This is the main restaurant in the hotel. Recommended to dine indoors as there are houseflies and wasps outdoors.
For starters we ordered the Catalan sausage lasagna with broad beans, mozzarella and nutmeg, avocado gazpacho with smoke sardines and banana chips, crispy egg with truffles foam and artichoke chips. The restaurant recommended a 40 day aged German prime rib (about 1kg) for mains which we had two pieces.
For dessert we had the torrija (butter puff pastry, lemongrass ice-cream and Priorat almond crumble), basil foam with strawberries to the oxidised wine and white mousse, figs in textures and vermouth sorbet.
