Mary's Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

We loved our stay here, it was on new years eve and Mary managed to fit us in last minute! My partner and i were delighted with the room which was huge! The room was absolutely spotless and and had a great aircon and telly installed. The bathroom was also lovely, modern and clean. To top all of this off we had a delicious summery breakfast ready for us in the morning. i would recommend Mary's Bed and Breakfast to anybody! worth every penny and I would not hesitate to book another stay at this lovely B&B Kind Regards Camila and Aidan

Mary's BnB is delightful. The location is superb in relation to the Beach, Perth CBD and other shopping precincts. We have now stayed in both the room and apartment which are on offer. Both are well presented, spacious, clean, modern and tidy. Both rooms are accessed without needing to enter the main house so it feels comfortable to come and go as you please and there is plenty of privacy. The back garden is a real bonus with nice places to sit and read or enjoy a drink in the evening. We were well hosted and will be sure to make this our regular accommodation when making visits to Perth.

Mary's B&B is unique. Situated in the upmarket Perth suburb of Mt Claremont the B&B is only fifteen minutes from the city centre, ten minutes to Cottesloe and all the city beaches, a walk to Claremont and all it has to offer as well as the Showgrounds and many of the wonderful sporting venues, a short train ride to Freemantle or Subiaco and more! We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with its own entrance, kitchen and lounge area, ideal for a weekend at the football and at a very reasonable price. We were very comfortable. The breakfast in the pretty back garden was good and we had absolutely no complaints. Fantastic! Mary is unique! Her vibrant personality and warm hospitality makes a weekend at Mary's an event in itself.

We had a lovely stay at Mary's B&B in September. Mary was a beautiful host. Everything was absolutely perfect - we could not have asked for anything more. We recommend it to everybody!

Mary was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt very welcomed, relaxed, comfortable. A very lovely home. We enjoyed yummy breakfasts and muffins. Great location, quiet street. Highly recommended. Thankyou Mary!

Very friendly hosts. Plenty of parking not to far from the city and beach. Maybe 10 mins to Main Beach and 20 mins to city. Delicious breakfast. Mary is full of stories and koves hearing other peoples stories to.

It's the 2nd time I have stayed here - and would not choose anywhere else in Perth. Everything you'd expect, from a quality B&B. An EXCEPTIONALLY good host.
