the rooftop bar, which was quite disappointing — the portion was small, and the price was unreasonably high for what we received. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great potential, but there’s room for improvement in the food and facilities.

Excellent modern hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Staff were all very helpful and we appreciated the swimming pool/spa facilities. I have only removed one star for the distance from the old town which is nearly a mile but in terms of beaches they are very close and the upper floors of the hotel have a sea view. Our room had a small balcony with a lovely sea view and we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel.

Stayed here 15/12 - 16/12 (Classic Double or Twin room, Courtyard View).||Hotel near the sea, wonderful view from the rooftop pool. Perfect for an overnight stay or a longer stay. Families should have slightly older children as it is 10 minutes to the beach along a busy road. If you have a room with a view of the inner courtyard, you will be looking straight into the hospital. We’ve just enjoyed a lovely three night stay at the Marvie Hotel. Rooms are modern, clean and well equipped with kettle and fridge. Ritual toiletries provided. We used the spa facilities when we had a rainy day and it was a nice place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. The rooftop pool has the most amazing views. Excellent choice for breakfast and they will happily cook omelettes, poached eggs etc on request. The real highlight was the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Irena who enabled us to check in early and make the most of our first day in Split. She also helped resolve an issue with taxis when we were trying to get to the port on the last day. A fantastic stay!
