master Shenkin Serviced Apartments

This was my second time staying at Master Shenkin, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. In a city like Tel Aviv, where you’re often left choosing between overpriced hotels or disappointing Airbnbs that look nothing like the photos, Master Shenkin is a rare gem. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, design, location, and service — without the usual compromises. From the moment I walked into the apartment, I could tell that real thought had gone into every detail. Everything felt brand new — from the pristine fittings to the furniture and appliances — giving the space a fresh, high-end feel that’s hard to come by. The cleanliness was impeccable. You could honestly eat off the floor, and I don’t say that lightly. The housekeeping clearly operates to very high standards. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. It’s not just about the obvious things like a comfy bed and modern kitchen — although those were faultless — it’s the small touches: the quality of the linens, the lighting, the layout, the welcome pack. Everything has been considered, and nothing was too much trouble. On top of that, the staff were kind, responsive, and professional. Even when I had to cut my trip short unexpectedly due to a personal situation, they handled everything with such warmth and grace, arranging a refund and wishing me the best. It made a stressful situation far more manageable, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful. The location is also excellent — central, yet quiet. You’re close to everything, but the atmosphere within the apartment is calm and relaxing. In short, if you’re tired of overpaying for hotels or being disappointed by sub-par Airbnbs in Tel Aviv, give Master Shenkin a try. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and have already recommended it to several friends. A truly exceptional experience from start to finish.

We had an amazing communication with the hosts! They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help in any situation. All questions were resolved quickly and with the utmost care for the guests.

The apartments are great, fully furnished and in a high standards, The location is amazing very centeral, they helped us with everything we needed , amazing service and team, I recommend this for anyone going to Tel Aviv

Love the apartment, it’s clean warm and service was round the clock and outstanding! the location!Best street in Tel Aviv. Easy walking distance for the market, the beach, rothchiled avenue and a prime location! Tons of good places to eat on the street. This was our 4th stay and always consistent can’t wait to come back! Great roof to watch the sunset!

As a follow-up to the response to our original review, and since this seems to be the only platform where you respond and claim to be willing to help, we have no other option but to comment here. To clarify, we did not hesitate—reaching out through email before the review was posted, but unfortunately, no response has been received. Your reply is misleading and inaccurate. Upon booking, we provided credit card details, and there was no mention of any unusual payment policy. The credit card was valid, and there were no issues with it, nor was this ever raised. The main issue was not only the questionable policy but the fact that your payment link did not work, despite multiple attempts with different cards. The lack of assistance led us to believe that the room had been given to someone else and that you had no intention of honoring our reservation at that point. Fortunately, we found an alternative at Mr. Rothschild, which offered better service in a better location. We are still awaiting a formal response via email.

My father booked an apartment through Master for three months and provided his credit card details upon reservation. One day before his arrival, while he was on a 20+ hour flight, the hotel suddenly decided to enforce a “payment policy” (which had never been mentioned or communicated beforehand) and informed us that if the payment wasn’t completed by 8 PM, they wouldn’t hold the reservation. Since my father was in the air and unable to respond, I stepped in to see what could be done. What followed was a nightmare of unprofessionalism. We dealt with four different representatives, none of whom were helpful or even polite. On the morning of my father’s arrival, they sent us a payment link, which didn’t work. We tried multiple credit cards and even contacted the credit card company, which confirmed there was no issue on their end. This didn’t seem to matter to the staff, who were visibly annoyed at being “bothered” and showed zero interest in resolving the problem. Their solution? They told us they couldn’t help and suggested we book through Booking.com – but at that point, the price had jumped by 2,000 NIS. It’s unclear whether this was due to lazy employees who didn’t care about their customers or if someone else had offered to pay more for the room. Either way, the result was the same – my father landed after a long flight with nowhere to sleep.

Exceeded our expectations. Clean rooms. Fully equipped apartment. Huge kitchen. Good Parking solution. Buildings and apartment is very new and isolated From cold and noise.

I have made every effort humanly possible to get the reservation done directly with Master but these guys are just impossible. For the price they are charging I would expect better communication. I just gave up on these guys. They wasted my time
