Amazing 4 days at Mary Lee’s by the Sea! The location is beautiful with a large deck overlooking sparkling turquoise water. The space has been fully remodeled and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. There was definitely something for everyone - hiking, kayaking or just relaxing. We spent some time at Gillian’s Island where we met the locals, and stopped by a nearby hotel one night for cocktails. Overall super relaxing and fun vibe.

We just had the most perfect escape in PR at Mary Lee’s. A one-of-a-kind retreat waking up to stunning ocean views, direct water access and a 5-minute boat ride to Gillian’s, which feels like a private island. The house is beautifully decorated and the pictures don’t do it justice. Rooms are spacious, spa-like bathrooms and different common areas for large groups. Morning hikes and star gazing from the hot tub at night are must-dos. Amazing hosts who will make sure you have an unforgettable time. I can’t wait to be back!

Peaceful, spacious, with all amenities needed to make an unforgettable getaway. Bring in groceries and you will not need to move away from the property to have the most relaxing time.

The perfect house for the perfect family weekend. We spent 3 nights at Villa Pacifica which were absolutely magnificent. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the views from the open kitchen/living make you smile all day. The house is stocked with everything you need plus more including kayaks, paddle board and a relaxing whirlpool with a view. Staff was on call and very helpful when needed. Our family will definitely stay again, can wait to go back. Highly recommended!

I just had an incredible weeks vacation. Every morning in the warm Caribbean water swimming, kayaking in the open water or through the local mangroves on Gillian's Island. Property allows for plenty of room to be alone or all together at big tables for games and long dinners. I kept finding little spots with a hammock, snorkeling gear, lots of floating tubes (my favorite). The property is well maintained and the service was flawless. Just doesn't get better than this.

My husband had been to Mary Lees several times in the past, after hearing nothing but good things I was not disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful despite the language barrier, with someone working the main office proficient in English. The price is reasonable and from the moment we walked in we felt at home. Anything needed was provided, and we even had a small lizard friend living with us in the bathroom. We also rented a two person kayak and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. Best part was the lack of tourists, it felt like a local gem and the view was amazing. Really liked the spacious shower, along with the funky layout of the bathroom. Quiet and peaceful at night, with no cell phone service in our room, it really is paradise. We will be returning year and after year, and with our friends and family. Highly recommend.

Our room was extremely hot, as though a heater had been left on. It took hours for the air conditioner to cool the room. Some lights were not working, bathroom was dark and the dishes, coffee maker and fridge were dirty. Room was beautiful, staff was friendly, the sites are breathtaking, but I was disappointed.

Charming owners, hosts and staff are amazingly friendly! Beautiful views and rooms have that tropical flare and comforts of paradise. Kayaks or boat ride take you to spectacular beaches with nature and animals and snorkeking!

As I understand it, Mary Lee came here some 50 years ago and never left. Along the way she is developed guest houses that Overlook Gilligan's Island. Her approach is simplistic but lovely. In their own words, they are a little funky but this is just an ideal spot to come and relax. They are most accommodating and very reasonable in their pricing. They can arrange for a round trip to Gilligan's Island and the even provide us mask and snorkel if necessary. They have kayaks for rent to explore the local base in the area. We found Mary Lee's by the sea to be the perfect place for our needs which were simply a comfortable bed and room, quiet, and relaxing. Don't look for a TV or a phone, and if you will, then you don't belong here. If the circumstance arises that we are back here in this area, we will book in a heartbeat.
