MASURIA ARTE - Hotel & Spa Warmia and Masuria

We'd give 6 stars if we could... it's incredibly hard to find anything to improve. The location is stunning overlooking a beautiful lake, the food is exceptional in taste and presentation, the team are welcoming and responsive and the spa is clean, modern and beautifully designed. It serves a relatively small number of guests so you feel like you have space to relax. For a luxury retreat, a weekend away with family (or families), it's one we'd highly recommend.

I have been to places, seen hotels. Everything pales to this one. There’s pure beauty here outside and within. The lakeside itself is mesmerizingly peaceful. It’s quiet and serene. Meadows, trees, water, variety of birds - all what your heart desires. You can really feel one with nature here. This place soothes your cares and worries. The hotel is equally amazing. Interiors are selected with great care - someone put their heart into it no doubt. You just feel it and see it. Rooms are spacious, divinely beautiful, and comfortable. The place is super clean, the staff professional and friendly. Food is better than I had in Japanese hotels and I do know what I am saying. Never had food like here - anywhere! Masuria Arte shines in every aspect. It’s a 💎 gem. Will definitely come back here. I can’t recommend this place enough! Whoever reads my review - come and see for yourself!

Beautifully located by the lake, Masuria is just an ideal place. The resort offers 16 stylish and amazingly equipped guest rooms with the view over the lake, elegant beach and lots of facilities like electric boats and canoes, fantastic spa with a big pool, two saunas, jacuzzi, massage options. Great breakfast with buffet food and a la carte menu. From 1 till 10 pm restaurant offers very tasty food, mainly based on local ingredients. There are also heli spot, tennis courts, play ground, underground garage, bikes to rent, an intimate meeting room for conferences as well as fitness room in the property. The lobby area with fire place is a wonderful spot for lazy time with a book from a little hotel’s library. The staff is super professional and nice. Elevated stay and experience - fully recommend :)

The hotel staff must hear this all the time but from driving up to the main building to being shown to your room you can't stop saying yourself WOW all the time.||||The service is very personal and all the team members speak good English. The rooms are very large and decorated lovely. We had room no 16 which is one of the rooms with no lake view and terrace. However, we prefered that as it had a very large linving room area separate from the bedroom with huge windows. this way you can sit and relax when coming back from a long walk or other outside activity. You still have endless chances to sit on a sundeck either by the lake or on the terrace if you want to and as most rooms have their own terrace, the lake sundeck is super quiet. ||||The hotel is great, but I must say the food cooked by the amazing chefs made the holiday another memorable one. All the food is organic and sourced locally and/or from their own garden and the menu can keep up with most exclusive restaurants in London. the dishes are local and change every night and we ended up looking forward to dinner every day. super tasty. Everything at breakfast like cheeses, musli, jams etcis homemade too||||Excellent wine list too!

The surrounding nature is amazing but according to the price hotel should care more about guests not the investors of the place. I was kicked out from the apartment because we came with the cat. The owner said we have 1 hour to leave the hotel as one of the “good clients” of the hotel is allergic to cats. What a shame I lost 1 day vacation with my kid looking for another hotel! The facility is good to show off but not the sport and active people. The hotel couldn’t service properly the bikes so my son couldn’t have any bike ride as the only one with good size was broken. The rest of the bikes were poor condition either. Good place for old people to be quite and do nothing. Not a good place for active people or families especially with animals. We have found nearby a great also luxury place more friendly to people and animals (Siedlisko Morena).

We (2 couples, I was the only non-Pole) visitied Masuria Arte for Easter. This place is great, the nature, the rooms, the staff, the Spa or even the TV room, nothing more could be done. We really liked the food, breakfast was fantastic and also dinner was really good! This is what I call exclusivity! Staff very friendly and helpful and you feel like family there. Even a small catholic ceremony was organises for Easter morning, really enjoyed that. We will definitely come back even if it is quite a trip from Warsaw.

Wow, where to start? |I never knew that a place like that existed. |I’m Polish,I was born and raised in a area not far from here, and I have been to the Masuria Lakes many times before. I love it!!! So when I found out about Masuria Arte, I had to visit. |Me and my now fiancée( girlfriend at that time) went to visit 23rd of July 2019, and we stayed there for 2 nights. |The place is amazing!!! The area, the setting, the buildings, simply amazing. We stayed in a room with a view over the lake, on the first floor in the smaller building. The room was perfect! very specious, and very clean. The whole place has a very unique design. |The spa is very nice, the pool and the hot tub has a view over the lake as well. |On the second day there, I proposed, on the small pier, just before the sunset. We went for a romantic dinner afterwards. |The restaurant is very nice. The menu offers traditional dishes made using local produce. When they found out about our engagement, they offered us a bottle of champagne on the house. So dinners there are very tasty, but the breakfasts are special in my opinion!!!! Plus all the staff are very helpful, polite and super attentive( special thanks to Michał, a waiter) |So my other half never been to Poland before and she loved it, we loved it and we will definitely be coming back!!!!!|

This beautiful hotel is situated in huge grounds by a lake. Our apartment had one large and one small room with a large balcony looking over to the lake in front and a stork's nest on one side. The hotel has a spa with a big swimming pool and sauna included in the price, as are kayaks and pedalloes on the lake. Breakfasts were excellent. As the hotel is miles from anywhere, you're likely to have dinner there as well, which was very good. The scenery is lovely. The hotel is pretty expensive for Poland.||As the hotel is in the middle of nowhere along a few miles of dirt road, a car is essential. If you're coming from the north, make sure you know how to get there, as there are no signs until you're very close.
