What a deceitful company.
im having an issue. i bought an item on Tuesday, it arrived Thursday. tried to action a refund on my account as I've always done, and noticed that there was no return section in the order history. so I phoned, emailed, whatsapped, rung the head office and had no reply on Friday. so I did the same on Monday, to which I received:
"sorry you are not able to return the item and we can't help you any further"
i have replied back, but still waiting for a response. so, I have had to contact my bank to try and get them to help, and might have to contact trading standards as MATCHES are still trading. i was not informed i could not return items at the point of purchase, and as i understand it, the company has now changed hands. I am £200 out of pocket, and am now learning i am not the only one.
