Food is really good. Had the Roasted Beet Pita. The pita is delicious and soft, the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Fries are good, nice and thick cut but not too thick. The Fat Mack (substituted the burgers for fried chicken) and it was huge! The drinks are good. Didn't try the beers but will definitely go back to try a flight and have some more great food. They have a great view that I bet looks amazing in summer. Definitely recommend

Me and my bridal party and I came there today, and I just have to say how amazing everybody was. Not only was the food absolutely amazing, but the people were, waitresses and the cook came out and talked with us as well as the manager. We waited for them to open because we were early, and the line to get in was long, but they put everyone at tables in less than 5 minutes. Our large party was treated so amazingly with allergies and questions. We were blown away by their kindness and attention to detail! Thank you so much. We greatly appreciate it and had a blast today.

While visiting Bangor, Maine, everyone said we had to go to Mason’s Brewing Company! We were delighted to find this fantastic spot, right over the bridge in Brewer, Maine. Mason’s, offering a top-notch selection of craft beer and delicious food, all with a scenic view of the Penobscot River. The atmosphere is casual and lively, making it a great place to relax with friends or family. One of the standout appetizers is the giant pretzel, which is perfectly baked to a golden brown with a crisp exterior and a soft, chewy inside. I asked for all of the pairings! Pickles, cheese curds, pickled cabbage, a rich beer cheese sauce, and a tangy mustard dip, all complement the pretzel beautifully. It’s an ideal starter to share—or keep all to yourself! The pizza at Mason’s is also a must-try. Cooked in a brick oven, the crust comes out thin, crispy, and full of flavor. We opted for the classic cheese pizza, but I’m sure they don’t make a bad pie! The combination of the smoky crust and high-quality cheese makes every bite satisfying. I opted for a glass of cider, and my husband tasted local beers in a flight. The friendly service and riverside location make this brewery a standout destination in Maine! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Great beer options, amazing food, and an unbeatable setting!

Yumm!! Their food is amazing! I usually get their smoked wings (Maple Sriracha) and the Ooey Gooey Pizza! It’s perfection. Very family friendly, good kids menu, and amazing drink options. Hands down one of my absolute favorite places to go! They even have dog friendly dining out back!

Google
Excellent beer selection with a tasty menu. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Very cool atmosphere with an awesome outdoor area. Highly recommend.

Google
Great local brewery - lots of options for libations (beer, cider, wine, cocktails - the works!), excellent pizza, and lovely atmosphere. Went for a girl's night out, and we had a wonderful time. Flights of four beers, plus many good ones of theirs on tap! We had a specialty pizza "elephant in the shroom" and a classic margarita pizza. Can't wait til next time!

Google
The BEST smash burger ever! The butter burger is definitely the best burger I’ve ever had. The butter made the bun taste like a croissant. SO YUMMY! And the sweet potato fries were perfect too!

Google
Stopped in for lunch while passing through Bangor. My wife had the Stout and I had the killer bunny IPA, which were both delicious. We tried the pizza and burger, and both were very good. The service (ask for Chelsea) was friendly and spot on. Definitely check this place out!

Yelp
i had been in maine less than a day, when i was told we needed to try this establishment. we had reservations, but ended up waiting a bit. we were seated outside, where we had a great view of the penobscot river. somehow, even though the patio was crowded and noisy, it was peaceful just watching people amble by, walking their dogs, or pushing a pram. a variety of beers were available, which i heard were quite tasty; i declined to drink anything but wine, since i was being fancy that way. we had a medium sized crowd, and our waitress was slammed, but she handled it smoothly; the service was great. it took at least a glass and a half before the food arrived, but when it did, it was hot and tasty. this is usually the part where i throw something vaguely snarky in, or wander way off topic. alas, this review is as tepid as my granny's puritan humor. please find solace in the photos i forced half the table to take, while the other half had enough of my wine fueled shenanigans and refused to comply with my demands to take pictures of said entrees. i was actually starting to annoy myself, and did not take a picture of my giant delicious pretzel. oh how i wish i could have taken the delicious mustard sauce that came with the pretzel back to my home state....

Yelp
If you told me that we would wait an hour and a half for food, I would call you nuts. Unfortunately, it was no joke. Two tables that arrived after us got served and packed their leftovers before we got served. When we spoke with the manager, we were told that he ran wait times of an hour. Not true, but nice try. An hour and a half is too long. The waitress gave us 15% off of our check, but that was all. The food was just as poorly executed. The chicken parm sandwich had no sauce on it and the bread was hard all the way through. The pizza had almost no cheese, and it had no flavor. I am disappointed and turned off to both the management and the food. Sorry, I am not inclined to return.

Yelp
First visit here on memorial day weekend. It was rainy so we sat inside in what I guess is a side room. It was loaded with families and young children which is fine but I would have really preferred a spot somewhere else. My son, who lives in the area and wanted to come here during our visit to him, said he never knew this side room even existed but the main space is way better. Maybe next time we will sit there. Our party got mimosa flight, beers and some cocktails to start. Drinks were good, service a bit slow but it was busy. Ordered a few apps, brew haus fries and a tuna dish, I did not eat the tuna but it was enjoyed by others and the fries were great, the sauce was hard to stop eating! Ordered another round, the beer was awesome! So happy to see more than just IPAs on a menu. Thanks for that, guys Everyone had something different, the bao, burgers, a hot dog, a Caesar pizza. I think the consensus was the pizza was the best thing. The burgers were good as well but the meat portion is small and overall the cost of our lunch was pretty high. For a first time it was good and I would definitely go again but maybe make a few different choices. 1. Ask to sit in the actual brewery/bar area. Although I oppose children being in a brewery this place felt like a restaurant so I can overlook that. However, a toddler behind us fully dumped a huge glass of water everywhere and it was ridiculous. Not the restaurants fault at all but I don't want to be forced to dine with young children (why I frequent bars/breweries) and the side room had many, many young kids running and screaming. If I am having a few drinks and paying 200+ for lunch, I do not want to be seated surrounded by kids having tantrums. Maybe the side room can be a kid's room? 2. I would try the wings and order pizza for my meal. Seems like the way to go. I do feel like this first impression could have been better if we were in the bar area so next time I will ask for that!

Yelp
Amazing!!!!!! Best food I've had in Maine thus far. I had the salmon salad. It was not your boring salad. Flavor was on point. I ate every morsel of it. There are picky eaters in my family and everyone finished their food. Wished I had discovered this place sooner.

Yelp
It was very busy on a Wednesday evening in the off season. The hostess was very nice and pretty accurate on our wait time. The wait gave us time to check out the cool apparel which we did end up buying (and would have bought more if they would have had our sizes). Our waitress was very nice but I did feel sorry for her because she was having to work the entire back section of the restaurant. I would say she did an amazing job but I'm with the other yelpers that they need more staff. We did have to also wait a longer than expected time for the food. Maybe that's intentional so you drink more beer. I'm allergic to hops but my daughter said the Coffee Milk Stout was very good and they had a wide selection. I had the burger and it was really tasty. The bun was super soft and fresh, the smash burger was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the pickles were oh so yummy. We also had the Truffle pig pie. It was good but we wished we would have put red pepper flakes on it to give it a little heat. Large inside and outside with a definite brewery feel. I saw they also allowed dogs on the porch and had water bowls for them which is cool. The view on the river is great.

Yelp
This place is arguably the best restaurant in Bangor. Service is great, food is better, and the beer is cold. It's truly an amazing find for such a small area. You cannot beat it. We'll be back
google avatar

Michael A.

Yelp
Wonderful food and service- dining area was loud from a couple of large groups but nothing too bad. We had a great time and it was a highlight of our trip.

Yelp
Came on a busy Saturday night while in town for a concert! There was a 45 minute wait, but my cousin and I were able to quickly find two seats at the bar! I'm glad we did because our bartender, Tucker, was delightful! She was full of energy and made our experience enjoyable! I went with one of their house-made ciders which was on the drier side. For food, I got the equivalent of a patty melt which was delicious! The potato salad on the side wasn't my favorite, but everything else was great! Sadly it was raining while we were there, but I would love to sit on their beautiful deck by the water if I make it back!
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped in just for a drink and dessert! Super cool place right on the water. Crème brûlée was good! The little apple fries were also good.

Ryan S.

Yelp
Enjoyed the food. Just had pizza so tried a hot dog and the sweet hot mess burger. We enjoyed the beer but the food really hit the spot. We came at 2:30 on a Saturday and they were busy but able to get a table inside right away. It seems like they are always busy.
google avatar

Yelp
We came here for a quick lunch before our flight. The menu was confusing to look at initially, because it is aligned on the right. It looks like it's upside down at first glance. We shared the truffle pig pizza. I liked how different mushrooms were used. The middle was a bit soggy though and didn't hold up. As for the beers... My bf had a flight and didn't really enjoy any of it.
google avatar

Glen S.

Yelp
Great casual dining experience. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is great and helpful with food and beer choices. Service was fast and orders weee correct. I've been here for lunch and dinner and never had a bad meal. Definitely recommend and stop by Masons
google avatar

Austin C.

Yelp
When I tell you everything hit, it was all amazing! It started with great service and our waitress Bella was super nice and helpful. Our wings and pretzel were great starters and did not last long. And our entrees were all very delicious! If you are in the area and want a great meal with great service and good view, definitely stop by.

Blake C.

Yelp
If you are in Bangor Maine, Mason's Brewing is a MUST GO!! Great Service, AMAZING food, and the ambiance and views are incredible. It's on the water and super pretty. Our waiter was Bella, she was super attentive and very sweet.
google avatar

Yelp
Lovely location with a terrace for outdoor seating with views of the river and different seating areas indoors. Not fully staffed on the day of our visit, as hostess stand was struggling to keep up with guests. We were hungry and didn't want to wait for outdoor seating. Matt was our server, he was not very engaging and could have made us feel more welcome. Food was terrific. We had the butter burger and patty melt, one with sweet potato fries the other with celery slaw and both were excellent. The Pale Ale quenched my thirst.
google avatar

Alicia C.

Yelp
The cauliflower was fried perfectly nice and crisp, and the dry rub seasoning was amazing! Def recommend. The staff was also very helpful with pointing out what can be made vegan.
google avatar

Sam B.

Yelp
Drinks were great. Taco and fries were good as well. The GF pizza however left a lot of be desired. Cheese wasn't melted and the dough was burnt. We ate two slices from each pie and left the rest. Would recommend anything else on the menu.

Yelp
My husband found this place after checking out eating spots around Bangor. This is actually in Brewer, about 5 miles down the road from the Hampton Inn we are staying at in Bangor. We were originally going to both go to the restaurant but after a long day of driving my husband decided to pick up our order and bring it back to the hotel. My husband mentioned that the reviews talked about the food being different. He had Porktasomething burger which had pork belly, bacon and two burgers and sauce. He had fries with it and he could hardly eat it all. He enjoyed it very much. I ordered the Pub pizza and we had cracklins-dirty. The cracklins were good and I'm still eating them two days later. When I first opened my pizza I thought I was given the wrong one because it was supposed to have Italian sausage with fennel seed. What I saw was pepperoni looking slices of meat that were larger than a pepperoni. It also had globs of a cheese mixture in spots. The cheese blobs reminded me of pimento cheese, which I love. I guess I'd have to go back and find the menu to find all the pizza toppings but I did Enjoy it and we had leftovers for lunch the next day. If you want to take your taste buds on a trip this is the place to eat.

Karen N.

Yelp
Fries were NOT FRESH, dark brown and most were crunchy all the way thru. No salt that I could taste. To me they tasted like they were put in the deep fryer a second time to try to refresh. No ketchup or napkins in the bag. Now to the burger. Both sides of the bun were soggy because the cheese was melted on the bun sides. The bottom bun was such a soggy mess I couldn't life up the burger! Had to take it home and eat with a fork. Meat was flavorful but for 20.00 (I added mushroom) it was a big disappointment. Sorry, I work too hard for my money. I won't be returning.
google avatar

Liz G.

Yelp
Where do I start! Some reviews said it was loud, I call it a good loud with family and friends are having a good meal in a friendly place. The environment was a perfect pub style restaurant! The ladies behind the bar were friendly and welcoming right at the beginning! The lady who helped us really helped with what was really good and she was not wrong. I got the butter burger.....OMG!!! That's one juicy burger and you can taste the yummy Katie's butter...so good!!!!! My husband got the American burger and that was really good!!!! The dirty sweet potato fries were surprisingly good, whatever is ok those work!!!! So yummy! We were stuffed by the end, I couldn't finish my fries. We went during brunch time, but we were craving burgers, which both hit the spot. But I want to go back for the brunch menu and a special bar drinks ...another OMG! We will be back for sure!!!!
google avatar

Adam G.

Yelp
Great, spacious place, fun vibrant atmosphere and excellent food. Some good veggie options too. Really enjoyed the trivia games shown on the big screen TV's that you can jump into using a phone app while you're waiting... Or eating. Their riverfront location is sweet! You can tell it's a big crowd favorite in the Bangor area and probably gets a lot of visiting folks too.
google avatar

Yelp
Back to Mason's brewing on a Tuesday afternoon at 1pm. Continue to give the food four stars, but as suggested tried the smaller room and it too was very loud. We were told a 20 minute wait for outside so settled for the smaller room. Saw several tables outside and tried again to be moved outside. Hostess was not going to have any of it. Inside and seated at a 2 top pressed up against a column, our service was meh. Server was lackluster. The kitchen staff that brought the food was fantastic. Had to get up and get our own ketchup when lunch was delivered. Good was the traditional cheese burger and the patty melt. We split them between us and thought it was great! Sweet potato fries were a hit and the coleslaw side was just ok. My friend tried one of the beers and enjoyed it. Next time, I won't stay if I can't get seated outside! Lucky for me I'm a summer resident!
google avatar

Laurie B.

Yelp
Great food. Ambience is a little loud but fun. Great beers. Love it in the summer when you can sit outside.
google avatar

Sean T.

Yelp
-lettuce soggy -slow -food put on cold metal hipsters trays so gets cold -Food is genuinely not bad as long as you are okay with it being cold, soggy, and almost an hour after ordering -slow -price eh alright maybe if everything else was good -menu very complicated design and hard to read -weird room decor in side room, feels like in jail segregated from cool main area. It's hilarious you will see the hostess walk people in there and then people will say "Oh no please" and immediately walk back out to wait longer to be seated in other room. -Loud - good beer -busy and understaffed, not enough servers so slow, assume kitchen is same and why food is so slow Will go again, probably many times, but only because people will say "we are going to masons, you are invite!" And its not my place to say "ehhhh masons? why not somewhere else" SLOW. Like actually slow, if it's busy we have waited 51 minutes for food after ordering.
google avatar

Shawn W.

Yelp
If you like to wait for food, drinks or service, come here. Better yet - if you wanna pay $19 for a 4oz margarita - please come here. Living in Boston, I still don't pay this much! $19 with a splash of Don Julio and mostly ice is a complete rip off. And waiting twenty minutes for it didn't sweeten the pot. I definitely won't be back. Tip: LOWER YOUR GOUGING PRICES. (The only reason there's two stars is because the brisket tacos were amazing)

Brian L.

Yelp
Great food and good beer, great combination, waitress was attentive even with the place being very busy. I highly recommend Mason's.
google avatar

Elaine C.

Yelp
My friend was HUNGRY so we ordered 3 appetizers and a veggie burger with sweet potatoe fries. She had been here before so I let her order. Very good food, great service, beer and cocktails. I would return if in the area again!!
google avatar

Noe C.

Yelp
Great pumpkin cheesecake, the lime cake was great too but could use some more flavor (too custardy). Outside seating was nice and spacious with a great view. Staff was very friendly and they had a great door and Bev selection. Great for groups and sure has a nightlife after dinner hours.

Jason H.

Yelp
Stopped in on a whim. I sadly live a couple hours away. If you're in Penobscot or further, make the trip. The smash burger menu is fantastic.
google avatar

Dustin M.

Yelp
Great spot, service was prompt and professional. Cozy brewery ambiance, and food that really hit the spot. Some highlights are the pizza, burgers, fried chicken sandwich.
google avatar

Sherry M.

Yelp
Great place in the summer to sit outside with water views. The food is excellent and love the dirty fries and pizza! Staff is friendly and go out of their way to make sure you're enjoying your time there. Great selection of brew beers and while I don't drink the drinks and beer samples that go by the table look delicious.

Lord F.

Yelp
Great food! Appetizers and entrees were fantastic. Losing one star because the wait for our food to come was over an hour

Jacob d.

Yelp
Checked out this brewery last night while in town to see Avril Lavigne. From the moment Tucker came up to us at the bar, we knew we would be in good hands. Her personality definitely shows she loves what she does and her knowledge about their beer is phenomenal. We also ordered some food. While I wished it was a little hotter, the chicken parm sandwich was delicious. Would definitely go here again.

C P.

Yelp
It's been a. Dreary vacation in Maine this week, raining everyday, but Mason's Brewing was a bright spot! The drinks and food were well prepared and fabulous! The staff was very friendly. We loved the decor and the fact that dogs were welcome , and the prices and were as expected. A++
google avatar

Linda R.

Yelp
Let's just get straight to the point that I am a fan of Mason's. Located along the river in Brewer, Masons has indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs are welcome on the patio. Yea! The pizza is delicious, a bit heavy on crust, toppings are varied with interesting pizza topping combinations on the menu. I also love the Dirty Fries which a thick cut fries with seasoning and a special dipping sauce on the side. Burgers are large, cheesesteak is also good. This is a good place for Dry January fans as there are mocktail and NA beers in the menu. Seating is casual- tables and bar seating. A little loud when the restaurant is busy and seating can be close to your dining neighbors. This is a good place for families. The older kids can head out the back door and run around along the rail trail after lunch. Parking is easy although the lot can get full. Service has always been very good.
google avatar

Madisyn F.

Yelp
While in Maine for a work trip, we stopped at Mason's for a quick lunch before a long car ride. Our party of 8 was quickly seated and greeted by a very friendly waitress. The menu features many amusingly named meals, all with creative elements that seem delicious. I got the sandwich on special that day, which was called the Gobble Gobble - turkey, peppers, olives, and more. I paired my sandwich with sweet potato fries. Our waitress was very attentive and fast, and the food was delicious. The serving sizes were great for the price. The vibes in the restaurant felt exactly what you'd expect from a brewing company in Maine, and they even have an outdoor seating area that looks very comfy. I hope I'm in Brewer again soon to try more of their fun menu items!
google avatar

Alexa C.

Yelp
First stop on our Maine trip was a hit. Nice atmosphere and great food options. The crab rangoon cream cheese pizza was delicious. And loaded sweet potato fries? Mason's red was a great red ale beer. Staff was kind. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Kimberly E.

Yelp
For the area, it was a decent place. We are used to breweries being more beer centered, and not a place you'd necessarily go for food first and then beer. We found some good beers and even had some delicious New York ciders, but it definitely felt like this was a restaurant first and beer stop second. I will say the view from the window and patio is gorgeous on a nice day and definitely enjoyed looking at while we sipped on our beer flights.
google avatar

Paige E.

Yelp
The food is SO good. Service is fast, even on the day we went it was completely packed. Everything we ordered was flavorful and appealing to the eye. Nice views of the Penobscot River. I will absolutely return! This is how a restaurant should be run!
google avatar

Erica K.

Yelp
we ate some really good food. We had some really nice views. And we had some amazing service! This is a great place to come eat and bring all of your friends and family. We had two children with us, and they were able to runoff and play within our sight, but at a far enough distance that there, joyful noises didn't bother anybody around us trying to eat dinner with their parties.

Lapeka D.

Yelp
Sept 25, 2024 - Our server, Oceana recommended these food items from the menu and they were so delicious! The service was great too! Thank you!

Yelp
Wanted a beer and it was dinnertime. My wife said to check out what's available, and I came across Mason's Brewing Company. I made an excellent choice. We could have waited in the quite full restaurant to sit outside on the covered deck, or right away inside. We chose to sit inside. People of all ages were in the restaurant. With the way the restaurant is constructed, it gets quite lively and loud with the sound reverberating off the concrete floors and wide-open space. Tonight was very busy and even more so as the evening went on. Our server did her best to keep up with her tables. She did keep her pleasantries high and didn't show any signs of negative vibes. She was constantly on the move and didn't always come to help us leaving us to wait a little long. I started with a flight which included four beers and if it wasn't brewed at Mason's, then that choice was $1 extra. I had the Brown, Blueberry Cream, Diablo, and Hefelweisen; all Mason's. Am I allowed to say that the beers were the worst part of my meal when I'm at a Craft Brewhouse? I just did. Each were fine, and I liked the Blueberry Cream the best of the four, but none hit the spot where I said I needed to buy this again. For starters, my wife had the Garden Salad, and I had the Ahi Tuna Salad. Both were piled high on the plates. Mine included three or four nice pieces of Ahi and had greens, ginger, and a spicy drizzle which didn't immediately kick in. They were both quite good. For mains, we both went with the pizza. I had the Best Damn Pepperoni, and she did a Build Your Own with mushrooms, caramelized onions, green bell pepper, and ground beef. I was so surprised at how great these pizzas were. One of the best I've ever had and I've had a lot being from Philadelphia. The half-sphered pepperoni, the ricotta, the little hot and sweet red peppers, just divine. The menu said the dough is made locally with some of their beer in there. It just really hit the spot. The only complaint about my wife's pizza was that she wished there was more red sauce on it. Otherwise, perfecto. So we really liked Mason's a lot if not for their beer, but the food was awesome. Our server did her best and was very friendly. Everyone on staff seemed to be on their toes tonight. $75 not including tip for a flight of beer, a soda (Coke products here, yea!), two pizzas, and two salads. We had a great time and felt even better supporting local businesses. Mason's is not a chain, and we were told they might open a second location soon also in Maine.
google avatar

Myra S.

Yelp
Great view, Friendly Staff, Great Cream Ale, Fantastic Fresh Brewed Iced Tea, in a carafe!! Such a cool, and chill ambience, and oh buoy what an Excellent Outdoor Patio!!
google avatar

Marcia C.

Yelp
Went here on our last night in Maine. We ordered pizza cauliflower and a hotdog. They didn't have my husbands favorite domestic beer because it's more of a brew house. I ordered a aviation gin martini. The first did not taste like aviation gin. Maybe it was watered down or shaken to long but it tasted off. The second one tasted better. At $14. each, they shouldn't taste watered down! I mentioned to the waitress that it didn't taste like aviation gin. When she came back with the second one she said "I can assure you, it is aviation gin". I wasn't convinced ‍
google avatar

Michael D.

Yelp
Large dog friendly outdoor patio along the waterfront with beautiful views. Just be sure to hydrate because it was hot with limited breeze. Our server, Sienna, was super friendly and attentive. The teriyaki cauliflower was delicious with a very light batter which helped prevent them from being greasy. The IPL was bursting with hoppy flavor but light and crushable. The Cream Ale was awesomely smooth and creamy. Blueberry Cider was very good. And the Hipster Apocalypse Hazy IPA was highly piney and sweet. Loved this place all around.
google avatar

Tori M.

Yelp
Excellent food! Seems like a local favorite- we had a big group, lots of variety in the menu would absolutely eat here again.

Yelp
While visiting Bangor, I stopped in here for a late lunch before a show at the Maine Savings Amphitheater. I sat outside which is a great setup, right on the river. Even in winter I'd imagine this would be nice as they had heaters and drop down tarps. I had the pepperoni pizza and a wheat beer. Both were very good, wish I could remember the name of the beer. My waitress was friendly and fast; she also gave some good tips on the amphitheater. If in Bangor, this is a spot I'd highly recommend you check out.

Moneys W.

Yelp
We had this place on our short list when in the Bangor area. One of the 2 stars is for the location along this river and the cool interior. The last two times we've been there we haven't felt we got our money's worth. We went last night on a Sunday after trail hiking in Acadia. We ordered the 40's Chopped burger, wings, and tuna wontons. The other star were for the dry rub wings which were very good and a decent number for the price. The tuna wontons were very small for $16. A few tiny pieces of tuna chopped up and laid out on 3 wonton chips. Nope. The 40's thing was basically a $16 grilled cheese sandwich with some crumbles of beef in it. Their FB page shows them displaying these large juicy burgers being held by happy people. Ours was definitely not a 8 oz smash burger. It was a 3 oz burger "Smashed" into the diameter of an 8 oz burger. That was a rip off. In all, it was a $45 meal that costed $75 after tip. We went home and had to warm up some leftovers to fill us up. The final part that annoyed me the most was I was angry with myself for leaving the bartender a 15% tip, which I did out of common courtesy. She certainly did not deserve it. I think she spoke to us twice. The first was when we walked in and she blurted out "Do you want menus?", which I think is crummy bartender talk for "Hello" because that's all we got. She never smiled, never asked us if the food she didn't serve us was ok, and she didn't say goodnight, thanks or anything. The only other time she said anything was to ask my wife if she wanted another beer. I've had better service at the Division of Motor Vehicles. We wanted to make it work for us, as there are so few choices in that neck of the woods, but we left annoyed and probably won't go back. I still don't know if I was bothered more by the lack of food, or for leaving the girl behind the bar $10 for treating us like we were the last thing on her mind.
