Karl is truly an exceptional employee. He impressed us with his high level of professionalism, intelligence, and quick thinking in every situation. He was always attentive, proactive, and ready to assist us with anything we needed, making our stay much smoother and more enjoyable. His problem-solving skills and warm attitude made a big difference in our experience. The hotel is very lucky to have him, and it is important that they keep such a valuable and talented team member.

Hotel in fantastic location |Soome Premium rooms are large and great. |Seeing others average size |Room decor appointment was very good with full working electronics, large shower, nice design and everything you would expect in a luxury hotel. ||The front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No conciergev always available, but the team at the desk seem to be able to handle the job well ||Breakfast is connected by the way and is absolutely spectacular given there’s a full restaurant kitchen and they go out of their way in a lovely setting to make it by far. One of the better included offerings you will find at most hotels definitely five star plus ||Saw on TripAdvisor about some of the trolley noise and rumble are accurate for the front facing rooms and having back room on a high floor which proved to be absolutely great even had a view of the duomo ||Price value location breakfast can’t be beat. . If you’re an incredibly light sleeper, you might look carefully and make a call but as far as we were concerned, it was nonexistent. ||Highly recommended.

This elegant and charming hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Milan—just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo. You couldn’t ask for a better base to explore the city. We personally stayed in the suite, which was spacious and had everything one could need for a comfortable 2–3 day stay. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and tastefully designed with high-quality finishes. Breakfast was generous and more than complete by my standards, with a good variety to start the day right. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. While the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, the Autosilo Diaz garage is only 200 meters away and offers a convenient 24-hour rate of around €30. One small tip: it would be great to provide a black makeup towel in the bathroom to avoid staining the beautiful white ones!

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The location is superb—just a short 3 to 5-minute walk to the Duomo and the main shopping areas. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, we had a great stay. The only minor downside was that the breakfast options could be improved.

There is nothing negative about this hotel. Perfect location just minutes walk to the duomo and literally walking distance to everything that is on our list. And their service definitely set a very high benchmark to other hotels in the same range. All the personal touch - a welcoming card when we entered the room, greeting with my name when I’m walking in is defiantly a big credit. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay again if we are coming back to Milan.

Fantastic , helpful and courteous staff ( Yulia , Omema , Mir were absolutely fabulous )|Duomo , metro , restaurants or gelateria are all at a stone’s throw .Breakfast was also good . Absolutely recommended to stay here |Tip - If you stay and dine at the restaurant , please verify table cover charge .

This is a fabulous hotel with exceptional service, prime location, and just spotlessly clean. Eleanora was the best front desk person we could ever imagine. She patiently helped us with local recommendations, helped us book train tickets, which can be tremendously laborious due to language constraints on the local train websites. She made our stay even more fabulous and as Matilde scales, Eleanor should be promoted quickly to senior levels to benefit the broader hotel business and chain!

Very ambiguous. On the one hand - the center of Milan, on the other hand - crowds of people around and everything connected with it. The service is good - friendly staff. The rooms themselves are not thought out at all, although everything seems to be there. The breakfast is so-so. In my opinion, it does not correspond to the price/quality ratio at all. Definitely not a boutique hotel.
