Wow, what a fantastic meal! We did the secret 6-course chef's menu and everything was phenomenal -- beef pepper steak and glazed lamb, beef carpaccio, tiger prawns, tuna tartare, slow-cooked cod, chocolate cake 🤤 Beautiful presentation, A+ service. We were totally stuffed by the end!

A fine dining experience. The cod and the scallops were excellent. Great selection of wines. The service was very good as well which complemented the unique atmosphere. If you want a fine dinner in Reykjavik this is probably your place.

A great dining experience. I went for the discover Iceland menu. Each dish was lovely. Left me wanting more. Also the piano player was a good addition to accompany a lovely meal with some music. Truly wonderful experience.

The food was fantastic. Each course was brought out one at a time and we were not rushed at all. The desert was to die for. Along with a burch beer all was good. The atmosphere was quiet so no loud conversations. Our waiter was so attentive so when we finished each course he cleaned off the table and then brought out clean utensils. We had the best dinner so far for our vacation. Where You have to try this place. One caution when ordering ordering meat was medium rare and they didn't get asked how we wanted our steak. The chef decides when it's ready to serve.

It was no doubt our best meal during our 10-day stay in Iceland. Service staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our need. The food was amazingly creative with excellent execution and presentation. I will definitely come back if I visit Iceland again.

It’s a shame that my wife and I found this on our last night In Reykjavík, we would’ve gone back again! It’s charming restaurant in downtown, very close to many hotels. Drinks- great wine list and delicious cocktails Food- I got the surf and turf pairing and my wife got the ribeye, it was all fantastic! The steaks were cooked perfectly. The scallops were tender and flavorful. Service- their service was wonderful! They had a piano player playing all night and was a delight. Definitely make this a part of your trip to Iceland.

In all honesty one of the best meals, if not the best meal, I have ever had. I had the glazed lamb fillet and every part of the dish was fantastic, from the main cut itself to the shallots and the creative lamb-filled spring roll. The lamb was juicy and melt-in-your-mouth tender, with only a slight hint of gaminess. My girlfriend is not too fond of lamb or most seafood but ordered the arctic char and was blown away. She also tried my lamb and loved it. Both of our cocktails were also wonderful. If you are looking for a great culinary experience in Iceland, there are many options to choose from, but I cannot recommend this place enough.

Had the 6 course secret menu. It was a good variety, seafood soup, tuna tartare, iberico pork with mozzarella and tomatoes, beef with mash etc. As a greek I did find it amusing the tiger prawns were covered with what was described to me as "greek noodles" (it's actually called kadayif/kataifi pastry or shredded filo) :) It was what I would describe as a classic fusion multi course dinner. All dishes were well made. I did expect a more Icelandic take on the dishes, but I guess that was not was described. So the only reason to not try the secret menu is if you want specifically a more Icelandic dinner. The service was friendly and very efficient, dishes were coming at a good pace.
