Mashatu Game Reserve

We were at the Mashatu Game Reserve for four days ... did morning and evening game drives. Such a serence place.... undisturbed by humans. We got to see several animals. Our highlights were spotting leopards and lions. Loads of beautiful elephants, zebras, giraffes. We will be back again.

Beautiful place and saw so much wildlife, birdlife, different plants etc. The game rangers and staff at the villa was just top class. Will definitely be going more into Botswana 2 discover other places.

It was the best weekend of my life! Good food, accommodation and entertainment!

Stayed at the tented camp (2012) where facilities, staff and service was fantadtic. Game drives always interesting and fun - lots of photo opportunities.

One of the best vacations we’ve ever been on! We stayed in the villas for our honeymoon and the place is so beautiful. Very modern. The staff is incredible! They go above and beyond! For one of our dinners, they decorated it for our honeymoon with petals, floating candles, a thoughtful card and champagne. Our guide Kenosi and tracker Abel were great! They showed us sooo many animals. We hope to be back soon!

Excellent game sightings, superb accommodation at Kolakola Lodge, and looked after by an amazing team headed by Tjay. Privileged to participate in the Land of the Giants cycling event at Mashatu, highly recommended, and our cycling guide Nasa made sure we were safe and saw lots of game on our bicycles.

Wow ! Truly the Most amazing experience I’ve ever had! Tent Camp was great, the staff go above and beyond. They were always happy, engaging and very happy to get into a sing along 😀. Oh and the food was sensational ! The Game drives were next level, the animals were sooo close. Watching them in their natural environment was mind blowing. I can not speak highly enough about Edward our guide and Oke our tracker, they made us feel comfortable straight away, their kind, friendly and fun approach just made the experience that much better. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, always able to answer every question we had and were always forth coming with great facts on a huge variety of topics. Lots of OMG moments, loads of laughs, good amount of down time , was really sad to leave. I’ll definitely be back!
