I came to this hospital for fever and sore throat. First of all, Mellissa helped us. From the moment I enter the hospital, all I want is for someone to measure my temperature. But no one measured it. They just told me to wait and I waited. The longer I waited, the worse I got. I was very surprised when I saw old people waiting too. So, I said, this is how the system works. Then, 1 hour later, they measured my temperature and blood pressure, exhausted. They ask me questions while measuring my blood pressure. But we know that one should not talk while measuring blood pressure. My throat is swollen very badly. They did a Covid test. But I knew 100% that I did not have Covid. My temperature was 38.8, then they made me wait outside for another 2 hours. I'm feeling bad, my eyes are getting dark again. But I had to wait again. Finally, I was called to see the doctor. All I want is for them to reduce my fever after 3 hours. The doctor did not mention the serum at all and directly wanted to do a blood test. In fact, normally the priority should be to reduce fever. Anyway, after all my insistence, they gave me paracetamol. Shortly after giving it, my fever went down immediately. In fact, the first thing they should have done was; •After arriving at your hospital, blood pressure should be measured and fever should be checked and proceed accordingly. •It was very interesting to ask questions while measuring blood pressure. (Because it may not give accurate results.)
