From the moment I walked into the apartment, I could tell that real thought had gone into every detail. Everything felt brand new — from the pristine fittings to the furniture and appliances — giving the space a fresh, high-end feel that’s hard to come by. The cleanliness was impeccable. You could honestly eat off the floor, and I don’t say that lightly. The housekeeping clearly operates to very high standards. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. It’s not just about the obvious things like a comfy bed and modern kitchen — although those were faultless — it’s the small touches: the quality of the linens, the lighting, the layout, the welcome pack. Everything has been considered, and nothing was too much trouble. On top of that, the staff were kind, responsive, and professional. Even when I had to cut my trip short unexpectedly due to a personal situation, they handled everything with such warmth and grace, arranging a refund and wishing me the best. It made a stressful situation far more manageable, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful. The location is also excellent — central, yet quiet. You’re close to everything, but the atmosphere within the apartment is calm and relaxing. In short, if you’re tired of overpaying for hotels or being disappointed by sub-par Airbnbs in Tel Aviv, give Master Shenkin a try. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and have already recommended it to several friends. A truly exceptional experience from start to finish.

As a follow-up to the response to our original review, and since this seems to be the only platform where you respond and claim to be willing to help, we have no other option but to comment here. To clarify, we did not hesitate—reaching out through email before the review was posted, but unfortunately, no response has been received. Your reply is misleading and inaccurate. Upon booking, we provided credit card details, and there was no mention of any unusual payment policy. The credit card was valid, and there were no issues with it, nor was this ever raised. The main issue was not only the questionable policy but the fact that your payment link did not work, despite multiple attempts with different cards. The lack of assistance led us to believe that the room had been given to someone else and that you had no intention of honoring our reservation at that point. Fortunately, we found an alternative at Mr. Rothschild, which offered better service in a better location. We are still awaiting a formal response via email.

We've been visiting Tel Aviv for business reasons and our company booked it for us. The apartment is placed in a very nice and quite neighbourhood. It has been in a really clean condition and had a lot of amenities in kitchen. It is positioned close to a lot of bars, restaurants and shops where one can find anything needed during his stay. Within the last years that I've been visiting Israel for business many times, but this has been a place that I really enjoyed my staying.
