An Absolute Gem in Fasona – Authentic Hospitality at Its Finest My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Masseriola Antiche Fogge, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Nestled in the charming town of Fasona, this accommodation is a perfect blend of traditional charm and authentic Italian hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Fabio, who not only helped us with our luggage but also gave us a thorough and engaging introduction to the hotel’s facilities. Fabio was exceptional throughout our stay—always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. He arranged a reliable taxi service for a wedding event we attended and was a constant presence during happy hour, ensuring we were well taken care of. Breakfast was another highlight, thanks to the delightful Sabrina, who greeted us each morning with a smile and catered to our coffee needs with grace and warmth. Her hospitality added a lovely personal touch to our mornings. A particularly stressful moment during our trip—when our rental car from Avis broke down—was completely turned around by Maria. After Avis and roadside assistance failed to help, Maria stepped in, liaised with Avis in Italian, arranged for the car to be towed, and even organized our travel to Bari to pick up a replacement. Her calm and capable handling of the situation was nothing short of heroic. The housekeeping staff also deserves a special mention—the rooms were cleaned to perfection every day, adding to the overall comfort and luxury of our stay. In short, Masseriola Antiche Fogge is a fantastic place to stay, not just for its beautiful and authentic accommodations, but for the outstanding staff who go above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable. I highly recommend it to all international travelers looking for a true taste of Italian hospitality.

We stayed at Masseriola Antiche Fogge for a 3 night stay for a wedding in the area staying with other friends.|The building is really lovely with so much character and charm with lots of history.|Our room was very spacious on the upper floor with a huge super comfortable bed, very tastefully furnished, and a great sized terrace big enough to find shade or sit in the sun.|The pool was very clean fairly small but big enough to have a swim, the area is very peaceful and calm in a lovely well planned setting, with plenty of beds and seating areas which were again beautifully presented and planned.|However, our favourite part of the stay was the breakfast which was faultless.|One of the best continental breakfasts I have experienced in Europe with a good choice of fruits, breads, cooked egg options, meats, salads and delicious pastries and cakes. Fresh cold drinks and Good coffee made fresh for you and with more if you wanted. It was very well stocked and more than enough for the number of guests|It was so efficiently run by the host Sabrina who worked so hard, and was so friendly and welcoming.|Nothing was too much trouble.|The seating area outside was charming and felt so relaxed with plenty of room for the guests. It was a great way to start the day.|The place in general was kept spotlessly clean by the staff, who were also very friendly and charming.|Cannot recommend this place enough.

This place was better than expected. It was private, calm, very clean and the staff was lovely, always helpful and smiling - all of the staff but specially Sabrina. The room we had was big and airy. The breakfast was cute and pittoresk. Loved it and recommend this place!

This place was amazing! The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool area was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. Sabrina prepared a lovely breakfast every day; she was amazing! The people at reception were really helpful and gave a lot of recommendations! I highly recommend staying here.

⸻||||Lovely stay! The place has a great vacation vibe with lots of charm and a super relaxed atmosphere. The pool is right in the middle of the property, surrounded by little corners where you can sit, read, or just chill , very peaceful.||||The rooms are beautifully decorated and stayed cool even in the summer heat, thanks to good air conditioning. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always available via WhatsApp if we needed anything, which made everything really easy and smooth.||||Breakfast was light, fresh, and summery — simple but tasty, with nothing to complain about. Drinks were on the pricier side for a 3-star place (5€ for a beer, 9€ for an Aperol Spritz). Only small downside was the early check-out at 10:30am, which felt a bit rushed.||||All in all, it was a great stay. The value for money is very good, and the place itself is adorable!

Wonderful B&B, beautiful room ours was facing the lovely pool. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were really friendly and efficient. It would have been nice to have tea/coffe making facilities in the room as no refreshments were available after breakfast for those guests who wished to spend the day relaxing.

Every touchpoint was perfect — from the reception, the service, the care for the family, to the quality of the breakfast. Congratulations to the entire team!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! It’s a hidden gem of a stay with large unique cavernous rooms that are clean and comfortable! Beds are great and big! Wi-Fi and AC are strong! Breakfast is wonderful array of cheese, meats, croissants, quiches w lovely ladies helping make you feel comfortable w fresh food coffee and Cappuccinos. The owner is a wonderfully nice man who welcomed and accommodated our late check in from our drive from|Naples. Pro tip- get the upgraded room it’s like a room in the Game of Thrones! ||Location and value in Fasana, which is a cute little town was key as we hit Ostuni, Alberobello (Trulli) unesco, Lecce (the iced coffee wow), Polignano A Mare and Bari airport! Pro tip- go to Borgo Egnazia Beach Club - pay the day fee and enjoy a sweet day swimming in the Adriatic! ||Grazi Milla to the host - calling him Maserati cause he was the man!
