A wonderful retreat in the forest, overlooking the valley!! Magical and Beautiful location. The staff were amazing and super helpful and made our stay very relaxing. They took care of all our transfers and excursions which was amazing. The restaurant had so many choices, we never had the same dish and all were very good! Thank you!

Terrific, exceptional and convenient hotel! We understand it’s really the nicest hotel in the area, and easy to access the nearby UNESCO sites. Breakfast and dinner were tasty. The staff is attentive and extremely thoughtful too. We enjoyed the large welcoming bamboo circular lodge. Nice place to socialize and relax. You can sit inside or outside for lounging, having a drink from the bar or a meal. Our room was large, the bed was comfortable. It had a desk area and a couple chairs inside and also outside on the deck. From the deck, there was a gorgeous view of the valley. Recommend selecting/asking for a room with a valley view.

Incredible place, would recommend staying if in San Agustin. Value for money, breakfast is good and the room is nice to stay in. Near to the town and the archeological park by car.

Really lovely accommodation. Staff is also very nice! Food was great - very affordable and huge portions. Be aware, we ordered way too much! Would recommend staying here 10/10.

Absolutely breathtaking views, friendly staff, a beautiful restaurant with delicious food. The only complaint I have is that we decided to upgrade to the jacuzzi suite, when we arrived the jacuzzi had no cover and was quite dirty inside with debris and leaves all around surrounding the deck. When we went to fill it (after cleaning it) there wasn't enough hot water to fill it barely halfway. We settled for a lukewarm soak and turned on the jets only to find the jets haven't been cleaned in a while .. brown oily bubbles quickly filled the tub which was pretty gross. Maybe the water comes from the river or something but it definitely turned us off. :/ Other than that we had a lovely time.

In January 2024, my best friend and I stayed two nights in a standard unit. More luxurious quality than expected and a little more expensive than our usual accommodation, but the experience was definitely worth the detour. Magnificent site, a little out of the center of San Agustin. Architecture of the houses, shaped like a hut with a pointed roof made of palm and bamboo, really special and very pretty with the careful landscaping. Clean, comfortable and in a superb environment. Magnificent panorama with a view of the green Magdalena canyon. Helpful and available staff. Excellent food and diverse choices for breakfast included. We even had a campfire.
