Mas Valentine ~ I hope to return again and again! My family and I were greeted by a lovely woman named Laurence, who told us that she had been looking forward to our arrival that afternoon. Cheery, smiling and full of radiance, we felt Laurence's sincere, warm welcome and hospitality from the moment we walked into the beautiful reception area at Mas Valentine. The signature scent of this hotel (found in each room) is a floral dream for the senses, very clean and fresh. Laurence provided us with a spritz on a pretty, hand-held fan and the fragrance was a perfect match for this unique and wonderful farmhouse. Our two rooms were very clean and well-appointed, and the comfortable beds and pillows guaranteed a good night's rest. Laurence took the time to provide details about many local restaurants in the area, hoping to match us with the food/experience that we were seeking that evening. We did indeed have a delicious dinner in St. Remy that night. It was a bit chilly during our stay and we opted to not enter the pool, even as sparkling clean and as inviting as it was. The grounds are very pretty and offer a tranquil stroll or a relaxing nap under a tree's canopy. I will never forget waking up to all the early morning birdsong outside my door and windows, like a chorus of trills and chips from the majestic trees steps away from my room. Our breakfast was plentiful and just delicious - something for everyone's palette. The staff we met at Mas Valentine were very positive and very kind. Merci beaucoup, Laurence, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay with you at Mas Valentine, and look forward to returning! You created very special "forever" memories for us!

A very disappointing experience. We arrived at 10.00pm after our flight and no one was at reception. We rang them on the emergency number and they hung up after we told them we were at the hotel. We’d paid for 3 nights in advance. We had to pay for a last minute hotel elsewhere. The following day, when we arrived again, they were not at all apologetic and they were quite condescending. No compensation was offered. Instead they pointed to the fine print which stipulated that you had to contact them in advance for a late arrival - which wasn’t possible! We were in the air. The manager then lied, saying she was manning reception at 10.00, which was far from the truth. This meant we paid 700 euros for nothing. A far better option is Hotel B Design and Spa close by, with delightful staff, amenities and food, set in a magnificent garden location. No comparison. I never write a negative review, but this time, I feel compelled to do so.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here and would thoroughly recommend it. A beautiful hotel, very tastefully decorated and in good order. The staff were enormously welcoming and helpful, especially Laurence who drove us in her classic Fiat 500 into St Remy for dinner and picked us up again because we didn’t have a hire car! This was beyond the call of duty! We suggest that the hotel should invest in some bikes so that hotel guests can cycle into the town, because walking is a little far. Bear in mind there is traffic noise from the road, but it didn’t bother us. Lovely pool. They were accommodating with our requests for vegan options for breakfast. Thank you to the team for a very enjoyable stay.

Would highly recommend anyone staying here. The hotel is a 4 minute drive from St-Remy and located in the quiet countryside. The gardens are beautiful and the hotel offers a large swimming pool. Whats extra special is the courtyard / gravelled terrace where you eat breakfast. Above all, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, in particular Domitille. She provided us suggestions for restaurants and sites to visit. A fabulous stay. Thank you Hotel Mas Valentine and team!

Beautiful hotel in a very nice location close to Saint Rémy. The staff is very welcoming and friendly with a lot of helpful tipps and ideas. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast options very plenty and tasty. Great pool! Really a wonderful place to relax and explore the Provence.

Beautiful hotel just a short distance to St Remy. We stayed last year and loved it so much we bought my brother and sister in law. Rooms are lovely and staff fabulous. Pool and parking on site a real bonus. We bought cheese and baguettes and wine of course and sat under the trees and enjoyed our dinner.

I had the most perfect stay in this beautiful place in the quiet of provence. The grounds are so beautiful, especially eating breakfast outside with the scenery. My room was great and the quality service that the staff provided is exceptional. Marie Anne went above and beyond to take care of me and is so lovely. Made my stay excellent and I can’t wait to come back!

We ❤️ Mas Valentine . The place is everything we dream about . It’s the perfect hotel to stay . Laurence is a sweet and kind host . We couldn’t ask for more . We are going to miss this side of Provence sooo much Merci Carlos e Eurika
