Maryborough Caravan Park

Powered site for a week's stay. Very friendly reception, clean park and spotless amenities. Location is in town not far from main shopping area. Nice walk by the lake. Highly recommend. We had the benefit of a winter special stay.

Had a great experience here. Reception staff friendly, site backing onto the lake, not a lot of grass but its been a dry summer. Amenities and camp kitchen new and very clean. Very quiet, felt safe. Walking distance to town with a Coles, Woolies, Aldi and Kmart. Nice walk around the lake. Great spot for exploring the area.

Glad I was only a visitor and didn't have to stay! Went to visit my brother and his family. Went to office to see whether this was the correct park, as there are two in Maryborough. Asked manager if he (name) was staying there and was met with a stony face and nil response. Asked again and finally got an answer and, after more effort, he finally agreed to tell me where they were staying. My experience was typical after hearing what family had to endure. Similar rudeness, illegal messed up payments, manager smoking in the office etc etc.

I found the manager very rude, Yes the park is right next to the railway line, the trains come through at 2:15, 4:30 & 6:30am in the morning every day, Yes even on Sunday, at least you won’t miss going to church.It is open to all on the lake side of the park, I noticed a lot of people walking around the park at night. They were not staying there, some were using the bathrooms, they must have the code, I advise making sure everything thing is secure, remember safety first, Cheers.

It's a really nice spot and it's right next to Lake Victoria, which is good for walks or just to relax with a Wine & nibbles looking at the wildlife. The township of Maryborough is really good and it's not far from the Caravan Park.

We stayed 5 nights on a powered site. This Caravan Park is quiet and relaxing sitting next to the lake. The owners have clearly taken great care in maintaining the park and have built exceptional facilities. The all ability access bathrooms are spacious, beautifully clean with fantastic pressure shower heads and even have heat lights for the colder months! The camp kitchen is really well appointed with stovetop, boiler, oven 2 microwaves, 2 sets of toasters, kettles, microwaves and sinks, it has a large fridge/freezer, tv, and airconditioner and is also kept spotless. There are a couple of electric bbq's and outdoor tables under cover with fans for those hot days.|Whilst this Caravan park is quiet and relaxing, it hasn't forgotten a playground for the kids near the camp kitchen. There is also a footy field and skateboard park just a couple of minutes walk by the lake.|There is also a great little laundry and dump point on site.|We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay and would absolutely recommend Maryborough Caravan Park.

Stayed for 5 days with my dog had a lovely time, great location. The cabin was very clean & comfortable to stay in, beautiful lake to walk around with my dog & the amenities in the park were fantastic, the people who were there were very friendly always waved & said hello & Danny the manager made you feel welcome.
