What can I say about this place and the wonderful owner? He treats his customers like family. We spent an hour here talking with him and his wife. He was very advisable and generous, telling us about the leather and merchandise and applying a special discount, especially for customers who went there via social media recommendations. He had customers all over the world visiting him. What a joyful and respectful person... What a character! I ended up buying a bag, a purse, a wallet, a passport holder and a key tray all genuine Tuscany leather and made in Italy. I also wanted to buy belts, but because he doesn't make them, he went personally to a neighboring shop and asked them to give us special prices. One of the joyful moments we had in Florence (Firenze) and to top it up, we made a bargain. He's also opened a shop next to his dedicated to leather jackets. They look fantastic and well made. Highly recommended. Don't forget to talk to Massimo...once you mingle with him, you're set for a bargain!

This place was very very welcoming. The owner was very nice and helped us pick out a few options based on what we were looking for. He has very very fair prices and very affordable genuine Italian leather. We spoke to him about his family and learned more about his story in Italy. Would recommend if anyone is looking for a genuine leather shop in Florence

I just received my leather jacket I ordered while in Florence last month. What a beautiful product they provided. After a little mixup Colette did everything in her power to make sure I received what I wanted and I could not be happier. I visited many of the other shops before deciding on Massimo and I am very happy with my decision to use them. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I are in Florence on our honeymoon and ive been wanting to get a leather bag from Florence. Heard about Mossimo and was so excited to go see him. His shop is wonderful and everyone is so welcoming, he is also very fairly priced. I highly recommend going to the store for a great bag and experience!

A friend and I were on a weekend trip to Rome and were searching for an authentic leather goods store. We had been recommended to go to Massimo’s store and were very pleased! The owner and his wife were very very kind and generous to us. They were immediately welcoming when we entered the store and they got to know us and we got to know them. Their store and story together are amazing. They have one half of the store selling bags and the other half selling leather jackets. Highly recommend to anyone searching for a great place to get leather! :))

We had the best experience at Massimo this past week! We visited with a friend who had been there before and were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in. I had never purchased a leather jacket before, and the team made it such a special and memorable experience. Lily was fantastic—she personally helped fit my jacket, and when we realized the sleeves were a bit too long (and we were leaving the same day), she hopped on a scooter, took it to the tailor, and had it back with perfect alterations in about an hour. So impressive! Highly recommend Massimo for both the quality and the exceptional service. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

I purchased my first leather item at Massimo, and the entire experience was amazing. The quality of the jacket is great, and the whole service experience was superb! The workers were patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The owner and his family were super sweet and engaging as well. I would happily purchase from here again!

Stopped by Massimo after hearing great reviews from friends and online! Safe to say I am in love with my new bag and wallet, along with my whole family who got wallets! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Ditch the fake leather from the street markets and go here to find beautiful authentic Italian leather with great prices. Thanks so much Massimo!
