Massage Heights Westlake Village

This is a great place to get a massage. It’s very clean. The service is excellent. Everyone I have interacted with there is friendly. Massages are pretty easy to schedule and their memberships are very reasonable. I request for Bridget. She is wonderful. She really focuses on my much needed areas and applies appropriate pressure that provides the most peaceful and relaxing massage. I highly recommend this place. I just got a membership and I am super excited about it.

That was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. If I lived here I’d be a regular. Good communication. I’m a super active person so my muscles are always tight and this place is just what I needed. I wish I remembered the person who massaged me but he was great!

Massage heights is the best place to relax and reboots yourself , all the therapist are great and friendly relaxing hot stones , aromatherapy , cupping and awesome foot scrubs. The front desk are very welcoming, skin therapist are amazing making u feel new , I would definitely recommend this spa

My husband and I just completed a series of three introductory massages at Massage Heights and were so happy with the experience, therapists, setting and staff that we immediately purchased memberships.  We've each had a couple different therapists there and they all bring their own skills to the table, determined to make sure they can personalize the massage to your preferences.  Super excited to have found this relaxing retreat!

I had the best massage today with Rachel. Had many knots on my back that she did a great job getting out. The beds are insanely comfortable. Probably the most comfortable I’ve been face-down during any massage. From start to finish, a perfect experience there!!

I have always had a great experience here. I can't wait until my next massage that sometimes I book an extra massage before my next one is due. The Massage Therapists are always professional, listen to my needs and preform good massage work. I definitely recommend joining Massage Heights. Ask for Nick or Ivan, be sure to book in advance they book up quickly.

Went in for a birthday massage at the intro discounted rate. Marked and mentioned that I wanted a deep tissue massage and asked the therapist for more pressure but didn’t really meet my expectation. Called back in on the drive home to see what kind of remediation to be done and was offered the intro rate again for a different massage. The people are nice. Policy to make it right did not meet my expectations

This was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had. Requested deep tissue but it felt more like my 5-year-old niece just rubbing oil on my skin. My therapist spent 90% of the time sitting down, clearly not wanting to be there, clearly putting in the most minimal effort as I counted down the minutes until it was over. My fiancé and I spent over $160 for what we thought would be a relaxing experience but instead it was almost torture. His massage was equally awful. If there was a zero star option for the quality of massages, Massage Heights would have earned it.
