I think this is the best bread I've ever had in my life. I haven't had sourdough in EVERY country, but certainly a lot of artisan bakeries in a lot of places. Please see if you agree with me. I accidentally ate half a loaf before I realized it.
I have eaten the sourdough with olives, plain wheat sourdough, and sourdough with sesame and sunflower seeds. The crust is crispy yet tender, the crumb of the bread is the perfect density with the sourdough lightness and moisture, and the flavor! Excellent all around. I hope that you get to the shop before I do, because I will clear the shelf every time.
