Rooms are located in the main building, a bright white structure of the 19th century. Common areas and rooms are decorated with antiques, and the Masseria even has a library with more than 1500 books, and a free internet point. Parasols and sun loungers are available at a partner nearby beach. Masseria Il Frantoio’s homely restaurant offers set menus of characteristic regional specialties. We had a lovely five night stay in Coco. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the service friendly and attentive. The pool.was a wonderful place to relax between touring and the wedding activities we were in the area for. We had a five course dinner one night and an eight course dinner with wine pairing another night. Both were very, very good but the 8:30 start is tough for Americans. Finished dinner at 11:45. Dinner is served outdoors in the gorgeous courtyard surrounded by flowers.

Four nights at this lovely olive farm Masseria for a family wedding was a beautiful experience. Wonderful outside dining in the courtyard included both dining menu options for us and they were so tasty with matching wine. Breakfast in the inside dining room has so many great options. Rooms are well appointed and there is a lovely large pool surrounded by olive trees with green grass, plenty of chairs and lounges and an honesty bar. Staff were great as was the olive oil tasting. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a few nights with a little infant. They provided a baby crib, which was nice. Room was big and with a bedroom, a small living room, and a bathroom, which had stairs to get to. The Masseria is located in the middle of nowhere, which is super good if you want to just take a break from all the daily life stress. Phone coverage is limited some places there, which is nice. There is a nice little pool. Water is not drinkable from the tab, but bottle water is provided free of charge. We also did an olive oil tasting, which was very enlightening and good.

We stayed for 4 nights to celebrate our daughter’s wedding with immediate and extended family. We had the most memorable time as the property is just beautiful, the staff gracious, friendly and quiet. No request was too much trouble. The wedding was made all the more special as they arranged flowers and included many little touches to the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for any occasion or just for a relaxing holiday.

One of the best places to stay in Puglia. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing is ever a problem. The rooms and surrounds are stunning. We had our small wedding on the property and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. The breakfasts are the best you will ever have and the dinners are so lovely! Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you Il Frantoio!

We were supposed to stay 6 nights at this property - but checked out after the first night. The hotel website said high speed internet. Not true - no internet no cell service when we were there in early July 2025. The place was over run by ants. When we sat in their courtyard we had ants crawling up our legs. Our room was not up to our expectations at all for the price. Management was very defensive when we voiced our concerns. Having said that, they do make excellent olive oil, have a lovely little chapel and a historic wine cellar. All in all if they spent some money on this property it would be a lovely place to stay.

Great stay here! We used this as our central spot for exploring Puglia, which was a great choice. The grounds of the hotel are wonderful to walk around in, listen to the peacocks, spend time at the pool, enjoy the history. The olive room at the hotel was quite a museum in itself. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly. Extensive made to order breakfast daily. We did participate in the dinner one night we were there. Was wonderful to have a variety of local dishes paired with local wines. Would reserve a stay here again.

Lovely stay at this gorgeous masseria, staff were so helpful especially Soleil and Andre, we loved exploring the grounds, and the attention to details and decor were captivating. The homemade biscuits were delicious! Would definitely recommend this location for a stay! If water in the room was potable would give it 5 stars!
