I recently had a shattered window and was in a bit of a bind. After calling four different places, I found that most were closed or could only provide a quote on Tuesday, which wasn’t helpful since today is Saturday. Then I reached out to Masterpiece Leaded Windows and spoke with Joe, the owner. He was incredibly accommodating and invited me to his store, which operates by appointment only on Saturdays. I was impressed that he took the time to assist me on a holiday weekend. Joe had my window fixed in less than an hour! His professionalism and efficiency made a stressful situation much easier. What do we (I’m sure this is true for you as well.) look for when we’re about to spend money upgrading our home? 1. Is it a good investment? Does it add value to our home? 2. Is it a beautiful well crafted product? 3. Does the final cost match the quote (to the dime.)? 4. Will they show up on install day (they are always about 5 minutes early.) 5. Will they clean up after install? 6. Will they follow up with a call? Yes on everything!!! We have utilized Masterpiece Glass four times, for two homes and an office/dorm space. They’re that good. Ask Joel to show you pictures of the work he’s done for us.

Update to my review. I ended up having a problem with my windows installed by Masterpiece Glass. They clouded up and they ended up replacing one. I sent them numerous emails and also sent photographs showing the problem on the other window in the same opening. I followed up with them for months before someone would look at the issue. They came out today and were so rude and refused to do anything, saying they can’t see anything. I spent a lot of money for these windows and they don’t hold up.

I needed a window replaced immediately and this company was able to get here provide a great service and install a new piece of glass in a timely manner. I will use them again if needed.

I'm very impressed with Joel's services. He is reliable and an old fashioned owner. He installed all my leaded window glasses which included 2 shower rooms and one double garage and one closet.

Joel is an unlicensed contractor and his products are failing in my home. He refuses to honor his written warranty so I may be taking legal action to right this wrong. The triple pane leaded windows were made incorrectly from the start with the middle leaded panels sinking inside the clear glass sandwich because the correct spacers were not used, according to an outside inspector. Now the windows are fogging with moisture and the lead seams are corroding. He is being charged by the California Contractors Board with Business and Practices code #7028.7, operating without a license. I did not know his license had expired at the time of purchase and would advise not ever using unlicensed contractors for any purpose, especially Joel, who could make this right by simply reinstating his license and honoring his written warranty by remaking the faulty windows, which he is refusing to do. I have 15 of these in my home, many of them large, so quite a lot of money was spent in good faith.
