Matchandeul BBQ Ton That Tung

Last week, I ate at this restaurant, and I was quite impressed with the customer service - the staff were friendly and attentive. The price might be a little expensive, but it’s worth it because they offer a lot of banchan . The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for chatting or having a meal with friends or colleagues. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you want to enjoy good food and a pleasant dining experience.

Great Korean BBQ restaurant. The food is great, fresh meat, many dishes for banchan, free mineral water, coffee and desserts. Staff are friendly with great service. Love the place!

Good Korean BBQ spot. Plenty of banchan but the meat is a bit bland. Good for groups. Bit pricey for the quality. The pancake and the beef set is good. The pork set is so so. The grilled cheese is a little overrated. But overall a nice experience. The staff are friendly and supporting.

Okay.. wouldn't normally eat in these higher end and higher priced places.. prefer the street food scene. But was in the area, so I gave it a go. Tried the Kimchi and meat soup for đ190. At first, I thought it a bit on the higher side. BUT.. then the freebies arrived !! That felt like a meal on its own before I even gor my soup. Value for Money... it's actually really good !!! Staff are friendly and attentive. The meal was delicious.. as good as I had in Seoul. Toilets are super clean.. and the mouth wash was just a brilliant touch ! I was even offered a free coffee, but I was just too full.. Great place visit on your own.. or would be mind blowingly awesome with a group.

The service is really good – they grill all the meats for you, so you can just sit back, eat, and enjoy. The meat quality is decent, though not particularly impressive for me. They do provide plenty of side dishes, which makes the meal more enjoyable. 😊 They also have a fun system of small hot plates to keep the cooked meat warm. However, the meat tends to dry out over time, they cooks all the meat at the same time( and we are slow-eater :( )

I’ve done to Matchandeul BBQ 3 times now. In total I have been to 3 different Korean BBQ places in Saigon. My favorites in order from favorite to least favorite is: - Matchandeul BBQ - BBQ Plan-K - Bros BBQ Matchandeul BBQ easily has the best sides out of all 3 places. Their Kim Chi salad is delicious. They also have private rooms here that you can reserve to have a less noisy experience while you eat with your family or friends. I will say it is a very busy and often crowded place so I would recommend that you make reservations in advance before you come here.

Great side dishes. Quality of meat is good (pork belly and galbi) and grill services are convenient. Unfortunately you can’t grill yourself if you’re looking for that kind of bbq. Do recommend reservation during peak hours.
