Marzon Hotel Kalibo

We checked in on October 10, but unfortunately, we've experienced several concerning issues during our stay. Strangers attempted to enter our room, which was extremely unsettling. I reported the incident to the hotel staff, but no action was taken. Even more troubling, I later discovered that our personal information had been shared without our consent.|I also spoke with the general manager, who admitted to not having sufficient training to handle such situations. This experience has left us feeling unsafe and disappointed. Based on this, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

✓ Their rooms were good and clean ✓ Beds were comfortable ✓ CR is clean X CR is separated from the bathroom with a glass and you have to go and walk around out just to get to the other part. Unnecessary design. X Mini fridge was not working, all of our ice creams just melted and went to waste. X Staff and people who assists you to your room were nice but the front desk persons were not that friendly.

Kalibo is still stuck in the 90's. No Food Panda nor Grub available. This hotel allows the outside public to use the swimming pool and overtaking it from the guests. Unacceptable. Stayed 2 nights and wifi never worked. Hotel obviously doesn't care because there's a history of bad wifi in the comments. Of course they make sure their lobby wifi works. I'll stick to Roxas and Iloilo.

Rooms are big, bed is comfy too. Got a great staff nad you can opt for a room with buffet breakfast

They have a large convention center. Very convenient since it is located within the city. Has 711 store in front and coffeeshop.

Maybe the woerst hotel i have ever stayed!! I can only say something about the rooms and service not F&B. But the rooms dirty, there where bugs! In the shower was mold! The bed sheets where dirty too! And the rooms are old and used! And with old i mean scraches on the furniture everywhere! The aircon was so loud we could barely sleep!!! There are 3 star hotels in Kalibo which are way better and maybe half the price!! The staff was not really friendy and did nor care about our complain but maybe because all the rooms look the same! We had a room move and it was still the same! A big renovation is needed badly and also the hygenic standards must be raised drastically!!!!!!

The room is good We like the amenities and good location love the restaurant beside “cafe latte “ the food is good and affordable

Very happy with everything. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff very pleasant and helpful
